Madusa

Madusa was in Season for the first time and she wanted Flame to be her mate and give her puppies. she knew her brother would be pissed and would probably try and get her away from flame or even make her go out of season by biting her but she would try her best.

Flame

Flame appeared smelling Madusa.Noting the difference in her smell he though she was hurt at first.Then he soon realized that she wasn't.He appeared out of the bushes where Madusa was.

At the same time Jupitar appeared.Snarling he raised his hackles at Flame.He however did not know that he could bite Madusa out of season.

Madusa

She wagged her tail when flame came too and she moved closer to him when jupitar appeared snarling.Her tail tucked and she coward down.

Flame

Flame saw Jupitar but wasn't worried.He licked Madusa to comfort her."Back off","he snarled.

Jupitar continued to snarl."Oh so the traiter speaks huh,"he snarled out.

Flames ears went to his head.He thought he escaped this even though he didn't know how Jupitar found out.

Madusa

She looked at her brother.Traitor? She whimperd feeling flames tongue. What are you talking about Jupiter?She whimpered.

Flame

Flame glared at the other male."You don't even know what your talking about,"he snarled.

Jupitar smiled."Oh i think i do.You see you are a traiter to your own family.You left them after they begged you not to go.You left them high and dry to die.You see your boyfriend Madusa was no ordinary pup.He was the alphas pup and the next alpha in line,"he snarled out.He heard it all last night when Flame was having a nightmare and talking out loud.

Flame looked at Madusa to see her reaction.

Madusa

She listened and her ears went back.She moved away from flame.You left them to die? But why? Why would you leave your own pack to die? SHe cried out now hurt.You'll do it again!She screamed and made to run off tears down her cheeks.

Flame

Flame glared at Jupitar."You'll pay for this,"he snarled and then ran off after Madusa.He had to explain to her what really happened, and new she wouldn't like it.However he knew his pack wasn't dead nor starving."Madusa,"he shouted out trying to catch up with her.

Jupitar glared, but simply walked away.He smiled his job down for now.

Madusa

She kept running even when he called to her. She didn't know where she was going and she didn't know if she would stop unless her family stopped her .No leave me alone you'll just leave me and my family to die Jupiter was right you should leave and now and never come back!She cried out as she ran.

Flame

Flame stopped when she yelled at him.She finally told him to leave.That was the only way he would, and now she said it.Tears streamed down his face as he turned to leave."I'm so sorry Madusa,"he said into the wind, and maybe Madusa would hear it.He dissapeared silently.

Venus came then.She heard Madusa yelling, and came running."Madusa,"she yelled at her sister.

Madusa

Only when he left and venus spoke did she stop. She collapsed and curled up crying.Her tail wrapped around her face.

Venus

Venus stopped by Madusa."Whats wrong,"she asked her sister laying beside her.She began to lick her sisters head to calm her.Maybe she should go get mother she thought.Wait find out whats wrong first she added in her head.

Madusa

Madusa whimpered.Flame a traitor to his pack he left them to die!She whimpered slightly calmer.ANd i almost bred with him..

Venus

Venus was silent as she listened."Are you postive about this traitor thing?Who did you hear this from,"she asked.She hoped that it wasn't to serious or she have to fetch Heatherheart.

Heartache was padding around near where Madusa and Venus where.You could smell her.

Madusa

She listened and whimpered.Javelin but Flame didn't deny it! He left his family when he was suppose to beome their alpha!She whimpered. She smelt Heartache but paid no attention.

Venus

Venus was silent as she though some more."Maybe Jupitar exaggerated or Flame had a reason or something.Did you even talk to him about it,"she asked.

Heartache appeared then.She saw the two sister and immedietly wanted to help.She came forward tail and head low."I heard crying and i came to help, but if you don't want it then i can go on with my own buisness,"she said eyes warm and soft.

Madusa

She shook her head angerly.I daubt it! There is no reason to leave your pack! Not when you were to be the alpha!She cried out and just ignored heartache.

Venus

Venus sighed softly."There is more in the world than just being alpha.Maybe Flame wasn't the right wolf for the job.I'm sure the pack could of found someone else,"she said.

Heartache layed down beside Madusa to give her more comfort.

Heatherheart appeared than.She could smell her daughters togather.Padding up to them she looked at Heartache the newcommer who they had just saved from Deaths grasp.She nodded her head in hello then turned to her daughters."Whats wrong Madusa,"she said her voice soft.

Madusa

She shook her head.Still you don't just up and leave your pack!She whined. Flame is a traitor to his home family!She cried to her mother.

Heatherheart

Heatheheart went over to her daughter making Venus move over."Madusa dear some traitors aren't traitors at all dear.Those who call others traitors can very well be the real traitors.Maybe Flame had some reason, but you'll have to find out by talking to him.Now where is he,"she asked planing to go find him and have him talk to Madusa.

Madusa

He left i told him to leaveShe whimpered confused and scared.

Heatherheart

Heatherheart eyes grew wide."He actually left.After all the ones that told him to leave he left when you told him.Why is that,"she asked her daughter.

Venus ears perked at this.

Heartache stood and soon dissapeared.

Madusa

Cause i was the one to ask him to come hereShe spoke whimperng.

Heatheheart

Heatherheart smiled."Then that means that he loved you the moment you first met.So if you tell him to leave and he does then he'll come when you call for him,"she said.She stood and soon dissapered.

Venus stood as well."Call if you need anything,"she said.She would come if their was trouble.Now it was all up to Madusa.

Madusa

Now she was scared. Her ears remained back. She looked around. She then raised her head to the heavens and called out for him.

Flame

Flame hadn't gone far from the border when he heard Madusa call.Sighing he headed toward the sound knowing he have to face her.Head and tail lowered he padded into a stream of water emerging behind her on the opposite bank.He stopped a respectful distance away.He looked up at her.Letting out a soft whine to announce that he was there.He waited for her to say something first.

Madusa

She knew he ws there but she couldn't face himWhy did you leave your family?She spoke.

Flame

Flame sighed softly.He layed down knowing it would be a long story."Well like Jupitar said i was the oldest alpha pup of my siblings.Like your brothers i was told to watch out for my younger siblings.What really happened was they usually had to look out for me.I got critzied by my parents constantly.So i knew i wouldn't be a good alpha.So i left when i was a teen.My younger brother took over the pack and is now alpha,"he said.They were not dead, but Jupitar added that for dramatic effect to get him hated by Madusa.He waited for a answer eyes cast down.Seeing that she couldn't look at him made him feel even more guilty.

Madusa

She listened but shook her head.that's no reason to leave the pack... Just cause your parents critize you and what not...Leaving the pack shows them your weak. So how do i know you could protect my family and future pups?She whined.

Flame

Flame looked at her."Because i learned a lot since i was a teen.I had to fight other loners constantly to stay alive so that gives me fighting skills.I listened and worked with other wolves which i learned more than i ever could.Including how to love,"he said.

Madusa

She listened and then moved to him nd laided down under his head and just laid there.She believed him.

Flame

Flame smiled when she belived him.He layed his head on her.Licking her softly on the head."I love you,"he whispered.He knew he would always love her too.

Madusa

She listened and she nodded.I want pupsShe spoke looking at him now.

Flame

Flame smiled at her."So do i,"he said.He stood up to head to the breeding grounds with her.

Madusa

She quickly followed him before her brother could stop her
