Tesla

The brute bounded in, his mate close behind; ecstasy deep in his features. The lake was amazing, and he slowed a bit to take it all in. Water had been neither a complete friend nor foe, except when cold, and he contemplated leaping in. However, he halted near the edge and awaited Azra.

Azra

Azra followed closely behind Tesla, grinning in her wolfish way. Azra always enjoyed large badoies of water, and was happy to see one now. She did not stop at the shore though, but instead galloped into the waters. She closed her eys as the spray splashed in her face. She yipped in enjoyment, pausing to see if tesla was following.

Jade

The small pup looked up as she lay on a rock beside the lake hearing the yipping and splashing of the water. The voices she heard sounded familier, they brought a slight frown to her face. She stood up and walked to the waters edge but stayed in the weeds and as she stepped in Azra went running past her. Jade stepped back slightly afraid of the water splashing up on her.

Azra

Azra paused within the water as something justr occured to her. She gave a huge, wet grin at Tesla and trotted back to the beach, she saw the pup again! She moved over to the pup and licked her face, "Where did you go off to?"

Tesla

He turned and saw the pup to and a small smile emerged from his maw. the pup obviously brought joy to Azra, and that pleased him. He stepped out of the water gingerly, but kept his distance, merely eyeing the two carefully.

Jade

The pup looked over at Tesla and lowered her head, didn't knowing if he would still acept her. She moved out into the the opening and walked to the dirt and shook herself off so she was dry.

Azra

Azra smiled at Tesla, wagging her tail slightly at him. She moved back as the pup moved over to the open, smiling brightly. She kind of looked over at Tesla, crocking her head to the side slightly. The pup did not seem to be so happy around him yet, why was that?

Tesla

He looked back at her, the same expression on hsi face, but he nodded reassuringly. He could tell Azra would make a wonderful mother, and he felt a tinge of guilt. Was he really worthy of her love? Could he give her all the things she really wanted? A pack? Perhaps even a family?
He turned and looked into the rippling water-one ear flopped down like it always had, bits of dirt and debris clung to him. Whatever miracle had sprung on him to make Azra love him had to have been a once in a lifetime chance. He only hoped that he could continued to make her happy. And apparently this pup was one of the keys to her heart.
with a new sense of determination his paw dove into the water and he smacked a fish right in the side and it flew out of the water, sparkling and flapping and he quickly ran, not fast enough to catch it, but it hit him in the side of the head and landed on the ground. His eyes opened wide and he blushed wolfishly, glancing around to see if anyone had witness his silly antics.

Jade

The pup was a bit startled when the fish came flying from the water. Curiously she went over and sniffed at it then emitted a grunt. Picking up her paw she swated at the fish's tail as it flopped up and down.

Azra

Azra smiled back at her mate, glad that he was hers. She almost jumped when the fish came out though, not expecting that at all. She did not notice the fish slap him though, her attention back to the pup. She sat down and panted happily.

Tesla

He grinned proudly and allowed the pup to play with the fish, it was an offering to his mate and the young one. Shaking his head, sending droplets of water flying, he dried off a bit then laid down near the water and glanced over at Azra with a smile.

Jade

The pup tried to bit at the fish to kill it and eat, but her teath were not strong enough to bit through the scales. She sat down and looked over at Azra with a pleading look on her face.

Azra

Azra smiled at the pup knowingly, going to her aide at once. She batted at the flopping fish a couple of times, playing with her prey, and then with a quick movement sent her fangs into the fish's flesh. She ripped at it slightly to give the pup a good headstart then backed up so she could enjoy it. She wagged her tail softly, inviting her in.

Tesla

He watched the the two with a fond smile, then stepped up to Azra, nuzzling her and sitting down close to his mate.

Jade

Nymph began to chew on the meat, she chewed for awhile before she actualy swolled the peice. After she had her fill she looked over at Tesla and Azra, orbs that were once dull and lifeless were now bright and full of joy. Had she really finally found a family?

Azra

Tesla was gone. The young female was not sure why, but he had left either way. It saddened the maiden, but there was no time to mourn, she had a pup to take care of. Yes, she would still take care of her, even more so now. She had to on full alert while teahing the kid, but she was not worried.

She watched with a little smile as she ate, coming in when she had finished. She wagged her tail again as she passed the little one, quickly devouring the rest of the meal. She was soon done with the trout and sat back down on her haunches, smiling at the little one. "Should we go?"
