The sound of a motor whirred to a stop as two humans and 3 kids came up to a sandy bank. The adult man jumped out into the water and pulled the boat the rest of the way to the shore. The rest of the humans then got out of the boat and grabbed their gear and started walked up to a marshy area. The water was deep and clear, but it was icy cold. In the cold autumn weather, one could easily die of hypothermia is submerged for too long.

The five humans set up some chairs and prepared the fishing poles.

Taijya, Whisper, Fajebin, Yin, Yang

The raven minx's heart pounded as her limbs carried her form towards the lake. The air here held a different oder from Orca bay, as well as different prey. She hadn't initially smelt the humans here, rather she felt a need to try for other prey. Luckly for her, it paid off. As she hid in the brush near the banks of the lake, her golden eyes glowed, watching eat two-legger. Glancing to her side to check the others all knew the obvious plan, she rocketed from her hiding place. Her aim was for oneof the adults, a harder but more satisfying kill. She leapt up, going for a neck bite, hopefully being unseen and having an easy shot.

Fajebin and Whisper followed the raven huntress, and without even having to be cued they too were off at the humans. Whisper, feeling agruvated from her previous hunt, let out a snarl of annoyance as she leapt for the neck of the other adult. Her eyes were on the lookout for anything dangerous, but she only noticed the finishg poles. Fajebin on the othwer hand, was the first to have a shot at the child humans. His attack was swift, his aim for the cloest child. With a snarl he leapt for the neck, hoping to end it quickly.

When Yin and yang finally got to the bushes the other lurked, they jetted out, and without hesitation the siblings followed. Seeing two children open, they went right for them, showing no mercy as they both went for their fagile necks, hoping to snap them in half.

The one that Taijya attacked was the adult male. He was quick and agile. Even so, he still couldn't hear the wolfess silently stalking him. With a stoke of luck, he got a bite, just as Taijya jumped for his neck. The man lurched forward, Taijya narrowly missing him. Turning around to face the wolf, he took this time to get out his swiss army knife and cut the line. The pike was freed and the fishing pole clattered to the ground.

The adult woman was not as quick. Whisper had aimed a little incorrectly, and her bite landed a a bit lower than her neck. She did not die, but was now seriously injured. Crimson blood stained her snow white shirt as she fell, crying in pain.

The children were frolicking in the clearing, unaware of the danger until they heard their mother. Fajebin's target was the first to die. Her bite was clean and well-aimed, snapping the little neck in half.

By this time the other children were aware, the eldest, 13, shielded his sister behind him. He grabbed the biggest fishing pole and swung it at the wolves.
