SilverFang

A black wolf appeared and disappeared in the many shadows. Her gold as scanned the land as she came out of darkness and into light. Her legs moving her along in a slow trot towards the lake. Her eyes quickly turned back to in front of her as she moved happily along. Halting just before the lake, she lowered her body and took many mouthfuls of cold water. Soon finishing she backed a couple of feet away from the water and sat down, taking in the new land.

Jais

Sauntering along the bank not too far from where the she-wolf sat came a wolf. Apart from a streak of black across his side, he was all white. It take long for him to pick up SilverFang's scent. To avoid appearing as any sort of threat to her, Jais lowered his head and tail as he slowly trotted up the bank and approached SilverFang. Dipping his head in a slight nod, Jais spoke up, "Hello, I'm Jais."

SilverFang

She nodded her head in a small greetings as the unknown wolf neared. She sat quietly as the wolf spoke out his name. Her golden eyes scanned the land, making sure there was no danger about. She had gotten use to making her self aware of her surrounding. Always, checking for mostly humans, but other animals too.

" Greetings Jais, I am SilverFang." She smirked and then went on. "But you may call me Fang, or Silver for short, others have before. And I don't mind it that much." She gave him a small smile then took another fast scan around. " So, how are you this fine day?"

Jais

Glad to see that she replied to his greeting with no hostility, Jais responded, "I'm pretty good; how about yourself?" his head tilted slightly to the side in a quizative way. He noted how she looked around often, so he added in as casual of a tone as he could, "I've seen no humans this area before. But there are some wolf and dog packs that sometimes hang around and are a bit... well, aggressive."

SilverFang

Glad to see he had responded she smiled, glancing about once again. It was all a new land, so much exploring to be done, and the more the better. She hadn't resided with some one since Miru was because life had gotten boring. Exploring had always been her way of entertaining her self any way. Soon the wolfs voice rang out again. As he stopped she repeated it in her head and gave a half laugh.

" Jais, it is not some crazy mutts i'm worried about. It is the other many creatures out there, and it is very good to know you have not seen humans here before. Hopefully it will stay that way while I'm here at least"

Jais

His tail waves faintly and he gives a nod in understanding to her reply, "I see, I see. Have you ever met a bear before? My pack use to have this big grizzly..." Jais paused a moment, struggling to remember the name, "...um, oh yes, Thunders Call. He hung around our pack and we shared our kills with him." Jais sat back on his haunches then and explained a bit more, "But a kodiac bear came one time and killed one of my sisters when I was younger. You never know who you can trust." the wolf finally finished.
