Child of the Wolves
Child slinked into the area, her husky body held low. She didn't want to attract too much attention to herself. Her dull eyes darted around the new place, wishing she could let the shadows envelope her in their dark clutches. She hated socializing with other lupines. Who cared if you made a new friend? A small grunt was emitted as she lowered her bulk from a small ledge. Her attention lingered a little too long on the fact that she was way too far from the ground below. She took a deep breath and held it for about five seconds, then exhaled slowly and continued jumping from ledge to ledge, each shelf getting smaller than the last. She wasnt one for heights, Heights were one of her worst fears, besides humans. Her eyes remained locked onto the level ground, not too far away. Her powerful haunches pushed her to the next edge. One more..She leapt, her toenails scratching the hard dirt as she pushed off. A grim smile touched her maw as she realized she was here. Her shaggy onyx coat was full of little rocks and dust. She gathered her strength and began to shake, bits and pieces flying from her thick hide. It took a moment for her to stabalize herself, but she managed to do that, along with trotting off to lie under a scraggly bush. Pink appendage hung limply out of her maw as she panted. That was a long way up. Her fox-like auds were pushed forth, keen to everything that was going on around her.
Tesla
Brown hued brute entered the terra, yello-hued optics scanning brightly. His muscles rippled b'neat the shaggy, dense fur of his winter coat, his tongue lolled out the side of his maw as he ventured forth, paws padding carelessly. He was a lanky male, but had no fears of marauders-he was swift and fierce in battle. The scent of female titilated his nostrils; he was searching, since breeding season was upon them, for a mate. So far he had had no luck. He pawed his way continuously, coming upon the female, leaping from rock to rock and he let out a salutary howl.
