Catastrophic

She hated this feeling. She felt fat, bloated and sick. She was going to kill Zona, it was all his fault. She felt ugly, hideous, and that made her moody and depressed. She began to pace along the canyon edge, and she was beginning to seriously debate jumping over the side. No. No, she couldn't do that. If she was going to die, she was going to die beautiful. Sure, Catastrophic was more then a little vain. But she was also everything that Zona wanted. However she was going to lay down the law. She wasn't some puppy breeding machine. She wasn't going to lay down everytime he wanted a new litter. Yes. Shes not the breeding lovey type.

Zona

Zona came into veiw infront of Cat. He was carrying a rabbit, freshly killed. Since his little walk after killing Skykin, he had finally came back. His ears were pricked when he caught sight of his mate near the edge. It made him uneasy due to he knew their was a chance she could fall. No, Zona wasn't the edgy type about these kind of things, but he still didn't like his mate being their in her condition. He wondered if she was hungry, but didn't ask her. She might find it offensive so he simply sat the rabbit down near her, but not so close for her to get angry at him. Than Zona sat down his voice brooding sinisterness as he spoke.

"Are you alright?"

Catastrophic

Her eyes landed on Zona, and her fur bristled in irritation. Do I look okay to you? No. No I'm not okay! I'm fat! I'm hideous! She was panicking. she wasn't cut out to be a mother, no indeed. She was vicious. She'd kill them. She eyed the rabbit for a moment before she tore into the damn thing taking one huge chunk before she started walking again. Walk and chew, walk and chew. Swallow. Your okay, Cat. You can do this. Being a mom isn't taht hard. Oh god, what was she thinking?

Zona

Zona got to his feet at her outburst. A soft sigh came from him before he huried after her. He attepted to block her path, his yellow orbs staring at hehr directly. "Your not fat or hideous. Your going to be a mother, a beautiful and wonderful mother. I have faith in you Cat. You need to have faith in yourself. Look at the good stuff, not the bad." His voice was soothing darkness as he waited for her to say or do something. Please don't let her think this was all having pups meant. If she did, they would never had children again. Zona wasn't dumb, he knew how Cat thought. He could understand if she didn't want to have pups each time they got a chance, but he didn't want to only have one litter his whole life. Zona was too good of a father not to have pups to take care of. He raised his brother Tyran all his life, he was used to having younger wolves around him. However it wasn't only up to him, and he would make himself understand it if Cat wished. He cared that much for his new mate.
