Artemis

Artemis was just walking along the bay thinking to herself. Her black coat shining out in the sun like coal with gold. Deep yellow orbs glanced around while her ears were perked. Keeping her head low to her shoulders she drunk from the Orca Bay still watchful.

Rowan

Rowan stood on the shore, stiff and motionless like a stone. His eyes seemed mostly expressionless except for the faint look of anger. His mother was dead. He'd never see her again. His father was gone too. And it was all Kalaber's fault. The blood was on Kalaber's coat, no matter whose fangs ended Tahti's life. Rowan knew that Kalaber was now dead. But that wasn't good enough for Rowan. No, the beast's genes slithered through the Valley, tainting the last respectable souls. It was only a matter of time before the world went to hell.

But Rowan wouldn't let that happen. He'd fight to the death if he had to. He'd save the next generation and make his ancestors proud.

Something distracted the white coywolf from this thought. A familiar wolf. The she-wolf who had insulted him. Rowan sat down, simply watching her.

Artemis

Artemis turned around when she sensed another being nearby. She bared her things thinking it was HIM, but to her surprise it was the brute from earlier. She dropped her fighting stance as she stared at him curiostiy on her face. She wondered what he was doing here. This time she didn't really notice his foot due to she knew what to expect. "Hi. In case i didn't tell you earlier i'm Artemis,"she said deciding to try and talk with the brute.

Rowan

Rowan simply watched Artemis with cold, dull eyes. He never really liked this wolf. She was too...nosy. The white hybrid didn't seem to acknowledge Artemis until she spoke up. "You already told me." He stated gruffly. He wanted to turn around and walk away right now, but he didn't want to appear weak.

Artemis

Artemis watched him with her cold yellow orbs. "You know you don't have to talk to me if you don't want to. I'm used to it ever since i left my pack,"she said. Ever since than she had lived in the shadows turning into one herself. Evil became her passion than she thought with hatred. All because of her good for nothing family and their stupid prides. She waited for the brute to say or do something. Weirdly he knew her name, but she didn't know his.

Rowan

Rowan never stood up, barely making a move besides the occasional flick of an ear. "Good. I was getting tired of talking to you." He said curtly. He was never very talkative, though he was more comfortable speaking to his siblings. He didn't tell Artemis his name, because he had already told her his name at the Hospital. He figured that if she forgot it, it was her loss. He wasn't going to repeat himself.

Artemis

Artemis watched him waiting for him to depart. She made sure that she showed that his words didn't hurt her. "Most do Rowan,"she said rembering his name. Her voice was soft, but held a evil ominion like always. Black ears perked upon her head as she sat upon her haunches. Wondering quite to herself what it would be like to be friends with this brute. He seemed like he was held up in himself like he didn't want to give himself up. She could understand that after all. Once she left her home all she had left was her mind that she could protect. That and her emotions.

Rowan

Rowan turned to leave, but turned back at the last moment. "Do you like to fight, Artemis?" He then asked. He figured that this wolfess, who had seemed to take a liking to him, might want to help in getting rid of one of his worst enemies.

Artemis

Artemis watched as he turned around. She prepared for a rebuke from the brute before he left. However once his words came to her auds perked. "Yes, yes i do,"she spoke wondering why he wanted to know. She waited for a further explanation. Thoughts came to her mind all at once. Did he want to fight her? Was he that annoyed with her? Did he want help killing someone? Was he just curious about her? All these thougths were comming to her each one with a emotions. Rage, hurt, pleasure, some kind of joy. All of this weird as she stared at him. She rose with one graceful movement as she waited.

Rowan

A wicked smile flashed on Rowan's face. "Good." He said, nearly in laughter. "Because I have an errand to run and I was wondering if you'd like to help." He walked closer to Artemis and spoke quietly to her so nobody else would hear, "I need you to help me kill White Feathers. My enemy."

Artemis

Artemis watched as he walked back to her explaining to her what he wanted. Her yellow orbs looked at his orbs trying to read him before she answered. "Yes i will help you kill her. She must've cause a lot of death and grief to you and your family,"she said softly. Flicking her tail indicating for him to lead the way. Even though it didn't show she liked the way he had whispered to her. It seemed kind of secretive and dangerous at the same time.

Rowan

The smirk never left Rowan's face. In fact, it intensified when Artemis agreed to help the scarred coywolf defeat his greatest enemy. "Good. I was just on my way to her territory." He stated quietly and darkly. "We have to act like we're coming in peace. Then, when her guard is down, we'll strike. My nephew, who has taken over the Rebels, has agreed to let me bring some of his serpentine warriors to hide in our fur." He paused. "In fact, some of the snakes are already with me. They can hide in your coat until you're ready to strike." At this, six small fierce snakes made themselves shown. Three of them slithered toward Artemis. "We will aid you if you wish." Said Coal, a dark-colored snake.

Artemis

Artemis listened with her ears perked. She was nervous a bit when she saw the snakes come out. Orbs looked down at Coal as he spoke. She nodded her head not trusting herself to speak. She was saying she agreed that he and his companion may aid her. Once they we're in her fur she raised her head to try to make her yellow orbs meet with Rowan. "I am ready to assist you,"she said waiting for him to show her the way. Her paws itched to be on the way. The one only reason she loved to fight was that she took out her anger against her opponets. Especially the anger to her parents and brother.
