*Orcas*
Three orcas swam about near the shore as their ebony dorsal fins sliced through the water. They began to jump and splash about for the fun of it, and chatter away to themselves. Everyonce in a while, they looked towards the shore to see if any wolves or other creatures were there to talk too.

She-wolf, as black as the night sky, trotted into the land. Her mouth and chin lathered in the blood of her kill. She walked near the water and began to chew on the rabbits carcass. Ripping and tearing at it, Though she didn't watch her food. Her pools kept glancing around for preditors or scavangers that would steal her food. Though her sight was mainly on the orca's She saw them looking on the land, and she didn't know what they were. She growled when they came close to the shore, then ate faster .
*Orcas*
One of the orcas brought his head high out of the water so that part of his side fins could be seen. Then he slipped under, leaving only a ring of small waves in his wake. A moment later the gigantic two-toned head emerged again, this time very close to shore. The orca gave a delighted, curious whistle as he swam slowly closer and closer. "Hello, little wolf." He greeted, stopping in such shallow water it seemed he must be stranded. But his pod was clever and knew their limits. He was in no danger right now of being caught high and dry.

The young wolf snarled to the creature. " What do you want, This is my food, you can't have it, Fish." She was confused about what the animal was. All she knew was, he smelt like fish. She swallowed the rest of the rabit and licked her chops, then rose to her limbs and walked slowly to the creature. It smelt tasty and she snorted lightly. " What do you want? and WHAT are you?" She stayed standing, the hair on her back bristled as she strained forward. She didn't want to get too close cause it looked like its teeth were sharp.
*Orca*
The orca grinned by opening his jaws enough to show all of his glistening, pointed teeth. "No need to worry, little wolf." he whistled out good naturedly. "That rabbit would hardly be a snack to me!" He let out a spout of breath from his blow hole before continuing. "I am no more a fish than you are a bird. I'm a whale, an Orca to be exact. Or Killer Whale if you prefere." His glossy eyes studied the wolfess some more, "Have you never been to the ocean before?"
Fallen
*Orca*
"A pool?" The orca said in wonder, "I've never heard of that term. But humans are so strange sometimes... their different language and all." He look thoughtfully at the water lapping around him, "The purpose of the ocean? Well, if you can tell me what the perpose of the sky and land is, maybe I can answer your question! But I can tell you what's in it. Whales and fish that are larger than me, and those that are so small you can hardly see. Waters so deep that light cannot reach it and so heavy that it would crush even me to go down there. There is much more, too. Tell me somethings about where you live, please. I'm always curious to learn more of land."

Shadow wolf looked to the brute closely as he told her of such things. Though she could hardly reply to what the world could offer. " The land is sometimes rich, sometimes poor. Some trees that are magnificent, and some land that can't even hold a weed. Though that is all i know of the land. For when i was an infant i was taken in by the creatures that are called humans. And the yellow hot air destroyed their homes. And I was left. And now i come to this land. That i wish to call home. Though i'm just a wanderer. So i may never truely have a pack." She sighed and looked at the soot and snowy figure. She sighed and looked back to the sky. Wondering what happened to the child that use to take care of her. Though it did not matter to her. She was free again. And she liked what it had to offer so far.
*Orca*
His massive head tilted to the side slightly, "The wonders of humans." he whistled sadly, recalling the damage they had done to his pod and the stories other animals told about them. Sometimes they were good though, and went out of their way to save other creature's lives. "I couldn't imagine living alone. It must be... desolate. We can be friends though, right? You can tell me your stories on land and I can tell you stories of the sea."
Fallen
She wolf smiled to the orca. Her gentle head dipped in a bow. " Yes, you have proven yourself a worthy acquaintance. May I know your name before i make my way. I shall come back. I just wish to explore more of this land." Her smile was soft and her eyes had grown less confused and more trustworthy. Though now she was ready to travel along the land and see what she could find.

Blackness heard a sharp call of pain. Dial turned in its direction. " You may follow if you like, if the cry is close enough to water." She hesitated, Not knowing if she should help. But she wanted to do something to better the pain.
