The tiger abruptly shut those thoughts down. Now was not a time to let her mind wander; she had a job to preform, and that meant keeping all her senses on alert as she traveled alongside Tyrant in search of his missing mother.

"I smell cats... they must be close by." She whispered as they neared the lake. Her rounded ears then perked and swiveled towards the soft thud of paws and bodies wrestling somewhere near the shoreline, and she froze. "Straight ahead." Tophee braced herself, muscles taut and ready.

Tyrant too heard the playing and his eyes looked for older cat and found a male. His tail flicked. Stay closeHe then called out to the adult.

Zephira and Kayvon halted their play at the sound of another adult male.

Zeyvon was up in a flash. He leaped down over his yearling. who are you and what you think your doing here?He said.

Tophee had nodded to her superior and stuck close to his side as they moved closer, until Zeyvon came into view. She didn't recognize the big cat for who he was, but she did take immediate notice of his size and the uselessness of one of his eyes. Instinctively, Tophee's ears flattened back and she lowered her head, signaling that she was not here to start a fight with this powerful brute. "We're here in search of a missing pride-mate, by the name of Senka." She answered back, daring to gaze up at the face of the white tiger standing before them. She'd stolen a quick glance at the yearlings nearby, and despite a flicker of recognition for them, Tophee said nothing else.
