Aicha
Aicha had to let one go, and go back for it, so with one full, plump sheep in her jaws she approached the brown eagle carefully. She kept her distance for a while, jaws stained with blood from the kill, but as soon as it was placed upon the ground, delicate form went back for the other. It took little time to get there and back, and so the other sheep was brought forward too. She could only take so long, after all, she had to eat as well. Audits flicked, waited for a thanks before she left once more. But maybe it won't even come, because of him being so native from these parts, she didn't know.
Zhener
The eagle had been away at the Breve Ridges. But because his kind soared so high in the air and had such keen vision, he had spotted her trekking towards the Canyon with the food, and had made it back before she did. "Good volf, ja!" he praised as he hopped closer to the sheep with his large wings arched out slightly. "I flew a bit; didn't zhink I 'ad zhe strength, but zhe vind 'elped me. Now I eat and get stronger. Zhanks to you, Aicha. Vhat a good volf!" he placed one foot over the side of the sheep and the long, curved talons dug in deep. His sharp, powerful beak then tore into the carcass and he began to eat.
Hydras & Narsia
The hybrid sauntered along a trail with her sister following behind her. She raised her hackles and pressed her ears forward. "Look Narsia, that eagle was right. A wolf actually went to get him some sheep!" Hydras then snarled deeply at Achia, trying to intimidate her.
Narsia snarled as well, backing up her sister. She wasn't sure whether to drive Zhener away from his sheep, or go for Aicha's.
Skeil, Yersinia, & Ankh
It wasn't long before Skeil showed up. The pit bull stood beside her alpha and snarled at Achia as well. She was ready to attack if Hydras wanted that.
Narsia's pups came in soon as well. Yersinia was eager to snarl and bare her fangs at Achia, just like her mom and aunt were doing.
Ankh on the other hand was more reserved. He stood behind Narsia and watched.
Aicha
Luckily, Aicha's own sheep wasn't with her, but was elsewhere at the moment, but the dominant instinct took over once more, and she knew how many friends she had, but they just weren't here at the moment. Aicha was larger than anyone that stood over there, most likely older, so more experienced. She had taken down many a packs. And the first that went down was the alpha, or alphas, leaving the rest leaderless. Not knowing when to back out, or keep on trucking. Audits fell atop of sleek crania. Upper lip curled to reveal several rows of already blood-covered enemals from her recent massacre. Stilts positioned themselves, and in a menacing manner, she circled round to as well protect the feeding Brown Eagle. But she was sure the fierce bird would either attack or fly away. Whether he felt better, or not. She glanced only for a second back, but then stared forward once more. With keen senses, she already knew that one was on the way. And if that one was already coming, more were as well. Glancing down at the pup, it would be an easy kill, just to show them the damage that this could cause them. Whether or not they had the advantage with numbers, spirit was her division, and hope.
Kiarra
Kiarra came up behind the others, showing her teeth at the other. She had made sure that Kenyon had fallowed her so she did not have to worry about him anymore. She snarled at Aicha and noticed her glancing at Yersinia; she stepped in front of the pup, but did not tell her to leave, that was Narsia's job. But if Aicha was going to attack, she would be the one to be attacked, not Yersinia.
Demon
Demon snarled noticing the look in Aichas orbs. If she dared touch a pup shed be dead sooner then expected. After all she was only one wolf against a whole pack. Demon was large as well and had no fear of the wolfess. The mighty have fallen befor him befor and he has killed many so she would be no different. He bared his ivories and tail was held high in alpha male position. He stopped snarling as a devilish smirked appeared on his maw. "Step out of the way or you'll find yourself dead. I've killed many befor. Your no different." He says cooly. He wasn’t afraid. In fact if she wanted to fight she could have the first move but Demon was ready to make the first move if she didn’t stand down.
night stalker
*she growled at the male growling at aicha. he had no power over the loners in her opinion and she stepped up to bat her tail held high. she had no leader and there fore considered herself a leader over all. she hadn't had any sheep yet but that was last first comes fist not last.*
Hydras, Narsia, Skeil, Yersinia, & Ankh
Seeing that intimidation wasn't working, Hydras lowered her head down and snarled deeper. Her pack had lived in and around the human's town where there were always scuffles with other packs. And with her pack's feud with the Alley Pack, she and the others were primed in combat. Without much warning, the alpha made a lunge at Night Stalker. Her bared fangs slashed out a few inches short of the wolf's muzzle, but she didn't really attack. Hydras was ready for a counter attack, if there was to be one.
Narsia dipped her head like her sister had, so her throat was protected. She raised a large front paw and scooted Yersinia back further out of Aicha's immediate reach. But without Hydras or Demon's single, she wouldn't attack yet.
Skeil hardly needed to dip her head down; she was low to the ground as it was and in a perfect position to lunge up at someone's throat.
Yersinia continued to snarl, but stayed behind her mother and Kiarra.
Ankh slinked up behind Demon and watched Achia. After a moment, he began to growl at the wolfess.
Ninaki, Kenyon, & Pirqua
Ninaki stood beside his mate, Narsia. Being part collie, he was a it smaller than the average wolf. But he made up for that in speed and agility; and that had gotten him through the fierce battles with the Alley Pack. Now he arched his head down and snarled deeply at Achia.
Kenyon stood beside his sister, Yersinia. He was a bit larger than any of his siblings, but still too young to be of big help in a battle.
Pirqua circled around in the sky above the others. She gave a sharp cry and dove at Zhener, then pulled up before ever reaching him. The peregrine falcon was only a fraction of the size of the huge Wedge-Tail Eagle.
Zhener
The eagle spread his large wings out and lowered his body over the sheep. he gave a loud hiss as Pirqua dove, "Get a vay! Zhis es mine!" he said angrily, not liking the way she dived at him. Then he looked to the pack that was snarling and snapping at Achia and Night Stalker. "Mine! I keel, get a vay!" he threatened with his dark, gleaming eyes challenging the Shadow Lurker pack.
Night Stalker
get your own food you worthless pack! *the she wolf snarled and leapt back a little when hydras jumped but didn't attack back. not yet.* your a pack you can hunt yourself. not steal from others.. you trying to turn into loners?
Demon
He sent a glance to Hydras that no one else could see and it had a devilish look to it. He then padded to Zhener. "I am terribly sorry for our behavior... will you ever be able to forgive us?" He asks cooly looking to he ground with apologetic orbs. Befor the eagle could answer he snatched the lamb in his jaws and yanked back to make the eagle fall off unrepentantly. "I change my mind." He said wickedly and darted back with the sheep and dragged it between some rocks; in other words a hard spot for Zhener to get to. "Whoops my mistake." He says with a grin. He didn’t feel like playing around and wasn’t dumb. He knew if the pack fought Zhener would finish a good amount of the sheep befor they got to it but that had just changed. He took his place beside Hydras. "Attack at will." He says to the pack. He then turns to the young ones. "Find a safe place to hide." he says in a much gentler voice to the pups. He then looks to the opposers snarling. "Wanna still challenge us?"
Kiarra
She glanced at Demon, "I'll make sure they are safe" she said, speaking about the pups. She looked at them, "come with me, hurry!" She said, going towards a small cove in the side of the canyon, "hide in there!" She said urgently...
Night Stalker
*she was up for the challenge. so they decided to sink down to the lowest level of the food chain huh? scavengers. how pitiful. at least she hunted for her own food. she bared her fangs with a malicious snarl.*
Hydras, Narsia, Skeil, Yersinia, & Ankh
Hydras had caught the look her mate gave her and held off for the moment instead of attacking Night Stalker. "Why steal and not hunt ourselves?" Hydras retorted to Night Stalker's first questions, "Because we can! It would take much more energy to hunt. It's so much simpler to take what's right in front of us; it's just common sense." She gave a leering grin to the loner and hunched down as if she were about to leap.
Narsia had slunk around behind Night Stalker while Hydras was talking. And just before her sister finished her little speech, Narsia lunged at Night Stalker and tried to sink her fangs into the wolf's hind leg and tear into the muscles there.
Skeil barked and snarled at Zhener, trying to keep him at bay. But she wasn't sure where she would bite him; she knew she must avoid the large beak and talons.
Ankh promptly ran after Kiarra and plunged into the small cove she pointed out. Yersinia protested at first, "I don't wanna hide, I wanna fight!" But Hydras turned and nipped the pup's haunch. "Go." she said firmly. Hydras wasn't going to let the pup get hurt or even killed in the scuffle, so she had to make her listen.
Yersinia yelped in surprise, although the nip didn't really hurt. Pinning her ears back and tucking her tail under her legs in submission, she trailed after Kiarra and crawled into the cove.
Zhener
The eagle spread his wings out further after getting back on his feet. His wingspan reached out as far as any of the dogs were long; an impressive size for any bird in this region. He was larger than the pups and rivaled even Skeil’s size. Giving a fury-filled hiss, he struck out at Skeil with his sharp, curved beak. If he was able to strike her anywhere, the beak would tear straight to the bone. "Dirty, tricky volves!" he screeched out. His energy had been spent by flying to the Breve Ridges, so he couldn't take to the air to fight or even fly off to safety.
Night Stalker
*the demoness of the underworld snarled at the comeback that was just plain stupid. feeling teeth on her leg she turned faster the she normally would have. grabbing onto the females neck she bit hard. it was die or kill in her life so she was doing just that.* let go or your neck is broken *she growled and she had power to back that up with.*
Aicha & Koda
Aicha had already worked out a plan that would allow her to keep all the sheep to their side, or get it back if need be. But all they had to do was keep them at bay, and not get injured so as they couldn't fight. There were only a little number difference now that two had gone to take care of the pups. She would only kill if it was that she was either to kill, or be killed. This moment was one of those. But now that they were out of sight, it was not needed any longer. Snarl was given, trying to tell the eagle not to fall for the dirty trick, but it had been to late and they had gained one of the two sheep. She had grown into a state she could not explain. She lust blood, their blood. And when she lusts, she gets. Sheep, bull, moose, cattle, deer, rabbit, vole, even wolves blood. Mind is to it, you can do it. What a motto hey? They were still outnumbered, but not by much anymore, and it shrunk once more as another wolf appeared out of the canyon. She didn't give any signs as to where she was looking, but the shape circled around to stand behind the pack. They certainly couldn't know she was there because of the fact that the lupine was almost completely silent except for the sound of breathing. She was as well positioned so that her scent was carried in the opposite direction. Let the battle begin. Aicha realized other who had decided to help her as well was being bitten. She snarled, enraged with the movement, but looked away as she saw the grip that she had on the neck. Just like she had just had on the sheep that had been stolen, the one she had used to kill the stupid piece of steak. She growled once more, there was no giving up in her book. She moved to stand slightly to the side, and in front of the Brown Eagle. Ivories barred at the pack before her, taking into her position the difference in sizes, and so to protect herself to the smallest morsel in that group. But also with her height difference, she could bear down upon those who are small, and so kill them from the top. While they could attack from the bottom. Muzzle was directed almost into the ground, but so she still had almost perfect vision of them. This would stop and attack from down low. She waited, not going to make the first movement.
Koda stood as well, unmoving. If she didn't move, she was undetectable. Only one small repositioning was made, but it was silent still because peds remained on the ground. She as well stood defensively off to the side as well. Not stupid enough to stand way out in the open, but off to the side. She shadows as well gave her comfort because of her own dark coloration. Audits twitched waiting for some sort of signal for the battle to begin, and to make her own sneak attack on the whole pack.
Hydras, Narsia, & Skeil
Narsia had been in plenty of battles and knew better than to stand by and let an enemy take her neck. Before Night Stalker could get a good hold on Narsia's neck, the hybrid pulled back, tearing her teeth through the lone wolf's leg muscles. Her scruff was caught by Night Stalker and the teeth dug into her flesh, but couldn't reach her spine from there. "I think you underestimate us." Narsia snapped back and tried to plunge away from Night Stalker's hold. "We out number you two to one! This is a foolish and hopeless fight on your part!"
Hydras grinned broader, seeing the opportune moment to strike. Night Stalker had her head turned back to attack Narsia, so her neck was in completely unprotected. Without a snarl to warn, the alpha sprung at Night Stalker to bring her jaws close around the wolf's unguarded throat. With her weakened jaws, it would be harder for Hydras to kill the wolf, but she could do it with enough effort.
Skeil was unprepared for the eagle's swift attack. The top of her pumpkin-shaped head was gashed by the sharp beak as she tried to duck out of the way. It wasn't a serious wound at all, but any cut to the head would bleed a lot. So now her ivory-toned head was stained with crimson that ran down to her eyes and snout. She was riled up to battle now and her fresh wound made her all the more eager to fight. The pit bull made a lunge at the eagle, trying to close her powerful jaws on the far tip of it, past the shoulder.
Ninaki, Kenyon, & Pirqua
Kenyon hurriedly followed his siblings and Kiarra back to the cove and crowded beside them. He wanted to fight just as bad as Yersinia, but he was obedient enough to listen.
Ninaki began to circle around Achia, getting as close as he could without being in her strike range. He watched her very closely, waiting for the right moment to strike, or to unnerve her so Demon or someone else could strike.
Pirqua took to the sky again. Luckily for Koda, the falcon's keen eyes were fixed on the battle and not on anything else. But if the lurking wolfess moved too quickly or didn't keep hidden in vegetation, Pirqua would certainly see her before she ever got close to the fighting. Giving a very shrill, high-pitched battle scream, the falcon once again dove down. This time she aimed for Achia. Her outstretched talons aimed to strike the wolf on her haunches; the talons would tear into muscles if she hit her target.
Kiarra
Once all of the pups where in the cove she spoke, "stay here and hide, go to the very back of the cove, do not come out!" She said with a bark. She then ran out and back to the battle. She spotted Ninaki and Pirqua attacking Aicha. She ran toward them, her head tucked down so that her throat was protected. She lunged for Aicha's neck, trying to grab it; if she got a hold on the hybrids neck she bit down strongly with her jaws..
Bullet, Yersinia, & Ankh
Ankh climbed deeper into the cove until he reached a very narrow space where no adults could get in. It was cramped and humid in the narrow passage, but at least it was safe. "Come back here." he said to his siblings. Yersinia squeezed back there with him.
After a while, a fairly large hybrid came sauntering up the canyon trail towards the battle. His tail was drooped low in a dejected sort of way, but he was very alert because he knew there was fighting ahead. Getting closer, he grinned when he saw the fighters. Two lone wolves and an eagle getting attacked by his pack. Weak, he thought sarcastically to himself, remembering what the she-wolf had called his pack, if this is weak, I'd like to see what strong is. After a moment’s indecision, the hybrid went for Achia and drove his fangs for her shoulder. He kept his head arched down as he attacked, to better protect his neck.
Night Stalker
*knowing the other wolf was coming for her she waited before letting go and as she attacked she grabbed fir her muzzle. she had fallen for her easy to spot trick. she wasn't stupid enough to hold her head up when in battle.*
Zhener
Zhener was still weak and not at all use to fighting; especially against experienced canines like these. But he still had strength in him. Giving a loud, shrieking cry, the eagle tried to pull his wings back, but Skeil already caught it. "My ving! Ah keel you now, dirty volf!!" Now his sharp beak stuck out across the pit bull's side. His flapped his large wings, trying to loosen her grip.
Hydras, Narsia, & Skeil
Hydras hadn't expected Night Stalker to notice her. Before she could pull back, her muzzle was seized by the lone wolf. With a furious snarl, the alpha wrenched her head back. Rearing up on her hind legs, she swung her large front paws at Night Stalker's face.
Narsia didn't waste any time. The hybrid struck out to bite Night Stalker's haunch once more to tear deeper into the leg muscles and make it harder for her to walk and fight for the time being.
Demon
He saw the pack was handling Aicha and Night stalker well but then he saw Skeil. She was doing good but Zhener had a sharp beak. He crept behind the eagle and lunged to seize the back of his neck and if not the other eagles wing.
Night Stalker
*she growled in pain but managed to grab a hold of one of hydras paws. she but down hard. she kept her hold. it was her pain reliever for her back leg now most likely maimed.*
Hydras, Narsia, & Skeil
Narsia thrashed her head violently from side to side, tearing through the flesh and muscles to inflict the worst injury she could.
Hydras couldn't pull her paw back in time. Night Stalker could break the paw if she wanted to. But with the lone wolf's head down below her own, Hydras had the perfect opportunity to clamp her jaws around the back of her neck.
With the determined, relentless spirit of her breed, Skeil clung to the wing snarling and shaking her head with all her might. She felt the beak tear into her, but that wasn't going to make her let go. All she cared for was holding her grip and crushing all that was between her jaws.
Zhener
Unable to break Skein’s hold on his wing, the bone was broken between her jaws. Just as he was about to retaliate on her, Demon went for him. The alpha just missed the neck as Zhener struck out at Skeil, but he did get the eagle's wing, close to where it connected to the body. With a painful shriek, Zhener whipped his head around and struck out at Demon's muzzle. Like it had done to Skeil, his beak would tear straight to the bone if he made contact.
The group of 9 came running in together, it was led by Revolution and Manov, they were both alphas of their own pack.
Revolution and Manov stood above the group and emitted a howl from them all. Soon they all came up behind them. Now the tables had turned, the other pack was out numbered. Azja walked up beside the two alphas he towered over the wolfs, he was larger, stronger, faster and was quicker than the average wolf though he wasn’t all wolf he was part dog. Anzac and Islay were a little smaller because they were a little younger. "You had better back off shadow lurkers. Now it is you that is outnumbered. And i suggest that you don’t try to fit. Our little group here outnumbers you and a few more are soon to come as well. You would be wise to back off." Revolution said cooly.
Akela looked down towards Bullet she growled at him, he was disgusting.
Hydras, Narsia, Bullet, & Skeil
Numbers had always been their advantage before, but now that was out of the equation. Although she wouldn't let her pack get slaughtered by keeping them in a dangerous battle, her arrogance drove her to at least try to still win; as long as the risks weren't too great. Keeping her grip on the back of Night Stalker's neck, she spoke as best as she could, "It's obvious you outnumber us now... but that may not be for long." she warned. She glanced towards Ninaki for an instant, "Call for your old pack. Your mother, you know. And her offspring." She then looked to Skeil, "You've done good; now let him go and get away from him. He won't be any more trouble to us with a broken wing."
Skeil thrashed the wing one more, just to inflict more injury before letting go and backing out of his reach. She had an idea of what her she-alpha was planning.
Narsia gave one last bite to Night Stalker's leg in hopes of breaking the femur, or possibly tearing the muscles beyond repair. She then let go and stood beside her sister, Hydras, ready to defend.
Bullet slashed at Aicha’s shoulder instead of trying to get a grip on it. He too backed off then, but not to far.
Night Stalker
*the she demon growled and once again ignored the pain in her leg putting it to use and broke hydras paw. she shifted her mouth up her leg still holding on. she bit down hard.*
Demon
He jerked back biting hard one last time and befor he was hit by Zhener he jumped back and released. He smirked. He was big as well, maybe not as big as Azaja but he was pure wolf. He ran and rammed into Nightstaker to hopefully yank her jaws off Hydras paws. He smirked at Azaja. "Wanna fight bring it on." He snarled at Azaja. Size was noting compared to skill. Demon had more experience then probably anyone here. He had killed many and won many battles. "Unless your afraid of me." He said coolly. He didn’t want to send the pack into a fight that the odds were against them either. He was ready to fight though. He then makes another comment. "Do you think you could fight alone or do you need those scamps to help you?" he says sarcastically. Perhaps a fight between him and Azaja would stall things till Ninaki called the others like Hydras had commanded.
Night Stalker
*the ramming into night stalker demon had done would bend hydras leg the wrong way successfully breaking. her job done on hydras leg the demoness let go and slunk back. like she was running away. at least it seemed so.*
Catalpa
The large she-wolf sauntered in after Revolution had asked her to come. She didn't know who the Shadow Lurkers; she hardly knew who Revolution was and certainly didn't know any of his friends here. All she wanted was a pack right now; and... something else.
Catalpa looked from canine to canine without showing any aggression at all. Then she spotted someone she remembered; Ninaki. She gave a slight grin; not a malicious one, but a mischievous and interested one. She had met him only once, when he was just a yearling.
Ghost*Tsarr*Jarla*Ikwa*Rain Meadow
The small group ran in and came behind the other nine. Ghost came up to the two alphas side and looked down at the Shadow Lurkers. "There is more of us now, another 5. More shall also come." She snarled.
Tsarr and Jarla came in together and stood behind everyone else.
Ikwa and Rain Meadow also came in together they stood a little bit behind Ghost.
Tyrone
The hunter walked in, he had been with Jarla when they got called in. He stood beside Jarla but a few steps away from her, she wasn’t happy with him. Not one bit.
Ninaki & Pirqua
Ninaki didn't back away from Achia, but stayed just out of her immediate strike range. He would have to back Kiarra up if she were attacked. The hybrid gave a loud, quick howl towards his former territory. He knew Blue Moon, Rove, Moonshadow, and all her offspring, and the others. He also had an idea of what Hydras was up too. Next to his attention was Catalpa; and he remembered her. He was surprised by her grin and relieved she didn't show him any aggression like he would have expected.
"I remember you; long time no see." he said a bit uncertainly, but with an air of friendliness. If only they could win Catalpa onto their side. She didn't carry the pack scent of Revolution or the others, so he figured they might have a chance at it.
Pirqua took to the air again; whether she had struck Achia in the back or not. Now she circled quickly and stayed low to the ground. If anyone rushed her pack, she had time to dive for them.
Cortinarri
Cortinarri came in soon enough and stood beside her mate, Manov. "They're the Shadow Lurkers? This won't be much of a fight; they are too few in numbers compared to us. Wait a minute!" She snarled suddenly, raising her hackles and baring her fangs, "Catalpa! You're still alive? What a shame; we can fix that after this little scuffle." Her eyes narrowed at the she-wolf, but her first duty was to take care of the Shadow Lurkers, or what ever else her mate wanted.
Legosa
Legosa came in after Mitya, "I'm ready to rumble." He snarled with a smirk, bearing his large canines. Being himself, Legosa began to circle wide around the Shadow Lurkers to cut off their escape if he could. He was eager to rush in for any kill. Scent told him who was 'friend' and who could be killed.
Manov*Azja
Manov turned to Cortinarri and nuzzled her. "She is on our side so do not hurt her." He turned back to the Shadow Lurkers, his orbs stayed on them waiting for them to do something.
Azja snarled and walked down, his tail up. "Why would I be afraid of you? You're pathetic. I can hold my own against you." He answered him plainly, Demon was nothing.
Hydras, Narsia, Bullet, Skeil, & Pups
Hydras couldn't help but yelp after her leg was broken, but she followed that up with a defiant snarl. With a broken paw and leg, there was no way she could out run so many enemies if they were to pursue her if their pack needed to escape; and it looked like they really needed too. "I'll bet they're all afraid to battle one on one." she taunted them while speaking to her mate. "Because they know Demon and the rest of my pack would slaughter them." Without sufficient numbers to back her up, threats and mocks were something she had to try.
Narsia and Skeil stood close by their alphas, unsure of what to do. They wouldn't turn tail and run, that's for sure.
Bullet looked over at Akela, but didn't say anything yet. There was one wolf who had had truly and secretly liked. He had saved her life once before and had been punished for it. He could never tell his pack about this wolf; but it didn't matter any way now, because she was dead. Of his pack, Bullet was perhaps the most easy-going and friendly to outsiders; but he was still just as loyal as any of them. Not uttering a snarl, he stood tensely and waited for what ever might come. He would give his life to defend anyone in his pack.
Yersinia was terribly worried for her pack. She crawled to the entrance of the cove she and her siblings were hiding in and peeked her head out. "Mom, Dad!" she howled out in a quavering voice. Ankh was trembling with fear for his pack. From where they were, they could see everything. "Yersinia, stay here! We'll only hurt their chances if we rush out there."
Night Stalker
she-devil watched the pups unseen. she made it seem like she ran away but really she was waiting for the perfect time. maybe even holding one of their pups hostage would work. she smirked at the idea. but she still lied in wait.*
Vevisca
Vevisca arrived a bit after Manov had ordered him too. He was a young adult and had no experience at fight at all. But with so many allies on his side, he could avoid the heavy fighting and do enough damage to the enemies that were weakened. He was determined to do his best, mainly because he was afraid if what he aphas would do if he slacked off.
Demon
He smirked but kept his cool. "I could kill you in a heartbeat." He says cooly but the odds weren’t good. He'd let Hydras make a decision. But then he notices the pups. "Don’t worry I aint running just protecting the innocent." He said with a smirk. He wanted to fight Azaja but the pups wouldn’t be able to defend themselves against all these wolves so he darted over to them but noticed Legosa sneaking around back. "Move away." he snarled viciously. He then ran to the pups. He wasn’t about to let them get hurt. He glanced to Skeil. "Bring them to our terrain and find a safe place." He said speaking of the pups. He'd fight Azaja if Azaja didn’t back out but Demon knew the pups and the packs safety was top priority first. He wasn’t about to let the pack down. He hadn’t since he met the lurkers and he wouldn’t now.
Legosa
Legosa has a hot ego and a nasty temper; and most of all, a deep desire to fight and dominate all that he could. He was both his strength and weakness. When Demon snarled at him, it was all Legosa needed as an excuse to fight. "Try and stop me!" he was his deep snarl in reply as he lunged for the alpha of the Shadow Lurkers. His massive jaws were held low to the ground so his throat was protected from sudden attack. He aimed to bite down on Demon's front leg, or shoulder if he could.
Azja
Azja watched him when Demon had his back turned silently Azja ran after him, grabbing his tail and yanking backwards, and letting go once he swung his head around completely. "If you wanna fight let the pups be, others can take care of them."
Demon
He wasn’t a fool. he had seen it coming and easily dodged Legosa. "You thought you’d actually hit me?" He taunts. From the corner of his eye he saw Azaja and leapt forward to avoid being bitten. "Why so your pack can hurt them? I don’t think so." He snarls standing protectively in front of the pups. "Believe me Id tear you to shreds no if I knew the pups were safe." He says truth in every word he spoke.
Silver Skye & Emerald Rain
The two dogs came sauntering in late after the others. Silver Skye daringly went close to the cove, where she could smell the pups were hiding. She would gladly take one if she could. She was also ready to fight.
Emerald Rain was much less inclined to join the battle, but he would back up his sister and pack mates if needed.
Ninaki, Pirqua, & Kenyon
Ninaki snarled deeply, trying to sound as intimidating as he could. Truthfully, he was afraid of what might happen. But he wasn't about to let that show or impair his actions.
Pirqua slanted her wings and rocketed at Azja. Her sharp talons were outstretched to rake him across the muzzle before she would pull back up into the sky.
Kenyon crawled a bit closer to the entrance of the cove, but still stayed a safe way inside. He growled fiercely, "You leave Demon alone! If I were older, you'd be sorry right now!" he threatened bravely.
Hydras, Narsia, Skeil, Bullet, & Pups
Hydras and Narsia quickly rushed over to the cove as well. Narsia snapped her fangs at Azja, although she didn't mean to even touch him; just a warning. Hydras snapped at Legosa.
Bullet stayed near Kiarra and Ninaki, standing defensively.
Skeil hurried over to the cove, "Get ready." she whispered to the pups, but didn't run just yet with them. The others had to be distracted because Skeil wasn't as fast as any of the wolves or hybrids with her shorter legs. She needed time to find them a hiding place too, or the enemies could just simply track them down. "Let me take the pups back to their home! They are scared enough by all of you pathetic cowards!" she snarled at Achia and her allies.
Yersinia crept out a bit more, ears back but teeth defiantly bared. Ankh stood just behind Yersinia, ready to follow whatever orders he received.
Amber
She pads in clearly unhappy. Her and Vevisca got called here for this. Weren’t there enough wolves here already though she was ready to fight. She pads by her mother. "Mom what is this fight exactly about. We don’t even know the opposers." She asks curiously to her mom. She sighs and sits. She then notices Catalpa. She hadn’t seen her in such a long time. She wondered if Xia was here for Catalpa and that wolverine had always been together.
Demon
He snarls. He’d make sure Skeil and the pups got out safely. He glances to Hydras to see if she had a plan. if not it didn’t matter they’d just have to think of something.
Kiarra
She held on tightly to the wolfesse's neck, not about to let go. She kept her head down as well, protecting her on neck...
Nuka
The large black hunter came into the canyon. His side was covered in crimson from where he had been shot; but hid face showed not signs that he was in pain. He stood beside his mate, Ghost, and snarled at the SLPs. He was a good fighter, strong, but right now, he was weak, but he wouldn't show it. If he had to fight he would...
Azja*ikwa
Azja back up so the 'bird' couldn’t hit him, if it anything it would be the ground. "Why don’t you AND your pups run now?"
Ikwa ran down and grabbed onto the back of Kiarra's neck were her spinal cord ended and vital veins were. She bit down hard and new the other had no choice but to let go.
Legosa
Legosa growled slightly, "Let them go? Why in the world were we all called here for if we are just to 'let them go'? A nice lesson we are teaching them! I think a fight would better show them their place." He pointed out and looked around to see if anyone else agreed, although he wasn't sure anyone would.
Keilo
The beta came dashing in and stood uncertainly behind his alphas. He didn't know allot of the faces here, but at least scent could distinguish between friend and foe for him. Hearing Legosa speak, Keilo added in his own thoughts, "We've already showed them their place, I'm sure. They have pups; we should let them go." Having pups of his own, he had more empathy towards parents with their own young. Although he would fight without question if that was needed.
Then he spotted and old friend. "Catalpa! I haven't seen you for a long time!" he barked lightly, lowering his tail to a friendly one instead of demonstrating his rank. Still, he kept alert.
Night Stalker
*as the one over with the pups turned to look for a place to take them she charged on three legs. she was still pretty fast for it. she took her attacks with surprise and sometimes brute force. they were both strong.*
Demon
He saw Nightstalker run towards the pups. He darted in front of her and tried to ram her hard. After that he back up by the pups once more. He then saw Ikwa charging at Kiarra but he wouldn’t be able to reach there in time so he barks. "Kirra watch out!" He warned. He looked to narsia and Ninaki knowing that they’d probably want their pups out of here now and he wouldn’t mind if one of them went with Skeil as well. The odds were already against them and they needed to find a way to end this mess without backing out. He bared his ivories once more as a warning to his enemies. He then had a plan but if would only work if Kiarra didn’t get hit by Ikwa. If she didn’t she had a hostage by the neck which could be used against the enemy but he didn’t allow his facial features to show this. He just kept snarling.
Night Stalker
*she never said she was going for pups but when demon stood in front of her she shifted her weight and lowered her body. she snapped out at his front leg. she kept her neck protected with the ground.*
Ninaki, Pirqua, & Kenyon
Ninaki was nearer to Kiarra than Ikwa had been, so he plunged forward when she went for his pack member. He aimed to ram her shoulder to shoulder while slashing at her face with his fangs so she'd miss her target.
Pirqua fanned her wings out quickly and pulled upwards. She hadn't been high in the air when she dove, so there wasn't all too much momentum in her attack. Again she circled, and this time dove at Aicha’s back.
Kenyon rushed to the entrance of the cove and grabbed Yersinia's tail, "Get back in here!" he barked urgently as he tried to tug her back in where she'd be safe.
Kiarra
Kiarra and jerked herself and the wolfess out of the way of Ikwa's attack. She bit down hard on Aicha's neck, but not hard enough to kill her. She had a feeling that they might need her...
Vatoni
Vatoni came in after her mate, Keilo. She stood beside him and looked at Catalpa curiously, she had never scene the wolfess and wondered how Keilo new her...
Demon
Since he was right next to his mate, Hydras, he whispers something. "Kirra has a hostage. We can tell everyone to leave or the hostage dies." He is sure that no one else except Hydras hears him. Demon had used this plan befor countless times and so had the pack to get their way. He wanted to make sure Hydras agreed first befor they went threw with the plan. He kept a close eye on everyone especially to pups.
Azja*Anzac*Islay*Ikwa*Manov*Ghost*Akela*Mitya
Before the "bird" hit Achia he turned and jumped at it, fangs aiming for its wings, he easily got higher so the talons couldn’t get him.
Anzac nodded. "Yes lets kill them now!" He didn't even know about them but already he hated them. He nodded for islay to follow him then barked to Ikwa. He and his sister ran forwards one on each side of Achia, Ikwa ran at Kiarra again. All three of them were aiming to bit her to drag her down.
Manov nodded for Ghost and Mitya to follow him and Cortinarri also. He stalked forwards towards Demon and Hydras. His hackles raised teeth bared he began to growl, he went and stood on their right, ready to move quickly if they decided to run. Mitya came right after him but went to the left. Ghost the stronger of the three and with the most experience, she had just earned 4th in the most wanted. She growled at them loudly. "Your little plan will not work this time." She snapped at Hydras legs.
Azja pulled back once he leapt for the "bird" and turned and ran off, a few seconds later he reappeared, he looked down on Demon and Hydras. "Now what are you going to do? We have you surrounded." He laughed at them.
Akela walked slowly towards Bullet. "Well look who it is. The pathetic Bullet. Do you really want to end this way?"
Demon
When Mitya snapped at Hydras he swatted at her maw with his paw to knock it away. he then noticed Anzac and Islay go for Kiarra and smirked to Azja. "This." He said. He couldn’t wait for Hydras answer on the plan. He ran in front of Islay and Anzac and tried to ram them as they came though he got bit and pulled away leaving small wounds but he easily ignored then and walked by Kirra. "If anyone touches any of my pack this wolf will die in Kiarra's grasp. If you don’t leave now all of you then there will be a dead wolf right here." He said. He knew the pups were safe from harm right now and were in the small cove that they could probably avoid from being grabbed though he kept an eye on them. "Now back off slowly." He warned. He looked to Kirra giving a faint smile and nod.
Azja*Manov*Ghost**Mitya*revolution
Before Demon could get passed the group he caught his tail in his maw and bit down hard, he couldn’t get away with ripping his tail off. Ghost left her spot and jumped on Demon grabbing the back of his neck.
Manov and Mitya turned to Hydras Revolution came to Ghosts spot. "Your turn" Mitya snarled. Manov launched his body at Hydras going for her face.
Mitya laughed her own bodice at Hydras back legs grabbing them.
Revolution went for her side near her soft underbelly.
Demon
Demon had dodged Azja and Ghost was foolish for he had his neck tucked so all gost got was hiss thick ruff which he easily pulled away from He glances to Mitya and Manov. "Kirra why don’t you bite a little harder and show them we mean business." He said. If they all teamed up on Hydras he was ready to be at her side in an instant.
Hydras, Narsia, Bullet, Skeil, & Pups
Hydras crouched down suddenly, protecting her stomach from Revolution. She pulled back before Manov got her face, but she couldn't avoid everything. Mitya got one of her hind legs. Hydras sat back suddenly, the only thing she could think to do so she could also keep an eye on the other two attackers. Either Mitya's head would be smothered under her, or she'd have to let go. Now Hydras slashed at Revolution and Manov; at who ever and what ever she could reach on them if they still tried to attack her. "You three don't really care about your friend over there, do you? If you don't let my pack go, she's as good as dead!"
Bullet turned his narrowed as at Akela, "Your friends are the ones that are choosing to keep us here; our fate isn't really up to us at the moment." He stayed near Kiarra and would bite anyone who came near.
Narsia stayed near her sister and tried to tackle Revolution. She went to clamp her jaws around the back of his neck.
Skeil stayed near Hydras as well and attempted to latch her powerful jaws around one of Manov's legs if she could.
Yersinia yelped in surprise when her tail was grabbed. "Kenyon, we have to help!" she pleaded.
Ankh trembled still, "Not unless they tell us too; we'd just get in the way."
Cortinarri
She nods to Amber, "I know; I just want to go and hunt. The sooner we get this over with, the better." she said, then followed after Manov. As Skeil went for him, she lunged at the pit bull and tried to close her jaws around the dog's back.
Night Stalker
*demoness snuck around out of site. she had to fine the perfect place to attack. to kill.*
Silver Skye & Emerald Rain
Silver Skye and Emerald Rain had no alpha at the moment to guide them. Emerald Rain didn't want to fight at the moment, so he hung back with the others that weren't fighting. But if commanded too, he would.
Silver Skye had plans of her own. She wanted pups, whether they were hers or not. Seeing that Yersinia was partially out of the cove and distracted by her brothers and the fighting, the dog took her chance. Darting quickly and silently forward, she tried to grab Yersinia by the scruff and yank her out of the cove.
Catalpa
She sprinted over to Keilo and Vatoni, ignoring Cortinarri for the moment and all the fighting. "It's been so long since we've seen each other." She then looked to Vatoni, "Who are you? I'm Catalpa; a former member of the Silver Glades pack."
Demon
His eyes widened as he saw Silver Skye go for Yershia. "Yershia watch it!" He yells then instantly runs from Kiarra’s side to ram Silver. He knew Kirra could kill the hostage if the others did not back off. They had already lost Aminita to the alley pack and he wasn’t about to let another pack take Ninaki and Narsia'a pups.
Night Stalker
8while demon headed away from her she devil ran after him and leapt. she tried to land on his back and pull him down. she had to get a good grip on him so she could hold him hostage. alphas were always the best to hold hostage. so were pups*
Kiarra
Kiarra grinned devilishly, Aicha’s blood on her teeth. She bit down harder like Demon had said, but she didn't bite hard enough to kill the wolf, although, she could if she wanted to. She spoke through gritted teeth, "back off of my pack now or I will kill her!" She said in an angry voice. She would kill this wolf in a second if they did not back off..
Vatoni
Vatoni smiled, "I am Vatoni, Keilo's mate, it is nice to meet you" she said...
Demon
He wasn’t a fool after all and NO ONE would ever hold him hostage. She had caught his leg though and he growled to yank it from her maw ripping his skin but he cared less. "If any one else attacks us the she-wolf dies so I wouldn’t take any chances." He says> If anyone attacked Kirra could kill the wolfess she had in a heartbeat.
Achia & Koda
If she could, Aicha would have burst out in laughter. She wouldn't just stupidly stand there and be attacked from all directions, and so instead she moved away from the slash at her shoulder, and so no blood had been spared from that. But dial had not moved, she was injured from the attack above, not seeing the bird as it launched itself towards her. But it was a hopeless attempt for Kiarra grabbing her neck for she had it covered, and the only grip she would ever be able to get on it was an unfatal one. Aicha's blood spilled only on a fatty part of her shoulder, one because her neck was fully protected, and two because she had moved to evade an attack to her before. Aicha now had the upper hand, and so pulled her weight as far into the air as possible, and if Kiarra wanted to still keep her hold, with the movements Aicha was making, she would be upon her back and vulnerable by the time Aicha hit ground once more. Spirits rose even more as more came to her side. These crows needed a lesson, they should find their own food and not steal like pirates, or ravens for others food. Vocals rang out as she heard her own being called a coward. "Who is the coward? We are not. You scrounge about like measly crows or ravens feasting off of others already started food. It is disgusting. Only the strong would thrive finding their own food, and with this small battle you will have proven your utter cowardness, and weakness. Also you are thickheaded not being able to admit defeat. It is either death to your pack, or flight. A true leader wouldn't lead their pack into sure death. I would die so that this lesson be taught to you, and that seemed to be your plan. But that is no more, you are blind by any small power you feel to hold over someone, and now that power is gone you are small once more. Take you pups, we don't need them, nor shall we need, and won't, hurt them in a battle they are not apart of. But then if you were smart, the rest should follow closely behind, or death will come." Aicha finished her speech, and then howled into the air, let the battle begin. If they rushed quickly enough, Pirqua wouldn't be able to attack for she might hit one of her own. Then the smallest signal was given, and another wolvine joined the battle.
Koda broke free of her small cubbyhole, and was closer than anyone to Aicha, she had been positioned there to protect her if too many had attacked her. Jaws opened with a lust for one of the Shadow Lurkers dirty, warm blood. Audits flicked forward, dial quickly placed to protect her wind pipe, and the vitalist parts and veins as best it could. If Kiarra hadn't let go, as was mentioned before, she would be upon her back and very vulnerable, if this be the case, Koda rushed and bit hardily upon the inside of the neck. Enemals would be most likely sinking into flesh, and slowly she would begin to cut of her air supply. But if that couldn't be made, Koda would begin to maul her underbelly, causing extreme pain. The attacks would be mostly made with her claws so that she was still able to protect herself. But if Kiarra had let go, Koda would still be a surprise, and instead would attack for a flank. Trying to find somewhere special. If she did so, a few tears would rip a tendon and such disable that leg. If that connection couldn't be made though, then she would just try to mangle the leg, disabling it that way. Koda remained alert although, trying with effort that would mostly likely make it possible to position Kiarra before her own pack, protecting herself.
Hydras, Narsia, Skeil, Bullet, & Pups
Hydras was still contending with three attackers, unless they had backed off from her defense. "Someone would no doubt track our pups down if we let them leave! And from the way it is going, it doesn't look like you'd accept our surrender." Hydras snarled out. "There is no rule in the wild that says we must hunt our own food; scavenging saves effort and allows time for other things."
Skeil let up her attack on Manov, whether she was able to injure him or not. Cortinarri's fangs grazed her back as she whirled around out of her range again. In an instant, she dashed forward low to the ground, then sprung up to try and clamp her jaws around Cortinarri's throat.
Bullet spotted Koda come out from her hiding spot. But since she was close to Achia, and Kiarra was attacking Achia, there was no way for him to get there before the attacking wolfess did. Still, he ran towards Koda and tried to sink his fangs into her side.
Yersinia jumped back just in time, after loosing a tuft of fur from Silver Skye's closing jaws.
Anzac Azja Ghost Ikwa Islay Jarla Manov Mitya Rain Meadow Revolution Tsarr Tyrone
Jarla stood where she was suddenly getting a pain in her stomach she cowered down, then turned and ran off.
Manov let out a call to his group. He kicked Narsia away from him. Everyone moved so no one could get them and quickly moved behind Manov. He turned to Hydras. "We could let you surrender, but we know that you wouldn’t actually do that. Demon wont we know that so we might as well battle it out till the end. The pups mean nothing to anyone standing behind me." He quickly looked back to see if everyone was there, good.
Tyrone watched as Jarla ran off, he didn’t want to but did anyway, he turned and ran after her.
Ghost walked up to Manov's side, she was lust for blood right now, and was the most wanted and meanest out of any of them. "We can kill her, or maybe her precious Demon there. Then maybe they will back down." She turned to Hydras and snapped at her. "What do you think?"
Kiarra
She wasn't stupid so she released Aicha's neck. But then out of know where she was attacked by Koda, luckily she had her neck protected. But, unfortunately, Koda had gotten a hold on her leg and she winced a bit. She wheeled around and snarled at her, trying to snap at her shoulder...
Aicha & Koda
Aicha had become thoroughly angered at Hydras, and Demon. How they led their pack into a sure fight, only to find the tables turned, and them being backing into a corner. It felt good, really good, but it would all end soon. Aicha still had her own meat laying by the sheep field. She would give it away though. Scavenging idiots. Snarl erupted, as the words were taken in and she spoke once more. "Time for what? Figuring out which lone wolves to take food from next while you sit and grow fat, your senses slowly failing you. Without the exercise of hunting, you won't remain keen with anything, in time, even the most experienced of your pack could fall to the most inexperienced adolescent. Is that what you want to become? A pack of nothing less than food?" Aicha was disgusted by this group, wolves weren't meant to live like that. Hunting kept one on their toes, even the simplest hunt could keep you sharp. But they didn't hunt at all. Aicha calmly approached their pack, nape was crimson, but it could hardly be seen for it was tucked away and protected. Enemals were hidden, and she waited. Allowing the first move to be made, and ready to counter it if need be.
Koda shook her dial like a mad dog, but she was pure, no hybrid in her. Audits flicked back and buried themselves in a deep and dark grave. Enemals dug into the flesh until the reached bone, but they worked to go further. Jaws that could break any bone they wanted to clenched tightly on the femur of the animal she held. Kiarra grazed her shoulder but it was nearly impossible for her to turn all the way around to actually grab hold, so it hurt little, or none. Again did crania shake wildly, tearing at flesh, and tendons and muscles. One of their own could easily grab the neck and hold Kiarra hostage as they had thought they had with Aicha. But Koda had to keep up the distraction and did so by letting up only for a moment, not enough for her to get away, then biting down once more, this time to break the bone that stood in her way.
Kiarra
Kiarra could not hold it in, a cry came from her and she tried to get away from Koda. But she couldn't, Koda had her leg and her bone was soon broken. Pain showed on her face as she tried to snap at Koda's left back leg, the one she had left unprotected; she figured if Koda broke her leg, she would brake Koda's. She grabbed hold of the wolf's leg, biting down hard trying to break the bone...
Revolution
Hunter looked over, he was going to help his mate. Swiftly he left the group dodging anyone who tried to attack him. When he got to Koda and Kiarra he grabbed her skull in his maw, if he bit hard enough he could pierce her skin and then get to her brain which would kill her.
Demon
Demon saw Revolution go for Kirra and ran over and rammed him hard. He wasn’t going to let anyone in the pack get hurt. He looks to Aicha and smirks. "Are senses are plenty sharp for we have to fight fools like you." He snarls. He then looks to Hydras deciding enough is enough. They’d have to re-group. "Hydras if you don’t mind I think its time to go back to our terrain to make sure no other pack tries to steal it." He says. He didn’t want it to seem like they were fleeing for Demon was ready to fight but he knew when they were outnumbered and enough was enough. He then lunges for Kodas neck with his tucked if anyone tried to come up behind him. He was just doing this to get her off Kirras leg.
Aicha & Koda
Aicha watched as Demon went to stop Revolution from attacking Kiarra, and she started forward. Her body was thrown into his own before he was able to reach Revolution and a smirk of her own was displayed upon facials. "Even so, they can not possibly be as sharp as the ones that do hunt." Dial swung round to see if Revolution had hit his mark. And back again to see Demon make another move. Koda had already moved so that Kiarra was in between the pack and herself. But still better safe than sorry. Aicha lunged at Demon, with his dial still tucked in, it would be difficult to make his mark anyways. The only way he could really hit it was if her stretched out his neck, but never the less Aicha went for his shoulder. After incisors clicked together, whether it was after going through flesh or not, she brought herself to the ground, if there was flesh there, he would come with her.
Koda growled as the wolfess sobbed with pain in the only way she could. Koda did not worry as two wolvines came towards her. One was of their own side, and the other was one, distracted by Aicha, and two, on the other side. Koda whined slightly as teeth were felt sinking into her leg, but before they reached bone, it was lifted into the air, and out of grasp. But the wound would evidently create problems with the use, and so she wouldn't be able to walk correctly until it was healed. After finishing with the leg, she quickly let go and whirled around. Kiarra would not be as fast simply because of her injury, but Koda as well was slightly disabled, but not as much. Jaws already drenched with the warm crimson liquid went for her neck, aiming for a vital spot, but only to grasp it, not to kill. Muscles tensed, ready to pull away if her spot was not met, but bodice was pushed forward, and so after it for a moment being left open, her own vital veins were protected once more.
Kiarra
Kiarra saw Revolution coming out of the corner of her eye and moved out of the way before he got her. But she wasn't fast enough to avoid Koda's attack. She tried to pull away but Koda had a hold on her neck. Her leg was hurting badly and blood was soon covering it...
Demon
He smirked. When Aicha said the remark he retaliated. "Ah but you are really wrong. He says. He stands bites her then darts over to Koda. If she didn’t release kiarra he’d have her lower neck. He had made sure that no one was close enough to get in his way.
Revolution
Revolution ran and hit Demon away from Kiarra. "If you think you pack if tough let her fight for herself, then we'll see." He pulled his head back to protect her neck from anyone, his orbs were locked on Demon ready to stop him from going near Koda. Towers were shifting all around listening to anything, he could pick up anyone’s movements even if they barley moved.
Demon
"Not when everyone attacks her." He snarls as he easy dodges him and goes for his target. He had been more aware this time after getting knocked down by Aicha. If Koda didn’t release Kirra there was no way to defend for Demon was about to snap his jaws on her lower neck and he was already there so if anyone rammed him they'd ram her as well.
Revolution
Why wouldn’t he realize it was useless? Rev wheeled around and to keep from hitting Koda he came from underneath Demon pushing him up and away from them. "No one is attacking her know besides Koda."
Aicha & Koda
Aicha had no idea where the bite was coming from, or who delivered it, but she knew that it had come, and it had hit her. She let Revolution handle the episode over there, she felt she could handle him, and then addressed Hydras, the other alpha. This could end right now, and she would make that apparent. "You should know that this could end and there be no more blood shed. You take you pack, and your pups, and stand aside. When we see that you are all together and show no harm to us, we will see that Kiarra be set free. We aren't scoundrels, and so she will be let go. But if you insist to keep fighting we shall do so, it's your decision." Aicha didn't worry much about the bite, it drew blood, but not enough to cause any real damage and so a nape was protected, she waited the answer.
Koda had no intention of hurting Kiarra anymore that she already had, but as Demon came for her, all muscles tightened, as well as her jaws, and so they burrowed in even farther. And as again did the canine come for her again did she tense up, and again did she bite down. But still Kiarra's life was not in total danger. She could easily bite down and take the life of her, but she wouldn't. Not unless her own life was in danger. The veins were not between her teeth, and so she relaxed once more, after realizing Revolution was there. She waited, studying the rest as best she could before audits cocked forward to hear Aicha, and then to await the reply. Also ready for a bite from Demon.
Demon
He glances a Hydras as he clamps down on Kodas lower neck. His was tucked incase any one had any ideas. He’d kill her if she almost or killed Kirra. He flicks his tail showing Hydras she could make the decision.
Aicha & Koda
Koda's neck had been tucked in as well, Aicha had watched her, and told her to do so. So if Demon was able to grab a piece of neck with her dial tucked in, she would be too. Aicha moved silently forward, and came around Koda to pull jaws up from underneath and carefully aim so that they were placed upon the windpipe of Demon. Incisors shut down to sink into flesh, and they kept going until they put pressure upon his windpipe. Aicha wouldn't pierce it, but she kept biting, and any moment now, since he wasn't able to get as much air as he needed, he would faint. Aicha now had a little corner to duck into and she did so. Body was lowered to closely excavate the ground, dial was tucked in to protect herself and at this position made it impossible for anyone to grasp her neck from underneath, and if they went overtop, they would get a nice big ball of fur.
Koda yelped, but it was muffled from Kiarra as she felt her own neck being bitten into. Just by the surprise of being bitten, last time she had checked there was no one near her, her own jaws clamped together. She knew they had went deeper when she could feel them almost touching, but she hadn't meant to kill the wolvine yet. But as well with the surprise she had pulled back a little, cutting skin in a different direction so maybe all she had cut there was skin. Orbits glanced down at Kiarra to make sure she was still ok. And if not, Koda would keep that same position to give the illusion she was still alive. But it had a very high chance that she was.
Demon
Demon smirked. Aicha couldn’t get to his neck unless Koda let go of Kirra for his neck was to tucked and his body was in the way. Though he had Kodas neck and even if she tucked it the lower neck was a soft spot in any canine so he’d still be able to kill her and would if anything happened to Kirra. Aicha did manage to get his hind leg though but he ripped it from her maw befor more then a small scrape could be done. His stomach was safe to for he had to stay low to hold Kodas lower neck. He waited to see if Hydras would decide to leave with the pack so that this fighting would cease. Well whatever she chose he’d agree and he showed this by flicking his tail in her direction.
Aicha & Koda
Aicha smirked as the blood flowed into her maw. It wasn't where she had aimed, but still, she had hit. Aicha bit down before he had time to pull away, the cut was a little deeper, but not much. Aicha pulled away, and refrained from attacking and she too waited for Hydras decision.
Koda let up her grip on Kiarra slightly, but not enough for her to escape. She did this only because she realized that Demon had her foreleg, and not her neck. Just as he had down, she lifted it, and pulled away, hopping on three legs once to make sure it was completely before settling again, and awkwardly staring at Hydras, Kiarra still between her jaws.
Hydras, Bullet, Narsia, & Skeil
Hydras knew it was suicide to continue. She could have her pack fight and take out perhaps a few of their enemies, but in the end, her pack would be destroyed over just a bit of food. "Alright, alright! We'll stop attacking. You've proved your point." She stated in a quick, agitated voice. "Let her go and we'll be on our way." She said to Koda. Hydras held back a warning threat she had in mind.
Skeil, Narsia, and Bullet all returned to their she alpha's side but also near Demon and Kiarra.
Kiarra
Her neck was bleeding badly and her leg was mangled. She tried again to get away but couldn't. "Let me go, I promise I want attack!
Aicha & Koda
Aicha listened carefully to what Hydras had said, and slowly let go of Demon, ready to grab him again if he decided to attack. She backed away to thank the other wolvines that had to come and helped. She owed them, but once they were alone, she would ask what they wanted. Instead she addressed Hydras once more, "No more stealing food, you should have learned your lesson, now go."
Koda let go immediately after she heard what was happening, and moved away as Kiarra spoke. She stood by Aicha, growing a strong bond with this wolf. She glared for a moment, before relaxing and waiting for the other to leave.
Kiarra
Kiarra started to move towards her pack as soon as she was let go, but she was slow because of her mangled leg. She stumbled but caught herself; she felt dizzy, after loosing so much blood from her neck and leg womb. She needed someone to lean on or she would fall over.
Vatoni
Vatoni stopped talking when she noticed the battle had ended. She glanced at her mate, wondering what they would do next.
All mine
Manov and Ghost motioned for everyone that was surrounding Hydras to back away. Manov nodded to Cortiniarri and the rest of their back to gather. Ghost nodded to Nuka. Azja, motioned for Akela Anzac and Islay to follow. They stood a little bit aways from everyone waiting for the SLP to leave.
Demon
Demon released Kodas neck though he had a deep gash in his side from Aicha but to him it was nothing. He ran to Kirra and allowed her to lean on him. He knew she needed to get out of here most of all. His side hurt for one of his ribs had been scraped but he ignored it.
Nuka
Nuka nodded to Ghost and backed away, standing beside of his mate. But soon his vision became blurry and he stumbled, he had forgotten about his side, where he had been shot buy a human. His side was covered in dry and fresh blood. He shook his head, trying to see better but it didn't help, he then spoke to his mate quietly, "Ghost...I can't see..." He said, but he wasn't about to let them know he was in pain.
Kiarra
Kiarra leaned against Demon, grateful of his support. She stumbled again and winced.
Ghost
Ghost looked over at Nuka, she ran to his side and grabbed him and threw him onto her back, he was heavy, but she could still carry him. She began to ran as fast as she could towards the farm.
Nuka
Nuka soon passed out and laid limp on her back...
Aicha & Koda
Aicha watched as Ghost ran with Nuka, she didn't know about the bullet shot, and felt it her own fault. She attempted to move towards him, but didn't make it until Ghost took him away. She looked back to the Shadow Lurkers, and soft growl emitted, telling them it was time to get on their way. The only one truly injured was Kiarra, and she could understand her taking her time, along with Demon helping.
Koda moved over towards Revolution, a deep gash upon her shoulder, the one that had just finished healing. She nuzzled Revolution lightly, and looked back towards the other pack. Banner raised, and dial did as well, she waited for their leave, before she would address Aicha. She felt it wasn't her fault for making the battle, but wondered how it came in the first place. But it wasn't much of a battle, the numbers were too different.
Hydrs, Narsia, Bullet, Yersinia, & Ankh
Hydras didn't let her tail hang down, and didn't pay further attention to her enemies. Not taking notice of her trivial wounds, the she-alpha looked over the rest of her pack. Kiarra was certainly wounded bad, but Hydras didn't know if taking her to the Woodand Farm was the best thing; after all she saw Ghost and Nuka heading that way. "Skeil and Narsia; get the pups. Bullet and Ninaki; you two take up the rear of the pack to make sure everyone gets back safe. We'll head to the Alley to sort things out." Without waiting for reply, the alpha stalked off for the Alleys.
Narsia and Skeil went over to the small cove. "Come on darlings, we're going home now." Narsia coaxed. Yersinia and Ankh crowded out and nuzzled their mother. Yersinia bristled her fur and stuck her tail high in the air as she let out a growl at her enemies. Ankh had his ears and tail down, knowing it wasn't good to provoke them.
"Follow me close." Skeil said as she herded the two pups away from the cove and led them to the Alleys. Narsia waited for Kenyon.
Bullet waited close by Demon and Kiarra. He and Ninaki would be last to leave in order to make sure Kiarra and the pups made it out safely.
Anzac Azja Ikwa Islay Manov Mitya Rain Meadow Revolution Tsarr
Rain Meadow turned and ran off, she was off to hunt.
Tsarr went back to finding nods to talk with.
Manov barked for his pack to follow, Mitya came to, but went to her own pack.
Revolution barked for Koda to follow him back the back, and also Achia if she wanted to come.
Azja barked for his cousins and Ikwa. Anzac went over to Islay's side and nuzzles her, then walked over to Azja. Ikwa walked and sat down beside Azja. The four were waiting for everyone to leave before they did.
Zhener
Zhener sat crouched to the ground and panting as he watched the other disperse. His broken wing was splayed out and resting against the ground. His other torn wing was half-closed against his side. He couldn't find his voice to speak up, so the foreign eagle just sat there haplessly.
Kiarra
She started to walk slowly, carefully placing her steps. She stumbled once or twice but with Demon's support she didn't fall.
Islay
slay walked over to where the Zhener( was, and couched down on the ground so he could hop on her back, she would take him somewhere to get rest and to get better.
Aicha & Koda
Aicha whimpered to Koda, she might come for a visit, later. She still had a lot to do. Slowly she walked towards where Islay was, a sheep still rested in front of him, she had remembered the other one, and raced over to get it before the SL thought about it. She heaved it onto her back, finding it very hard to maneuver with the extra weight, but managed, and firmly grasped the other one. She dropped it just for a moment to confer with the other wolvine. "I'd like to help, after all, you came to help me, so now I must return my debt. It seems I'll have to do a lot of repaying. There is another sheep, dead sheep, near the pasture, if we go there, you may have it, and then Zhener will have unlimited amount of food." She waited for an answer, picking up the other sheep again, and watching the others depart as well.
Koda nodded solemnly at Aicha, and turned to Revolution. She nuzzled him then began to follow back to the pack lands.
Zhener
Zhener was too weary to put up much of a defense right now. Although he was terribly confused about which wolves were on Aicha's side, he soon learned that Islay must at least be a good one. Zhener climbed onto the wolf's back and crouched down to help keep his balance. He tried his best not to hurt her with his large talons. "Vhat a terrible fight! Many many volves; and much confusion!" he pointed out suddenly, coming out of the trans-like shock he had been in. "I cannot fly vith von hurt ving; and now I 'ave two hurt vons! Zhis isn't good." the large eagle said, turning his sharp eyes from one wing to the other. He gave a small hiss as he tried to fold the wings to his side but found that the pain wouldn't let him.
Legosa
Legosa muttered some furious words under his breath and glared at the retreating pack. "They try to steal your food, so you rough them up a bit and send them on their merry little way." He snorted, "Nice lesson we taught them. They'll think of us as cowards and pick any of you off if you're caught alone." Legosa stalked away, in a different direction than everyone else. He really wasn't upset about not fighting; he had other things on his mind.
Vevisca
He gave a side-long glance at Legosa, then whispered to Amber, "I'm sure glad he's not part of our pack. He seems like a nasty fellow." The young wolf then trotted on after Manov.
Catalpa
"Nice to meet you." She said to Vatoni, dipping her head down a moment. "Perhaps I can come to visit sometime." without waiting for reply, the she-wolf turned and sprinted away.
