Gypsy King

Gypsy dipped his head and then nodded picking up a trot heading for the canyon. his tail flicked out gently.

Aydan was quiet for a while. She just took comfort in keeping pace with the stallion. Finally she spoke. "Gypsy can you tell me more about your life before comming here,"she asked waiting for a answer. Ears were perked as she waited. Her head and tail weren't in lead postion. There was no need when she wasn't really in her terra or commanding her herd.

She wanted to know about his past? He closed his eyes.I suppose soHe spoke. I was born to a king and Queen of the lands I came from. I was the Last born of three sons and the only one to survive. He spoke with a soft sigh.My father and mother were protective of me, so i never really saw much His tail flicked out and an ear flicked. Well One day an evil looking stallion came to my fathers land and challenged him. He killed and my mother who dies protecting me even though I was full grown. Now I am here hoping that stallion does not try to find me and kill meHe sighed and shook his dial a bit.

Aydan smiled at him as she listened. "I'm sorry about your past. However your among friends now. I hate to see what that stallion would look like when i'm done with him alone. Not to mention after the herd members have a piece of him,"she said. Her past life wasn't as bad, but she did loose her mother.

Gypsy listened.I know, But I still could of protected my mother, I may have only been 15.2 hands back then but i could of won If I tried but fear strikes us all some times plus my mother forced me to runHe spoke. He has to tell her.Aydan I know this is a little early for me to feel this way , but ever since I met you and the more i've been around you the more I grow to love youHe spoke. She was the first that he ever spoke something like this too..His tail flicked out.

Aydan was keeping step as she listened to what he said. However she stopped dead when she heard what he said about love. True she was a fighter, but nothing prepared her for this. What she told him next might just tear his heart. "Gypsy I'm glad your being honest with me. I have feelings for you too, but i don't know exactly what they are yet. I have two choiced of lead stallion, and i need to get to know you and Morbid better before i can make that decision. I'm sorry if i hurted you by saying this,"she said looking down at the ground. She would understand if he left right now with not another word to her. She waited heart pounding in her chest.

he sighed and listened and stopped.Well may I say one thing on Morbid without you telling him? And No I'm not trying to convince you to choose me just a warning.He spoke softly so only she could here and only her.

.Aydan

Aydan looked up at him as he spoke. "No i won't tell him. What is it you wish to say Gypsy,"she asked waiting to hear. Ears we're perked so she could catch his words.

He dipped his head.Well you remember how he greeted me with that attitude of his? He is a walking time bomb with that attitude. He may not mean to be rude or mean but unless he Learns to act accordingly then He will be no good to have around let alone lead. With that attitude he could chase off others if he greets themHe spoke .That is just what he thought and what he deciphered by the stallions actions. That is just what i have Deciphered about him and I most won't obide by him especially if he keeps that attitudehe spoke softly. No he had no intentions of ever obeying morbid he wasn't made to lead this herd. Maybe be the co lead stallion but no not lead.

Aydan said nothing as she thought of what Gypsy said. Finally a smile broke across her face. "So you mean to tell me that if a stallion came to the land your about to join, and just let out a loud neigh you wouldn't be suspicious,"she asked half joking half flirting. She would take what he said seriuously ,but for now she was going to have fun. She would learn more about Morbid later.

He chuckled.Oh I would be , but I still wouldn't be rude, I would greet him kindlyHe spoke softly. His tail flicked out.

Aydan simply grinned. "It was another mare that came to challenge me i greet them the same way, but only if i knew they wished to challenge or cause harm,"she said tossing her head. A wild gleam in them as she stood there. She still hadn't moved from when he told her he loved her. She didn't want to right now. Soon though she would have to go back to get her herd. For now however she would talk with Gypsy.

He listened.If it was a challenge call yes, that is understandable but I wasn't challenging because only your scent was on the boarders so i had no reason to challengeHe spoke softly.

Aydan smiled at him. "So you had no reason to challenge me,"she said half teasing half flirting. Her voice was musicaly soft.

.Gypsy King

He listened and chuckled.Lead Mare and Lead Stallion are two different roles m'lady, I had no reason to challenge you for i can't forfil your roleHe spoke.

Aydan laughed softly. "I should hope not,"she replied to the part about him having no reason to challenge her. With a sigh she looked to where Tall Grass Prarie was and the sun setting. "I'm afraid i have to go get the herd now,"she said. With that she started off at a trot. However she was waiting for Gypsy to follow before she went to far.

He chuckled and then dipped his head and quickly followed suit.
