Scarlet Moon

The adult fem of earth tone color walked along the Marsh but not to close. She huffed the air and found there was no sign of danger so she lapped the water with her pale tounge.

Galar

Very slowly, two eyes and a long snout rose up from the water, only a foot from where Scarlet Moon's muzzle was. A large, scaly back emerged next, lined with armor-like plating and almost black in color. The two eyes, golden-green, blinked up at the wolfess. To most, they might seem to carry the intense look of a stalking predator. But to those that knew him, Galar was just studying someone, trying to see if they looked familiar. No, they didn't look familiar.

She saw the eyes and back up slowly...

Galar

Galar lifted his head from the water, revealing dozens of pointed teeth that jutted out around the sides of his jaws. Water cascaded off his large, blunt snout and his fieresome mouth opened. "Hello there!"

It was probably not what most would expect from any alligator, but then, Galar was not your usual gator. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to frighten you! My name's Galar. What's yours?"

Im Scarlet Moon you can call me Scarlet. she said looking at him oodly for she had never seen an aligator act that way before.

Galar

"Good to meet ya, Scarlet!" He replied, moving closer to the shore to get a better view of this fae. Catching the odd look she was giving, Galar turned his head about, "What, what'cha looking at?" He thought there must be something around him that was funny looking, and didn't realize it was his actions.

You. Dont you think this si a little odd an aligator talking to wolf.

Galar

Galar was silent for a moment, and if his reptilian face could have showed it, one would see he was a bit offended. But as it was, his solid features couldn't convey his feelings like a wolf's could, and so his eyes only blinked back at Scarlet Moon. Snorting a bit with indignitation, he responded, "Well sorry that I just didn't eat you instead!" Galar stopped himself, wishing he could gulp back those words all of a sudden. It was rare that he lost his temper, but it happened more and more with those he didn't know, "Well hey, you spoke back to me, didn't you?" The alligator replied smuggly, thinking he had made a good comeback. "And besides, if you know so much about our behavoir, you'd be more cautious about sticking that mug into our water." He raised an eye now, his voice hinting with a serious tone. He had seen many wolves and their kin get killed here, though only one of those deaths was to be blamed on him.
