Silver Skye & Emerald Rain
The two dogs padded along one of the canyon trails. Silver Skye paced lightly infront of her brother and held her tail up to show her dominance over him. Emerald Rain had no quarrel about that; he was perfectly content to be subordinate.
It didn't take long before the fawn-colored dog caught the scent of the two pups. "Rain, I smell pups! Lets go see who they are!" she yipped excitedly, loving pups very much.
Emerald Rain gave a single nod. "Alright. Let's watch out for any adults though."
Silver Skye picked up her gait and soon spotted the two pups inhead of her. She bounded closer before giving a light yip to catch their attention.

Silver Skye & Emerald Rain
Silver Skye frowned and sat back on her haunches. "Where are they going? Didn't they hear me?"
Emerald Rain shook his head, "No, they didn't hear you, Sis. Let's get out of here anyway; I don't care for these hights." The dog turned and began to head down the trail.
Silver Skye sighed and looked up at the sky. "I really want pups. Even if they aren't mine!"
Emerald Rain didn't stop walking as he spoke, "Well, you'll find a mate sooner or later. It's a shame that Target is sick and Mekenis died... and Legosa, well, you know. But you'll find someone." He was about out of speaking distance when he stopped for a moment and looked back. "As far as having pups that aren't yours; don't go stealing any. You'll get into a heap of trouble for that." Emerald Rain then turned and trotted off.
Silver Skye still sat there, thinking. I do need a mate. But... I really just want pups... but a family would be nice too. After a moment, she got up and headed down the Canyon, but a different way than her brother.
