Catalpa
The long-legged wolf sauntered quietly over the solid ground, peering now and then over the edge. She was gaunt and dreary looking, but not at all shabby. Her coat was a mixture of pale tans, creams, white, and interesting shades of brown and black on her back and shoulders.
She had been in the valley for a very long time; longer than most. Catalpa wasn't an elderly wolf yet, but she was past her prime now. Fights, stress, and lack of food played upon her in an unfavorably way as well. Hungry but too tired to hunt at the moment, the leggy wolf stretched out first, then made a wolf bed and curled up for a nap near the edge of the canyon top.
Maura
*Maura explored this new land she had come to. If you didn't know how to tell the difference between her and black frye you would this she was black fyre. black frye had died though it wouldn't be around yetthe Young wolfess has a white snip on her belly. hardly noticible unless you looked for it. she let out a yawn and felt the cool canyon air on her face.*
Catalpa
Catalpa lifted her head suddenly and looked over at the other fae. Catalpa was never really an aggressive one. Curiousity and friendliness were her better qualities. "Black... Fye?" she questioned uncertainly. She use to be pack mates with the black wolf, but this one seemed... different. Yet she didn't know why.
Maura
*she looked up hearing the name her father had sadi sop many times.* I'm...not Black Frye. though i could pass as her....I'm Maura. Black Frye is a step sister older then me. But....she died.*she hung her head.*
Catalpa
She let her head dip slightly, "I'm sorry to hear that." Her voice was a soft murmur, "I did not know her well." Catalpa sat up stiffly, "Do you have a pack?"
