Romeo ~ Juliet

The twin lupines were relaxed near the edge of the water. The brute lay on his stomach, head gently atop his paws, silver ear flopped over at the tip. The fae sat beside her brother, licking her paw.
What shall we do today, dear sister?
What do you wish to do, dear brother?
Sister, twas I who asked thee the question.
Yes, brother, twas why I was the one who replied... The masculine rolled his eyes and shifted his wieght. Women... he mumbled under his breath. The fae however, heard, and proceeded to kick her sibling in the ribcage.

Xuin

From many yards out in the bay, a strange, wailing song suddenly burst forth. A dorsal fin, oily black and sharply tipped, rose from the murky depths, along with a black and white head. The orca's song was wild and sharp and seemed to cary no message in particular.

A fairly tall dorsal fin rose from the water near the singing orca. There was a small defect in the fin; a dent near the base. As if this orca were exasperated by the other's wild singing, the dorsal fin turned sharply away and sliced through the water, heading away from the sharp-finned orca and submerging again.

The singing whale's tone sounded suddenly sad and alone. And all at once, it ended. Finished with her song, Xuin peered at the wolves on shore with her huge, glossy eyes.

Romeo ~ Juliet

The damsel noticed the orca first, and smiled sweetly. Bright eyes gleamed as she nudged her brother more gently than before. Fae dipped her head and spoke, Hello there. The brujo lifted his head and caught side of the orca. He sniffed, and he too nodded. Hail. came his greeting.

Xuin

The orca glided in closer to the shore, encouraged by their greeting. "Nice day." She replied after getting as close as she dared without beaching herself. There seemed to be a wild spark in her eyes that carried into her voice as she spoke, "I'm Xuin, who might you two be? My son loves to talk to wolves.... I thought I'd try myself!"

Romeo ~ Juliet

0000 The gentle fae smiled sweetly as she edged closer to the water. My name is Juliet, and this is my brother Romeo. We have never met such as a creature as yourself before this... The male sat up and nodded. He, not being much for conversation, said quietly, Charmed, of course...

Xuin

Xuin gave a slight nod, "Then we are all trying something new today!" Her huge, glossy dark eyes were wild like the singing cries she had given voice to. "Both of you are wolves? I cannot hardly tell you from dogs sometimes. But they say you wolves have much in common with us orcas."

Juliet ~ Romeo

The gentle fae smiled brightly yet again at the orca.Both of our parents were wolves, as well as we.

The brute pawed boredly at a leaf on the ground infrton of him. He looked up at Xuin and said How so do you mean that, we have much in common?

Xuin

She whistled lightly, studying them a moment longer before replying, "My cousin is always telling me that. He tells it to everyone. Calls us the wolves of the sea!" she laughed out loud at this, for her attitude seemed a bit eccentric at most times. "My son also swears by it. We both hunt as a family, he says. We sing. We have close bonds."
