Nachi
The wolfess wondered over the land, holding her muzzle low to the ground. Her feelings were bitter, but she didn't let that be seen to any observers. She just padded aimlessly over one of the Canyon trails, looking around now and then.
Quamia
The small, ebony-stained wolfess proceeded to climb the canyon trail. She had picked up on the scent of her neice and was curious to meet her; if a bit apprehensive. Meek and timid as she usually was, Quamia dipped her head and pulled her tail down before giving a squeaking bark to Nachi. Her tail waved just slightly in hopes that the she-wolf wouldn't be hostile.
Nachi
Nachi turned suddenly, not in the mood to be talkative; and forgetting. "Quamia!" she hissed out vemonously. In a flash her memory came to her like a wave of dread. Her lips writhed back and her face contorted into a devilish mask of hatred. It was true Quamia hadn't really done much to earn such bitter hatred on Nachi's part, but Nachi was a strange wold indeed and didn't need much to lable anyone an enemy for life. Her past actions were enough. Without any further warning, Nachi catapulted herself through the air and aimed to collide with and tackle Quamia to the ground.
Quamia
Never one to be aggressive or judgmental of the others, Quamia was caught off guard by her neice's actions. With a yelp in fright, she hunched down and recieved the full force of the blow. As she tumbled across the ground, she felt one of her hind limbs strike against thin air while the other hit solid ground. They were next to a ledge! Frantically, the small wolfess tried to scramble away from her enraged family member and away from the ledge. "Nachi, please don't do this!"
Nachi
The wolfess didn't reply. She felt one of her front limbs thrash through the air as well and quickly realized that they were near a cliff. She pulled back and planted her two hind legs firmly on solid ground and attempted to place her two front limbs over Quamia to hold her down. Without wasting a second, she strove for a throat hold on her aunt.
Quamia
She twisted to the side and tucked her head down to protect her throat and evade Nachi's attack. Yelping still, she thrust her legs at the underbelly and chest of her neice, trying to throw her off.
Nachi & Cavan
Nachi snapped wildly at her aunt's face and neck; where ever she could reach. She braced for the kicks and stood her ground against the smaller wolf. Then she got low and tried to drive the wolf off the ledge by shouldering and snapping at her.
A darkly hued wolf sauntered casually up from behind the two fighting faes. His face was a myriad of fresh scars and his one good ear was now only a nub, still capable of hearing but very much impaired. With only one eye to see with and greatly deduced hearing, the wolf had acheived improving eyesight in his good eye and a keener sense of touch. He watched his sister calmly.
Quamia
She felt herself falling to the side again, not able to match her neice's greater size and strength. The snaps laid opn fresh wounds through her dense black pelt and made her yelp with the pain. Cavan's appearance distracted her for a moment, "Cavan! You're sister is mad, please help me!" she pleaded, but it was nearly too late. Her hind limbs fell over the edge and clattered desperately against the vertical rocks. Her front limbs weren't meant to support her in such an angle though. She struggled and clawed furiously at the rocks, but the relentless attack by Nachi was too much. With a last, shrill yelp, the fae fell to her death.
