Kiara Storm

~she walkes along the waters edge, her head down, eyes scanning the ground but not really seeing~ ~she wanders along aimlessly, surprised at having seen so many yet talked to none~

Taijya, Fajebin, Whisper

The three comrades had traveled together for many moons now. As of late, their expeditions had taken them away from this area, leaving what would seem the humans to become less cautious. At one point, few humans appeared in the wild, but it seemed their numbers were growing again... not something, Taijya, of all wolves, could handle. Her severe dislike of the two leggers was the reason Whisper and Fajebin had been with her so long, and it would only grow again with humans in the valley.

The raven hued vixen had caught the girls scent long before she saw her. With Whisper and Fajebin at her side, it only took a glance to set them off. Whisper took the far road, making a wide circle to come around from where the girl was walking from. Fajebin traveled slower, his position at the girl’s side, and finally, Taijya, was head on. Golden spheres set themselves on the girl, noting her eyes on the ground.

Whisper, the silver fae behind the human girl, glares with narrow steel orbs, her steps slow and quiet as she nears her. When the time feels right, the stealthy huntress makes a dash for her prey, jaws aiming for the calf. If her fangs make contact, she will swipe her head to the side, in hopes of knocking the girl off balance with her surprise attack.

Fajebin was no novice at this game. Many times they had attacked and killed humans. Together with Taijya and his sister, they were a force to be reckoned with. A flash of silver catches the male’s eye, and with that, he too sets off, his limbs taking long strides until he is ready to make his attack. Pressing his hind off the earth, Fajebin snaps his jaws at the girls arm, hoping to bite down and aid in his sisters intention of bring the girl to the ground. At that point, she would be the most weak and vulnerable.

Taijya was well aware of the plan without even having to be told. When the two had already sprung their attacks, Fajebin then ran towards the battle. If the girl decided to run, Taijya's jaws were right there to catch her. If she was taken down by Whisper and Fajebin, then Taijya would go right for the kill, a fast neck snap to end the life of a useless human. And if by some chance the human girl did not fall, Taijya's aim was for her side, where vital organs resided.

Kiara Storm

~her hair begins to rise on the back of her neck, her gze becoming clearer~ ~at first, she pretends not to notice the wolves, but as soon as the second attacks she is well prepared~ ~having knives hidden everywhere, she slashes out at the other two, the first having already gotten ahold of her~ ~a little bit of pain she could handle...she had been hurt far worse before~ ~blood begins to flow from her leg, and she glances back at Whisper before quickly looking to Fajebin and Taijya~ ~she continues to slash at Fajebin and Taijya, praying that a few hit their mark~ ~she brings her other foot up and kickes at Whispers head, aiming the steel-toed boots for the temple~

Taijya, Whisper, Fajebin

These wolves were nothing to be taken lightly, and something very difficult for a lone human to do much about. Whisper kept her jaws locked, placing all the pressure her strong wolven jaws could muster on the bone of the leg she now had. As the human went to try and kick her, she swung her body the opposite way, jaws pulling her leg along. Steel orbs were narrowed as her senses were alert; knowing all moves humans could throw.

Taijya only laughed at the humans feeble attempt, a low growl permeating her jaws. She jumped back receiving a minor scratch on her chest from the knife which barely drew a dot of blood. Fajebin also had the same idea in his mind, snarling as he backed off enough to make his next move. Both Taijya and Fajebin were out of range of the knife, now all they had to do was disarm her. With a quick snap of his muscles, Fajebin came in flying, jaws aiming to latch onto the arm with the knife itself. He planned to grab onto the low arm, where the weak one would be easy to break for the likes of his jaws. Taijya also came in, aiming to distract and kill. Once more she came for the throat, although her angle would mean that if the girl got any hit on her, Fajebin had the best possible chance to get his fangs on the girl. It was a win-win situation for the wolves, because all had survived worse than a knife stab in the past.

Kiara Storm

~she finally just gives up, knowing that in all reality it is useless to try to fight off three wolves~ ~she makes one last feeble attempt to hurt the wolves before giving up~

Kiara Storm and Jackson

~Jackson wanders by just as Kiara is giving up~ ~he glances over at her and the wolves before pulling a .45 from his back~ ~he aims at the gut of the wolf who has a hold of Kiara's leg and fires, then quickly points it at the heads of the other two~

Taijya, Fajebin, Whisper, Yin, Yang

Whisper's nares twitched at another human scent approaching as she continued to rip at the leg, shaking her tiara wildly to add more blood loss to this girls problems. Lucky for Whisper, her constant motion allowed the bullet to miss entirely, although almost putting the girl in danger. Her steel orbs widened as the human came into sight, and a low rumble erupted from her throat. Another lousy human come to ruin their fun. That was always a party killer. Luckily, even guns did not fear this group. At least when it was only one. They had dealt with guns before, and proved a dangerous threat to the local ranch. Feeling confident, the huntress used the girl as her shield, holding her grip and maneuvering around the girl in a way that any shot would be a risk to her.

The gunshot backed Taijya off at once, making a 5 foot distance between her and the girl, her golden spheres wide and on high alert. She didn't fear guns, but as the ring leader, she was more set on knowing where it was coming from... and stopping it. As the stick aimed at her, she snarled low, shooting at the man. However she curved out, not going full on. And even as she curved out, her path was not even. She knew well that a moving target was hard to hit, and so she zigzagged her way around. As she neared, the scent of two faithful, yet younger wolves met her nares and she only gained in confidence. Instead of going in for an attack, she was using herself as a decoy. She was close enough to be more of a threat then Fajebin or Whisper, but far enough that it would take the man a few paces to meet her. She was circling the boy watching his movement and switching direction when needed. That was until Yin and Yang came into view, at which point she stayed in front of him, working her magic zig zagging around. The others needed a way in.

Fajebin snarled gladly when he got the arm, but his victory was short lived as the gun shot fired, starling the male to release and land back on the ground. If he'd managed to make the girl release her knife, he didn't take notice, as his eyes went directly to the man and his stick. Snarling, he was tempted to go after him, But seeing Taijya's move, he instead went back for the girl. Angrily he aimed to jump back at the arm he had for only a second. It was doubtful that would had broken anything, but this time he planed to make it stick.

Yang, the all black male with the silver orbs tore through the grass, his snowy sister Yin at his heels. They had caught wind of the blood, and soon the gunshot. They would have come had they known the hunters or not. The fact of the mater was, they liked to help in mischief, but rarely started it on their own. The fact that it was Taijya's crew made it only more enjoyable, as they had time and time again assisted them in their hunts. Coming up behind the human male, both Yin and Yang glanced to one another before their eyes landed back on their prey. Yang was going for the right shoulder, doubting he would get a hold, but it would certainly cause some pain to the muscle, and take the man by surprise. Yin on the other hand hung back by a few paces. When Yang attacked the shoulder, Yin went out a bit more on the left, anticipating the man to turn to the right, and then she attack. Being smaller and lighter than any of the other wolves her, she flung her body up at the back of the mans neck very easily, jaws snapping shut where she hoped she had gotten a hold.

Kiara Storm and Jackson

~Kiara sees Jackson, not knowing who he is and not really caring, just glad that someone has come to help her~ ~she feels Whisper moving around, and she moves with the wolf, hoping to give Jackson another shot at the wolf~ ~she watches as the two new ones go after Jackson, her hopes dying yet again~

~Jackson catches sight of the two new wolves out of the corner of his eye, all the while watching Taijya come at him~ ~he hits his left foot against his leg, a knife hidden in the sole and activated by a small button on the side~ ~he turns and kicks out at Yin, firing off a shot at Yang~ ~he would deal with Taijya when and if he got a chance~

Taijya, Fajebin, Whisper, Yin, Yang

A sharp bark is sent out by none other than Taijya. Something had changed, and she knew their bountys had already increased due to this battle. Killing would be better, but for now she was content to leave them alone. After her bark she shot off into the distance, raven body carrying itself towards the lake.

Whisper and Fajebin both follow suite, Whispers head giving a final, brutal shake before she released and follows. Yin avoids the kick, being far smaller and more agile than her larger brother. Yang attempts to avoid the shot, but his shoulder bears the mark where the bullet grazed him. It hurt, btu was nothign close to deadly. Backing off from the man, they both follow after Taijya. She had something up her sleeve, and they wanted to be in on it.
