Saluki and salsa

Fem entered the lake region.With her pup.she was a loner at the moment. She had just arrived on this land with her only surving pup.Her old pack was hunted down and killed my poachers and she had to choose one pup to safe so she safed her little female pup.She placed her pup down in some tall grass and went to the lake in search of some fish maybe to eat.Muzzle is placed close to the lakes water but she was very carefull at the slightest sound she backed off.

pup:She watched her mothe rand stayed low to the ground.

Nachi

The she-wolf had picked up scent of the two others and made her way as silently as possible to investigate. Nachi was not an average wolf, mentally speaking, for she had been raised partly by bears. And she loathed almost all other wolves, except her brother, Cavan, and... pups.

She began to sneak up towards the pup, trying to see just how close she could get to it without alerting the mother...

Saluki

She sensed trouble.except the onlly problem where was it comming from.She raised her dial to the sky and snifed.She began to pace.She knew where her pup was so she made straight towards her just in case.She didnt want to risk loosing her last living pup so she gently picked her up and st a rted padding away from the spot they were in quickly.But what was the danger.That was in her mind.WAs it another fetale another wolf or was it more dangerous.She placed her pup down a few feet away and stood guard over her.Her orbs searched for the source of why she was so nervous.She spotted a tail but that was all she started to growl.

Nachi

Nachi slowly stood up as her lips writhed back to reveal her striking teeth. Above all, she disliked other females, and was especially jealous of those with pups, for she had none of her own. "You're all alone, aren't you? No pack? No mate?" Nachi taunted lightly, only guessing at those facts. She couldn't see or smell any other wolves nearby.

Saluki

"yes i am and i dont really care at the moment." She growled right back now taking a protective stance over her only child.She knew that some fems could be jelouse and steal others pups and well she wasnt about to let her only pup be taken from her.

salsa:She whined and stayed under her mother afraid.

Nachi

Nachi's eyes blazed with anger and her growl deepened. She wanted the pup, but she wasn't sure how she'd hold out in a fight against Saluki. "Well maybe you don't care, but that means you're pretty defenseless." Slowly, the she-wolf began to circle the other, trying to unnerve her. "What a burden it must be to worry about a pup all the time and have no one to help you out..." Nachi went on.

Saluki

She growled and her tail raised."i dont see anyone else with you. This is my pup go find some male to breed with and you'll have som pups of your own now leave me and my daughter be"She growled showing her fangs.She held a low stance but refused to run and attack and leave her pup in the open.

salsa:She whined and curled up slightly.

Nachi

She snorted lightly, "That all sounds like too much work for me. I'd rather have one little pup to raise, and I'd be willing to go through you to get one." She threatened, taking a step closer to Saluki. Now her body was held in a defensive position and her ears were pressed forward in agression.

Saluki

"you wont get her.If you are aloner ill join you and we can both raise her but that is the only way.Other words you will die fighting me and you'll never get a chance to have one"she hissed keeping guard over her duaghter.

Nightcrawler

The black wolf had run long and far to get away from hunters at the Ashen Domes. Feeling he had put sufficient distance between the two-leggeds and him, Nightcrawler slowed down. His path led him straight to where the two faes were arguing. Dipping his head and tail, he paused and watched, not wanting to interfere.

But then... Nachi! He remembered her from two different times. She had stolen a pup from another pack not too long ago, with the help of her brother. "You'd best go find another pup." He stated loudly, looking cautiously towards Nachi. He didn't want to cause any trouble.

Nachi

Nachi turned blazing eyes to the black wolf, "This doesn't concern you, so beat it!" she snapped visciously before turning to Saluki and taking a threatening step closer, "Why don't you just hand her over to me, and she won't have to see her precious mother get killed?"

Saluki

"she will die if she is not with me.She needs milk you fool and there is no possible way you c an produce it so back off"She snarled and lowered her stance alittle more baring her fangs at the other.

salsa:She whined and stayed under her mother.

Nachi

Nachi stopped abruptly and scowled down at Salsa. "Milk...?" She had not even thought of that! Her ears planed out to the sides in annoyance, "Well, how long does she need milk for?" The fae demanded shortly. Her brother's son was in the same trouble. His mother seemingly vanished while he still needed milk. Now the youngster was sick and undernurished.

Saluki

"atleast another two months and by then she'll be helping me hunt small game" She started to calm down but still kept up her defence.

Nachi

Her anger flared up as she blinked helplessly at the pup, agered that she had been outwitted by basic sense. "Well, that's when she'll be of more use to me." Nachi stated at last, glaring to Saluki now, "Go off and raise her then, but let me warn you, you'll be seeing more of me. And if you know what's good for you, stay away from the Ridges!"

She was a strange wolf indeed, and irrationally angry. But this attitude was only shown around other wolves.

Saluki

"you'll never have my daughter"She snarled picking her pup up.She didnt wantto talk to this fem any longer she ran off.Carring her pup.
