Kovu, Kiara, Nala, Machete, Kira, Kasa,Sasha and pari

Kovu laid on top of a giant boulder which was in the sun. His mouth was open as he laid there soaking in the sunlight. Occasionally he would call out to warn others that this was his land. His pride sat around grooming each other. He bred to Nala, Pari & Kiara but the others were his children or a male.

Nala and Kiara groomed each other. Pari watched the three year olds ruff housing.

Kasa, Sasha & Kira were in season.

Star

The golden colored lionesss moved around with her sister, Grenda. Star sniffed at the snow, trying to find any scents of leaf eaters. Shaking her head to Grenda to show that there was none that were weak. Both looked dissapointed, knowing that they wouldn't most likely get anything. It usually took more than two lioness to bring down a full grown herbivor. Grenda led them on due to she was older at five years, both listening out for any sounds. Star weighed 475 lbs and stood at 8 inches. Spotting the group of lions and lioness as one of the male's roar was let loose. She presumed him the leader. A tail flicked in Grenda's face letting her know to stop before taking a hasty step back. She waited to see how they would react knowing she and her sister were outnumbered. Pride females usually didn't like outside females she remembered. Grenda weighed 485 lbs and stood at 8 inches like her younger sister. She put her head upon Star's when she had backed up to reassure them both. If worse came to worse they would run. However if the other lions were fit from good hunting this winter, Star and Grenda would be in big trouble. Both were in heat however.

Kovu, Kiara, Nala, Machete, Kira, Kasa,Sasha and pari

Kovu snapped his head in their direction. He wasn't entirely sure but he knew that Kiara would not like outsiders. However Nala their oldest member was moer tolerant. But it wasn't the females in the pride that moved it was Nala's only child left. Her son Machete. HE was only three and didn't really have his mane yet. He got up from his seat and began moving toward them. His mouth open. It wasn't much of a threatening run but an eager run. He could smell their heat but knew if they got accepted in to the pride that Kovu would surely attack him and might even chase him away. He sent out his own calls as he appraoched them.

Kiara stood up watching her tail flicking side to side.

Nala yawned.

Star

Star watched them still unsure. At the sight of the younger male comming toward them, Grenda removed her head from Star's. What was he playing at? Should they run? Grenda stayed put, and decided to see what would happen. A light growl was given, as he came near unsure of his attentions toward her and her sister. Either way he wasn't going to be the one to breed to them. Besides what would they do with cubs, without a pride? This male didn't even have his mane for crying out loud. Star's attention went to the rest of the pride as she ignored her sister's light growling at Machete. Her gaze kept going to Kovu who was catching her attention.

Kovu

Machete slowed now as he moved toward them. He roared at them a friendly one. He sniffed them over and well he planned on breeding them but then he heard Kovu and he moved away and was on his side immediately. Whether they got accepted right away or had to travel on the edge of his pride Kovu didn't care. He wanted to increase the size of his pride but he knew it be up to kiara and nala mainly. Kovu now approached them sniffing them over.

Star

Grenda aimed a bite at Machete when he went to sniffing. She remained still as Kovu approached though. She sniffed back at him. Star being younger and more daring went to him as he approached, her tail flicking to give more of her scent off in a teasing way. Once everything was done, Grenda looked to Kiara and Nala wondering how they were taking this. Even she had picked up that they were the oldest lioness of the group. Would they be allowed as part of the main pride?

Nala

Nala was the oldest at 8 years old. Her large paws now carried her forward her mouth hanging open. Her tail twitching. Depending on how these two acted would make up her mind if they stood their ground she would not like them how ever if they submitted like Machete had done with kovu then they would have a chance to join.

Star

At first Star remained standing unsure what the older female would want. It might of look like she was holding her ground. That is till Grenda pawed at her from where she layed on her side upon the ground. Star soon followed, glancing at Nala one last time, before she dropped her gaze to looking at the ground, like Grenda.

Nala

Nala knew that usually females like these would be chased out. They wouldn't become as attached due to not growing up together. She slowed and sniffed them before rubbing against them and walking away showing that she accepted them. She rubbed up against Kiara who was 6 years old.

Kiara huffed and just ignored them and tackled Pari in a play tackle.
