Anthem

Anthem reached the large lake after a long run, he had just left Breve Ridges because he and another wolf named Eagle had been trespassing on someones territory.

Now he was waiting for Eagle to meet him here. Where is he? He should've been here by now. Anthem glanced around again, but there was still no sign of him. Anthem sighed and twitched his tail impatiently.

Anthem was still waiting when a dragonfly darted around his head Anthem watched it and snapped at it a few times but he lost interest in it after awhile.

Eagle

Eagle was right now had his tail caught on a bush. "Help me Anthem.HELP!"

Anthem

Anthem was now watching the lake's waves as they rushed toward him then retreated, this soothing moment was suddenly interupted by a wolf calling for help. Anthen stood up and turned around and reconginized the wolf to be Eagle. He could tell it was him by his black paws. Anthem padded over to Eagle and saw he had gotten his tail stuck in some briars.

Well it looks like you've gotten your tangled in some thorns just hold still, ok.

Anthem leapt over the small patch of briars and bit the vines that had grabbed Eagles tail in half, freeing Eagle from the thorns. Eagle still had the parts of the vine in his fur but he would have to pull them out himself.

Eagle, the reason I wanted to meet you here is because I've decided I'm going to start a pack, and I want you to be in it.

Anthem sat down a few feet away from Eagle and waited for his response.

ok i'll join, what will it be though like all species or what

Anthem

Anthem grinned, he now had his first pack member now he just needed a territory. Early today he had scouted out possible choices and he had really liked Avalanche Grove.

We need a territory now, I was thinking about taking Avalanche Grove. the pack there isnt very big I think so if it comes down to a fight we'll be better off. Let's go

Anthem began to move off toward Avalanche Grove.

Eagle

I'm gonna be in a pack! Eagle trotted after Anthem and kept walking untill they got there. Eagle waited for Anthem to speak
