Trace
The large tiger walked smoothly down to the lake, his green-tinted eyes looking out around him. His back rolled along easily with each step his took, his paws big and uncaring as they stepped over the ground. Finally, he reached the lake. He stepped to the shore and dropped his head to the water. Ah, refreshing. Then he bunched his body up and took a flying leap right into the water, sending a roaring splash circling out around him. Now swimming, he kept his now spiked head poking from the surface of the water. Life was good, even without the humans.
Rajsa,Faint Snow,White Star
The large white male tiger about 2 and a half years of age moved forward in front of his mother. It would be two more years before he left his mother or until she concieved again. His father was wasteland. He came to the edge of the lake and layed down taking a few sibs of it.His eyes shut.He heard somethin swimming near by but did not take heed.
White star his sister the larger of the two was close behind. She rolled over on her back and attempted to get her brother to play. She had come into season for the first time.
Rajsa was in season again but would find wasteland later. She falled her two youngsters and only sat and groomed herself.
Trace
Trace continued to swim, taking long, powerful strokes with his soaked limbs. The water rustled around his light form as he suddenly dove down beneath the surface, leaving nothing but rippling water where he had diappeared. He could actually dive from the top and stay under the water, which was something that an ordinary tiger probably wouldn't be very capable of doing.
Soon, though, he emerged, though this time closer to the family of tigers. Once he blinked away the liquid, his light eyes took notice of the others. This would be the first time he encountered other tigers out in the wild. He didn't care, though, despite the fact that he was indeed excited.
Stepping up onto shore, his short pelt dripping with water, he turned and shook some of it off, sending droplets everywhere. Then he began to take long, prowling steps nearer and nearer to the group, advancing upon them. After a short moment, he reached where they were, and gave a light roar to let them know of his presence.
Rajsa,Faint Snow, White Star
Rajsa was the first to notice the presence of the male and even though her cubs were large enough to fend for themselves she stood and let out her own roar of warning to the male. Her tail flicked.
Faint snow having never encountered another male other then his father stood up and tilted his dial not sure what he should do. True if he had had a counter before he probably would attack but he didn't.
White stood and stretched and then just watched the male.
Trace
Trace only gave a sigh in responce to the female's roar. He may have lived in a zoo all his life, but he knew by the tone of roars how others were feeling. Just wild instinct, he sopposed.
"You don't have to get all ruffled about it," he quickly piped up, giving his own tail a few flicks. True, he didn't know how things quie worked out in the wild, but he figured it couldn't be much different. "Name's Trace. Who're you?" he asked, unsure of them. Maybe they'de lighten up a bit if they chatted for a while. If they could.
Rajsa,Faint Snow, White Star
Rajsa listened to him and growled lightly."I am Rajsa, this is my son Faint Snow and My Daughter White Star"She said. Apparently this male didn't have the instincts that most would when they smell a female or two in season.
Faint Snow:Growled alittle unsure of this male. But did nothing.
White Star watched him with alittle interest.
Trace
Trace only gave his head a tilt. Okay, so he didn't have many instincts of the wild, but he was here. He'de learn in time, surely, especially with being out here on his own. He'de have to if he expected to get around easily.
"I'm new around these parts-- just escaped from a... Zoo." he simply stated, taking a seat on his haunches and running his flat tongue over his fore legs. Then he looked up at them casually, giving his banner a few more flicks. Sure, the faes had indeed caught his attention, but what was he sopposed to do about it? There was nothing he could do.
Rajsa,White star,Faint Snow
She growled lightly."Well i hope you learn fast cuz you won't make it out here i barely did"She growled.
White star soon began to play with her brother.
Trace
Trace only gave a strange lopsided grin. "I'll manage," he simply replied, and gave yet another sigh. Then he yawned. "Unless I happen to go back to the humans, though it's doubtful." he then added, auds flickering. He didn't know what to do out here. It was all so... Boring. Back at the zoo, he was able to show off in front of the many visitors. Here? Everyone just seemed to want to rip your throat out.
Rajsa
She snorted and layed down."Oh will you? How will you eat? Humans give roadkill i know i lived in a zoo but out here you have to hunt for yourself unless you want to scavange"
the two cubs played.
Trace
Trace only tilted his head a bit. "I'll fair." he simply replied, sighing again. "It may have been roadkill, but it was good. Roadkill then, I'll find roadkill now." he then stated, giving his tail a flick. He thought things over. He obviously had an upbeat look on life, even out here.
Rajsa
she laughed at him."Oh boy, You won't come across roadkill as often as you need it. Out here You need to hunt and don't expect me to show you how cuz i only teach my cubs"She said laughing.
Trace
Trace only gave his own laugh, almost mocking. "I don't need your help, I can fend for myself." he stated, staring at her. "Just because humans helped me all this time doesn't mean I can't catch on to things myself," he stated, quite confident. Nothing could bring him down.
Rajsa
"oh but its not that easily. Its easier said then done. You could be killed by your prey"She said and then stood."Come children we must return home"
The tow stood up and began to run towards home.
Trace
"Hah, no prey will kill me." he stated, and simply gave his tail another flick. Then he stood. "You are too doubtful for your own good." he then added, narrowing his eyes. He too turned, and began to leave then, seeing as how thy would be returning 'home' anyway.
