Shasta Wild

Shasta stared over the edge of the canyon. She could see where she fell and where Atka found her. She stepped back anxiously.

Atka, Mouse and Scout stood beside their human friend.

Sasuke,Jera,Bull

Sasuke had escaped his brother recently. His face bruised and battered along with his whole body. He walked along the canyon.He was followed.

Jera a germend shephard followed her new master.

Bull was right beside him.He was a wolf dog.

Shasta Wild

Atka smelled the others long before Shasta would see them. she didn't see any threat yet, but she kept an eye on Sasuke and his dogs.

Shasta eventually saw Sasuke out of the corner of her eye. She was just about as battered as he was, being covered in dirt, bruises and scratches. "Hello again." She said blankly. It didn't bother her that Sasuke was an enemy. She didn't really care anymore.

Sasuke,Jera,Bull

Sasuke stopped when he heard a familar voice.HeyHe said.He was always a bit hesitant with talking to an enemy but hey waht ever.

Jera sniffed at the others.

Bull kept alert

Shasta Wild

Shasta leaned against Atka. "I don't get what's up with this stupid war. I mean, what does the ATHA even want with the Akatsuki?" She said dully, folding her arms.

Sasuke

He leaned against a tree and sighed.Our coleader Zabuza has a short temper and one of their men came to our land and well got on his nerves so he hacked him in half

Shasta Wild

Shasta nodded. "I see." She mumbled. "The ATHA already got their revenge. Besides, I don't see how anybody could be stupid enough to walk onto your land."

Sasuke Uchiha

He smiled.Indeed, You should know who your messing with, but apparently ATHA Doesn't study

Shasta Wild

Shasta twirled her cane and smiled. "Oh, they study, but they don't heed the warnings. That dang Russian will deliberately walk straight into danger without thinking twice." She looked down at her arm where the bullet scars were.

Sasuke Uchiha

He laughed and sighed.Yah, They think when my gang attacks that we are foolish but to tell you the truth sometimes we attack just to see how others react and so we can study them

Shasta Wild

Shasta laughed as well. "Interesting..." She said, staring off into the distance. She looked down at the ground and sighed. "I'll talk to my leader when I get a chance. Maybe we can work something out."

Sasuke Uchiha

He smiled.I'd do the same but my brother would just wack me oneHe sighed and lopoked to the sky.

Shasta Wild

Shasta sighed. "That's true." She said, disappointed. "Ben sucks. I mean, he's so driven to get revenge that he'll slay anybody who gets in his way."

He shruged .My brother won't let anyone get away with harming his gang and won't let anyone think they rule over him

"I guess the same goes for my leader." Shasta said, adjusting her hat. "Something doesn't seem right to me." She then stated. "We're from opposing groups - I mean, we should be shooting each other now - but we get along just fine. I would think that our leaders, under the right circumstances, could work things out."

Sasuke

Shasta Wild

Shasta lowered herself down onto the ground. "That sucks." She said in an annoyed tone. "I suppose our people will be mortal enemies til the end of the world, yeah?"

Shasta leaned her head back against Atka's back. ".B?Crap. That sucks." She grumbled. "I can't remember how I got myself into this."

Shasta tried to smile, but couldn't. "I was born into a family that didn't give a crap about me. My brother tried to kill me, and my dad wasn't much better." A dark creature in the trees caught her attention. It appeared to be another bear.

War Song, Lola and Leo emerged from the treeline, taking a hasty look around. They didn't attack yet. For now they just observed.

Shasta was stiff. She didn't know what to do at the moment.

Sasuke Uchiha

Jera growled warningly.The shephard stood tall.

Bull snarled and barked.

Shasta Wild

Shasta listened to Sasuke. she wanted to speak, but she couldn't. She just barely managed to stand.

Atka moved in front of Shasta. "Get away from here." She growled.

War Song stood tall. "No." He replied, taking a swing at the female bear. "Why are you with the humans anyway?"

Leo and Lola saw their chance and took it. Lola charged at Sasuke, while Leo charged at Shasta.

Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke had stood up and unsheathed his sword.He growled angerly and lashed out at the bear.

The two dogs lunged for lola as well.

Tara a cheetah who was also Sasuke's showed herself and she ran at Lola and lept and attempted to sink teeth and claws into the bears back

Shasta Wild

Lola stopped her attack. She wasn't stupid. She stepped back submissively, but kept an ever watchful eye on Sasuke and his pets.

Shasta, who wasn't as agile as she once was due to her injuries, was unable to dodge Leo. The black bear knocked her to the ground and held her there, but surprisingly didn't harm her in any way. He just kept her where she was.

War Song constrained Atka before she could aid Shasta. "Let's get them to the territory." The alpha said.

Mouse and Scout tried to help Shasta, but Leo shoved them back every time.

Sasuke

He watched the creatures.He then looked to shasta and You three keep on herHe then ran at the black bear not caring for his life.he lashed out at the bear.Just hold still Shasta!

The two dogs and cheetah growled at the bear and stayed in between.

Shasta Wild

Leo, seeing Sasuke coming, got a grip on Shasta's throat. His message was clear. If Sasuke made a move, Shasta would die.

Shasta's eyes widened. "Don't kill me, don't kill me." She repeated quietly.

The blade sliced Leo across the side, though, forcing him to back off. Shasta simply lay there, only a bit of blood streaming down her face.

War Song was in a fight with Atka, and it appeared that War Song was winning.

Sasuke

He now put himself between the bear and shasta.He wouldn't help the other bear because he knew the animals could not hold off two bears.He had sweat pouring over his face and body.Shasta can you get up?

Shasta Wild

Leo stayed back now. This was more than he could handle.

Shasta took a deep breath, painfully raising herself to her feet and leaning against a tree. Now that she had her hands free, should could give War Song what's coming to him. She pulled a knife out and flung it at the large bear, hitting him in the thigh.

That was just the break Atka needed. She pushed War Song down onto the ground. She had the upper-hand now. She bloodied the other bear up as much as she dared, eventually chasing all three of them away.

Shasta looked at Sasuke. "Are you alright?' she asked exhaustedly.

Sasuke

Once the bears were gone the sword was sheathed.He smiled.Just a bit shaken you knowHe then looked to her.What about you?

The dogs also followed suit chasing then returned.The cheetah laid down.

Shasta Wild

Shasta sighed. "I'm fine, I think." She replied. The worst injury she had was in her face and neck where Leo's teeth dug in. Mostly she was just stunned. "Let's get out of here before they come back."

Sasuke

he nodded.Where you wanna go?He questioned.

Shasta Wild

Shasta closed her eyes. "I don't know. I don't care, anywhere but here." She sighed.

Sasuke

Well we should go somewhere that we can clean you upHe said. He could take her to his house but he'd risk Itachi being home.or worse Zabuza.

Shasta Wild

Shasta nodded. "Any ideas?" She asked.

Sasuke

He bit his lip.Could try to go to my brothers place. Sure he won't be happy but ill take the punishment

Shasta Wild

Shasta nodded, cringing when she felt the pain from the cuts. "It's worth a try."
