Sweet Fur
Sweet Fur - known as this because her mother licked and loved her so much as a pup - was cold. literally. her personality was very kind and gentle, but she felt horrible. her fur usually kept her toasty, but she was sick. Sweet Fur had currently recovered from a fever, but the cold was probably an after-affect. oh, whatever. she hated it. the kind wolfess padded along the canyon, head dropping. she slipped a few times, for she felt dizzy. maybe the fever was coming back. maybe it was something worse. but Sweet Fur hadn't been attacked at all while in Sparkling Creek Valley. she had no wounds on her body. she had never consumed anything dangerous. she wasn't supposed to be sick!
finally, after a long time of dangerous climbing, Sweet Fur found what she was looking for. the pretty black wolf stuffed her masked face, then her whole body, into a crevice. it was wide enough for her, and maybe other wolves that were small. Sweet Fur walked along it for a while, and soon, she was in her favorite little cave. it was like a mini-canyon with a roof. Sweet Fur circled around her cave a few times, making sure that nobody had come here in her absence. nobody had. it was still her place, and her place only. so, completely happy now, the wolfess lay down. she curled up in a ball and sighed. this was so comfortable. she was already warm. and, within a few minutes, Sweet Fur was fast asleep.
Dakota
The small akbash x wolf hybrid was silently padding her way up through the dangerous rocky ledges. Her nose worked out the scent of a new wolf. She was determined to see whom it was. Mean or not, she would find out. She climbed one last step and seen the crevise, eyeing it suspiciously. The scent she had followed was coming from inside. Being on-guard, she krept her way up, tail tucked, body low, nose still working. She peeried in, seeing a wolf inside. Sleeping. She walked to the ledge again, and hoping she would wake Sweet Fur up, she let out a long and loud howl that echoed through the canyon. If this wolf appeared unfriendly, Dakota would use her quick speed and size to get away if Sweet Fur would happen to attack.
Dakota then waited silently on the same ledge, waiting for the presence if any.
Dakota
Dakota, getting tired, left silently.
