Villain .+. Riot .+. Vidiv

The group he was to be training was Riot, Vidiv, Heurosan, and Devaki. After his conflict with the human's dogs. The wolf was in little shape to do extensive exercises. Instead he came in lazily and sat down by the water's edge before looking back for the pups and calling out to both them and Orinoco. Unaware he was to be joined, as well, by Stealth.

Riot came up half awake. Growling under her breath. "Not a very good first impression to show up late, teacher." She sneered before moving toward the water and letting it engulf the front part of her legs. Her eyes shone out across the lake and then flicked up to this 'teacher.' "Bite your tongue Riot." Growled Vidiv. Before turning back to Villain.

The brown would said little before turning back to wait for the rest.

Orinoco/Devaki

Orinoco swam through the river and into the lake, meeting Villain at the shore. The ten foot long Yacare Caiman poked her head out of the water and smiled. "I believe I am to teach some pups, am I not?" She said cheerfully.

"Holy cow! What are you?!" Devaki blurted out when she saw Orinoco. The caiman chuckled and looked at the tiger cub. "I am Orinoco, a Yacare Caiman. Though I have noticed that some of the Shadow Haunters call me a dragon."

With the curious cub's question answered, Orinoco turned back to Villain. "Where shall we begin?"

Ard-Rai

He hadn't been assigned any duties, and so found himself with free time. Thus, the spectacled caiman took it upon himself to come supervise the training of the pups and provide another guard should something happen. Orinoco's laugh drew a deep chuckle out of him, as if he could not resist its power, and he spoke softly, for her ears alone. Well, if you are to train them to the water, best find out whether they swim or sink. We can take turns catching the sinkers. And he grinned, displaying his twin rows of shiny fangs. His broad back could hold up to five pups, depending on their size, and thus between he and Orinoco, they could quickly solve any problems that might occur with giving the pups swimming lessons.

Orinoco

Orinoco smiled when Ard-Rai appeared. "That sounds like a good idea. I'll see if Villain will go along with it." She whispered back before looking at Villain. She rested the front half of her body on the earth while she spoke to the wolf. "Ard-Rai has suggested that we first make sure the children can swim. We will catch the sinkers." She told him.

Villain.Riot.Vidiv

Villain's head propped up as the caiman approached and a smile crept upon his maw at her suggestion. "Very true, they need some practice before they can participate." lanky legs brace his weight and he moves toward the water. Dark eyes turning to the group before gruffing. "Come on, swimming lessons." And with that he moved into the water. A small red die shedding from his sides from the wounds he had received from the attack at Ethan's.

Riot looked to the 'dragon' and smiled before taking off after Villain. Instead of letting herself slowly sink into the water, she plunged right in with a blanket of water coming up and engulfing her. After a moment under the water, her head surfaced and she began to waddle. Her nose panted as she kicked furiously to keep herself up. "Gah!" She gurgled before sinking under for another second and coming back up. "Not fun..." She complained. Moving out for a moment before circling back around to head back.

Vidiv hesitated a moment before slowly making his way into the cool water. He smiled; it wasn't so bad. Furthering himself into the liquid, he seemed to take to it pretty quickly. Lazily flicking his feet as he kept his lungs filled with air. Holding his breath and breathing out sharply only to inhale and hold his breath again. He became his own floaty. "It's not so bad." He said, purposely placing himself in Riot's way. The she-pup growled and quickly went under. This time struggling to get back up.

"R-Riot?" Vidiv asked before holding his breath and dipping his nose. Opening his eyes to see just a small ball of fluff struggling to surface. Pulling his head back up he grabbed a large breath before lowering his head and attempting to bite at her scruff and pull her up. He got a successful bit, but wasn't strong enough to pull her up.

Orinoco/Devaki

The ten-foot caiman crawled back into the water, preparing herself to catch the sinkers. Devaki smiled and excitedly leapt into the water. At first she went under, but eventually surfaced again. "This is pretty fun." She said to herself as she treaded water.

Seeing Riot struggle to stay afloat, Orinoco submerged and moved up from under the pup.

Ard-Rai

Rai was also about to move toward Riot, but as Orinoco took care of it, he let his voice rumble in a tone of teaching. Legs are for paddling, tail for steering. Keep your heads up. That's the most important thing.

Villain.Riot.Vidiv

Moving back onto the land, Villain watched as the pups took to the water. As Riot was brought back to the surface, he readied to accompany her until she was ready to get back in and try again.

Taking in the words Rai had to offer, Vidiv began to move his tail and felt himself steering easier. "Cool..." He said then moved over to the feline ally. "your it" he said nipping her lightly on the rump before turning away and diving down into the water. He moved down but his tail and rump stayed afloat. It was obvious he was trying to submerge with little success.

Riot inhaled to save her life as she was brought to the air. She moved to the shore before looking out to the other two swim about. They have it too easy. She complained before moving back into the water. Sucking in a breath she floated in and began to paddle to them. Her lungs were not as big as Vidiv's, and so she had to gasp and refill her lungs more often. Eventually her lungs would expand and she would grow use to it. But for now she had to do simple pleasure practice swims. "Leave me alone" She growled to them, before moving were the water 'dragons' were resting. If she were to go under again she wanted their help. But with the way things looked. She was going fine for now.

Orinoco/Devaki

Devaki listened as Ard-Rai spoke, paddling frantically to stay afloat. The tiger cub nearly jumped out of her skin when she felt Vidiv touch her. She spun around, forgetting everything she ever learned about swimming, stopped paddling, and went under. She wasn't submerged for very long before Orinoco pushed her back up to the surface. "Paddle with all four legs, and you will stay afloat." She instructed in that kind voice of hers. Devaki nodded vaguely and went after Vidiv. She knew she wasn't very good at this, but she was making progress. She nipped him on the tail and spun around. "You're it!" She cried playfully.
