Catalpa
The aging she-wolf sauntered slowly along the frozen edge of the lake. She was getting thinner now and her tan muzzle was beginning to whiten more at the end. Catalpa needed a pack soon or she'd have to resort to scavenging for food. And that could very easily lead to an early death. She thought she had found a pack, but apparently not...

White huntress trotted through land when she came 'pon this fae. She could see the female was getting old. Not quite certain why the female stalked forward and said in her cool seductive voice "You would be welcome at my pack the Silver Glades or at my sister Moon Spirits pack which is the Sedge creek territory." normallyshe would have turned and trotted away but she wanted to hear this faes voice. Was it calm and quiet like Moons? or was it low and seductive like hers?
Catalpa
She brought her light ears up quickly at Aaka's words. "The Silver Glades...?" Catalpa's voice was soft and quite, lacking the enchanting tone that it once carried. "What of... Cortinarri?" Catalpa had once been part of the pack, but after the former alpha, Stormfalcon, had dissapeared, a fight broke out. Cortinarri won the ranking and Catalpa was kicked clean out of the pack. "Who lives at either packs? I would like to meet familiar faces... others I'd like to stay away from." She longed to hear that Keilo lived in one of those packs, for she always had a crush on him. But he was already taken, much to her dispair.

She growled at Cortinarris name and smiled bitterly "She was defeated. I got the pack. None of the pack members stayed when I defeated them. They all went in different directions. The members in my pack are Taiser Aminita Silence in Death his mate Rae hopefully and their pups. Occasionally some others that are friends of my sisters."
Catalpa
She started at the snarl, but was at least glad to hear of Cortinarri's defeat. Yet it saddened her a great deal to learn of Keilo's departance. "None of those names are familiar." the old wolf replied in a soft, slightly sad tone. But she couldn't afford to reject the offer to a pack, so she went on cautiously, "It would be a great comfort to me if I could live in my old home again."
