Rowan

Rowan strode to the lake, the smirk vanishing from his face before he entered. He was coming for an alliance. At least, that was his story. He was known for being trustworthy, but there came a time that everything had to change. This was one of those times.

Of course, Rowan didn't come alone. He came with Artemis. And their...well, guardians. The three-legged white coywolf stopped at the border of White Feathers' territory and howled for the leader. Just come and meet your fate, White Feathers.

Artemis

Artemis was only a little bit behind Rowan as they came to Pike's lake. A smile of evil upon her features. It was a daring and dangerous smile. Everything about this fea screamed torment, evil, and a killer. Thats how she lives is to cause pain. Nobody has crashed any of her barriors of evil. That is till now. The only one that had done that was Rowan. She still didn't even understand it now herself. She waited as Rowan called to White Feathers. Silently remaining at his side looking small and fragile. So White Feathers would never expect a thing when the time came. Her black fur and pale yellow orbs stood out like always.

White Feathers

White Feathers heard the call and found it rather Suspicious. She talked to some of her pack. Then Two king cobra's And Two Black Mamba's were by her. Two crawled onto her and the other two by their feet. Doskur and Rein to Reindeer also came. Once her protectors were together she moved to meet the male. Her tail above her back. She had gotten over the loss of her sister. She knew her sister Asylum was not meant for this world. She stopped a safe distance from the visitors.Yes? What is it you wish for?She spoke dipping her head. She wasn't stupid though she wondered if they expected her to come alone..Doskur the male Reindeer stood by her on her right with one of the king cobras and Rein a female reindeer with slightly smaller antlers stood on her left with a black mamba.

Rowan & Others

Rowan bowed to White Feathers. Oh, he'd play this one well. Even with the she-wolf's guards, he was sure he'd make this work. After all, he was a son of Tahti and Windsong.

"I wish for an alliance, Lady White Feathers." The coywolf said, smiling sincerely.

Rowan and Artemis weren't alone. Besides the snakes that coiled around the two canines, hidden in their fur, there were others. Aurinka and her daughter, Basil, soon arrived. "Rowan, what are you doing?" Aurinka asked her half-brother. Little did she know, this could get pretty dangerous. Rowan, though, didn't hear his sister.

White Feathers

White listened but sighed.Then Aurinka came up and she listened to her and then back to rowan.Rowan thats your name right? Your a Son of Tahti are you not?She spoke. The snakes that hid in her pelt stayed still ready to strike out if need be. White would of loved to accept this ones alliance but she could not trust him.I would like to accept it but I do not trust you, Your family hates mine for what others in my family has caused your family pain. How do I know that this is not just a way to trap me?She spoke standing tall. her tail flicked. Her ears flicked as well. Doskur stood by White and so Did REin. The two snakes on the groun held their head up. The cobra's thing was displayed.

Rowan & Others

Roan shook his head. "I cannot be blamed for how my family feels, White Feathers. I am not like them. I will value this alliance. I will stand by you and fight for you whenever you need it." He stated, shifting his weight to a more comfortable position. "You have guardians here, White Feathers. I do not stand a chance against you. I am small and weak. It would be stupid of me to come here for anything but an alliance."

Aurinka looked at her brother, wide-eyed. "Rowan? What's going on?" She asked nervously. But, being far from the group for safety, her words went unheard.

White Feather

She listened to him. One ear back. She was unsure of this. But then again, Rowan could use it against her but so could she. Then you know how I feel when others blame me for what my family may have done, Asylum has died of some disease so those she hurt should sease their vengence for she is gone from this world and I should not be blamed for others harmSHe spoke. I will Accept your Alliance but You will still have to earn my trust and Don't think tricking me or trapping me in any sort of way will work for I will keep an eye on you til you prove your loyaltyShe spoke.For this alliance to work I request that you allow one of my bird messangers to go and stay with you as both a watcher and a messanger. You can choose which one goesSHe spoke. Her guards remained standing and watched him carefully and his friend.

This was it. This was Rowan's time. He would give his life to end another if he had to. "Artemis, Aurinka..." He began, "...tell my sisters I love them. Run away now. Don't come back." He wasn't fighting about Asylum. No, he didn't give a damn about Asylum one way or another. Klavdia hated Asylum. Not Rowan. Rowan hated White Feathers.

With that, Rowan rushed for White Feathers, snapping at her throat and chest. Whether or not his attack was successful, he jumped back, ready to dodge any counter-attack.

Aurinka and Basil stepped back. Rowan! What are you doing?!" Auri shouted.

White

White had felt something was about to happen and then it did. When he went for her neck the Black mamba struck out at him.The King Cobra meanwhile ready itself to strike at him if he tried striking white on her side or stomach.Her ears flat back. Doskur the large male reindeer went into stab him with his antlers. Rein did so on the other side;The two snakes went for the males feet.

Rowan would be unable to dodge all of these attacks. But he didn't care anymore. He'd die trying. He jumped back, but the snakes were too close. He'd be hit unless a miracle happened.

It did. Or, something like that. Aurinka jumped in the way, taking the bites from the snakes. She fell to the ground with the impact. "Rowan..." She mumbled. "Rowan...take Basil and tell...tell Desmon I'll always love him." The venom was surging quickly through her body. She had mere moments left.

Basil ran after Aurinka. "Mom! Mommy! No! Don't die!" This put the pup straight in the path of the charging reindeer. She was gored through the head, chest and stomach. She didn't stand a chance. She was dead immediately.

Rowan simply fell to the ground, speechless. He couldn't move. He was in shock. "AURI! AURI! Don't go! Don't leave me!" He cried out.

White Feathers

She growled but then it halted as Aurinka took the hits for rowan.Then the pup was gored.Look what you have done Rowan caused your own family more pain! Why?She spoke. Even if these two that lie dead weren't her family it hurt her.Tears crept into her eyes. She watched as Doskur. Lowered his head slowly and pulled the young pup off and stared at it but backed away.Rein stood in horror.

Rowan looked up at White Feathers and growled at her. "I didn't kill my sister, bitch! You killed my sister! And again! And again! And your guardians gored my niece! I didn't do this! You did this!" He managed to stand up and shakily walked toward Aurinka, but Aurinka was already too far gone. "Auri...come on, let's get some help for you." Rowan whimpered.

Aurinka looked up at her brother and whispered to him, "Fight for mother. Make her proud. Save us all, Rowan. Save us." With that, she gasped her last breath. Her head fell on the cold ground. Her suffering was over.

Rowan collapsed on the ground and howled. "Aurinka! NO! You can't leave me!" It hurt him greatly that not only had his sister died, but White Feathers, the murderer, was pinning it on him.

White

She snorted.I did not, You should of sent her away before you attacked! She died Defending you yes but it was out of my control. Now take your sister and neice and give them the proper burriel they deserveShe spoke She didn't turn her back on him knowing not to. She didn't let this get to her. It wasn't her fault that Rowan couldn't send these two away before attacking. Her tail flicked.

The reindeer snorted. The snakes hissed.

Rowan snarled viciously at White Feathers. "It's foolish to pin your murders on the family of the victims, White Feathers. You say you're not like the Shadow Haunters. You're right. You're not." He snapped furiously. "...No, you're worse. I'll see you in hell, White Feathers. Fuck you." He lifted Aurinka onto his back and gently picked Basil up in his mouth. He walked away, stifling the tears that were forming in his eyes.

White

I can't control what your family just did to protect you! I couldn't stop the snakes attack in mid strike you fool! Blame it on me go ahead but I know what happened and thats all that mattersShe spoke and then growled.Ha! I am not worse then the haunters if anyone is worse you are for not sending a pup and its mother away before you attacked!She called after. Once they were gone from her land she turned and went back to her pack.Keep guard Rowan will tell his family we did this on purpose he is given them more incentive to destroy us! There for destroying the Valley keep young close to the mothers and the main densShe spoke.
