Wolf W11 was first spotted in May of 2002, with scattered sightings in the north-central portion of the Valley. A larger gray wolf, W11 was mostly a pale gray in color, and distinguished by a patch of white on his throat. Though his age was never verified, W11 appeared to be a mature male of at least 2-4 years old. He had a notable dominant personality, showing no submission or hesitation around other canines, and fearlessly pursued any perceived threats in his lands. Though not seen to be particularly affection towards his mate, W11 was nevertheless a fiercely attentive partner and sired five pups during his time in the Valley.

W11's was most typically observed north of Requiems River, with one observation finding him successfully hunting pika on the edge of the Sora Asiatic territory. Scat and print samples collected suggest that the male claimed the land and held onto it for at least two to four months, but was unsuccessful in starting a pack in the region.

At the beginning of November 2011, W11 was spotted in close proximity to W6 (Moonshadow), a mature female that had been in the Valley for nearly a year and had established herself in the Ochotona Mountains. W11 soon joined W6 as the alpha male of the Ochotona Mountains pack, after quickly asserting dominance over the other members, and on one occasion, was spotted harrying a bear from the territory.

W11 was observed leading a hunt with XA1 (Ninaki) and his sister XA2 (Storm Dancer) wherein the pack brought down a buck to feed W6 in early November. He was later seen briefly shooing XA1 and XA2 away from the den after his mate had given birth.

The last sighting of W11 was made on November 15, 2002, observed near the den site with W6 and his offspring, WA9 (Amaroq), WA10 (Golden Night), WA11 (Kapu), WA12 (Katani), and WA13 (Stormcloud).
