the large, breathtaking K.apu trotted onto the area of Pike's Lake. his paws lifted high in and out of the snow. the wolf's belly was round and distended with the meat of his most recent meal. the starved K.apu had gobbled almost all of the large cow's meat, leaving only a few bones and strips of bad meat. of course, now he was sure that he had eaten a little too much. so when two young orphaned pups came scampering along, looking scrawny and hungry, K.apu decided to help - for his sake and theirs. wagging his tail, the massive wolf trotted up to the pups. they looked frightened, but K.apu gave a playful growl that let them know that he was nice. the pups wagged their little tails and spoke. "who are you?" both inquired. the larger of the pair, obviously the eldest, was a gray male. the other was a small black female. K.apu smiled at them as he spoke. "I am Kapu, young ones." satisfied with this answer, the pups blurted their names. K.apu nodded. the oldest was Wind Voice, and his sister was Uqaq. with a stern look, K.apu spoke again. "where is your mother, and your pack?" the pups' reply was simple, "we don't know. we're lost and hungry and..." K.apu stopped them quickly. he offered to share food from his belly basket, and the pups hesitantly accepted. a few minutes later, K.apu was watching the pair devour a pile of steaming meat. and soon after, his pressure was relieved. the pups' mother soon arrived and thanked K.apu, who simply nodded. then, after watching brief scolding, K.apu wandered away. he padded slowly toward the lake. the black wolf lay down next to it, watching the many fish flap around. he picked up a thick piece of a broken branch, and, in his boredem, gnawed on it. and K.apu would wait patiently for someone to come and greet him. or not...

shimmers Kapu is a handsome wolf. he is enormous around 200 lbs, a little more or a little less. he stands about 34" at the shoulder. Kapu's fur is a beautiful black. he has a white spot on his chest, and his fur has silver streaks in it that shimmer whenever the sun hits them. Kapu's eyes are golden-yellow, and always calm. his paws are big, his face non-expressive. Kapu has a long back, long legs, and a long muzzle. his paws are larg. his fur is thick and rough in texture.
behavior Kapu is a friendly yet dominant wolf. he is wise and has good humor, and is very calm. still, Kapu will demand to have his way and be alpha. his nature is good, and he's a skillful hunter. despite his friendliness, Kapu is a vicious and relentless fighter. he knows all the best tricks. he also makes a good alpha, which is why he demands to be one. he knows when to drive on a hunt and when to let go. he knows when to charge in and when to stalk and sneak-attack. basically, he knows everything about what to do while hunting. a combination of dominant, a wonderful hunter, a fighter, a friendly advisor, and many other things, Kapu is a breathtaking wolf.
