Tornado

The young male wanders aimlessly over the rocky shore of the bay. He was terribly depressed after loosing his father to the humans. He didn't know where his mother or sister were.

Feeling as if the whole world were against him, Tornado poured forth his broken heart into a long, desolate howl.

*Orcas*

An odd sound erupts from the dark waters of the bay, in reply to your howl. Soon, a slick black and white head emerges from the surface, followed by several others. Fountains of mist come up as well. They are the orcas! They all stop their noises, and watch you.

Tornado

Tornado halts his howl as well and stands statue still for a moment. The young wolf had never seen these things before, so he slowly trotted closer to the shore, sticking his muzzle out delicately, as if the orcas might suddenly leap out and bite him. "Wh-what are you?" he ventured, keeping his eyes glued to their glistening heads. He had no idea how big the rest of them might be, or if they could come on shore.

*Orcas*

"We are orcas." replies one of them. This was the leader of the pod. She allowed her dorsal fin and the rest of her back to rise to the surface of the water. "I haven't seen a wolf around here for a few years. Are there still many wolves around here?" she swam a little closer to the shore, and stopped just before she might beach herself.

Tornado

The wolf stumbled back at first, startled at how large the orca was! Never had the young wolf seen something so large!

A bit nervously, for Tornado still didn't know if the orca could come on land, he spoke, "Yes, there are quiet a few around. Not around this place, though... why's that?"

*Orcas*

A spout of vapor water sprays from the orca's back as it releases another breath. "We love to hear the music of the wolves. I've heard we are much alike. If you would sing to us now and then, and help us when humans are a trouble, we will be an ally to you. We can even get you food when you wish. Would you like that?"

Tornado

The thought intrigued him, "Yes, I would. But, how are humans any trouble to you? You're all so big." he cocked his head and took a timid few steps closer to the huge whales.

*Orcas*

"They come here and sometimes try and catch us in huge nets. If they ever try to catch us, we'll call for you and you can come here and stop the humans. Knock them into the water if you can, or jump onto their huge metal shells." she explained, speaking of boats when she said 'metal shells'.

Tornado

He nods, but was confused on what the metal shells would be. "You can count on me then. Now I must look for my family." Tornado howls out a deep song for the orcas, then sprints off the rocky beach and leaves the area.
