AVAREY

IT was early evening, just when the sun is beginning to inch down towards the horizon and the pretty colors are beginning to show. This time was always one of the she-wolf's favorite times and she loved being out at this time. Plus, if it was hot during the day ti was starting to get cooler aroudnt his time and a lot of times many of the prey animals were coming out. See, an all around good time. Today was a special day though, for today Avarey had finaly reached a place she wanted to stay, explore and possibly settle down in. All her life really my girl has been a traveler, moving about everywhere and never settling down. She just felt a need to go with the wind and be on the move. Now that she ahd reached this place the feeling was basically gone. This was the place, the wolf could feel it.

AVAREY padded through the tall grasses of the prairie and then into a colder land. There was a little bit of snow on the ground and many little rivers and streams around. The grey wolfess smiled and trotted forward to a clear river. Av, as she was sometimes called dipped her head towards the water and lapped up some of the cool liquid. She drank until her thirst was quenched and then lifted her head and gazed around her. Shaking her whole body she dropped to the ground and rolled in some of the snow and grass and then stood back up. Feeling refreshed, the female wolf trotted up an embankment and looked out at the land below her. She let the breeze ruffle her fur and she grinned, liking the feeling.

AVAREY
KISS ME, I DARE YOU

Moon Spirit

The alphess padded through the terrain her eyes hollow. As the sun fell behind the hills a faint smile crossed her lips. It was so beautiful standing here with the fallen light. As she rose a top a hill, the moon came and rose behind her. White against white. Piercing yellow eyes found another in the distance and a smile crossed her maw. A new friend? Swiftly she made her way towards Avarey her tail held loose in a friendly manner. As she neared, her pace slowed and she smiled warmly. "Hello. I am Moon Spirit, Alphess of the Sedge Creek Pack and Sister to Aaka, Alphess of the Silver Glades Pack." Her voice was like that of a summer breeze. Cool and refreshing and warm and light. It was as if she was singing to you even though her voice was soft and sweet. Mellow and calm. Bright intelligant eyes bore into the others as kindness and caring radiated from her large frame.

AVAREY

Avarey, tired from her journey and tired of standing decided to sit. She lowered her white haunches to the alabaster ground below her, eyes still looking out into the land below and spreading out before her. This Valley was very pretty from what she had already seen and the female thought it would satisfy her wandering ways. Her ear swiveled as footsteps came to them and a couple seconds later another wolf approached her. The she-wolf stood again and pivoted on her paws gracefully to face the other female. With just a sniff of the wolfess' scent Av could tell she was an alpha and had a mate and pack. This didn't really mean anything to the girl though because first of all she wasn't exactly ready to settle into a pack, she wanted to explore this place more. And then she had kind of wanted her own pack. But for now as Moon Spirit smiled she smiled back.

Avarey's beautiful brown eyes, a little different than the typical yellow eyes, scanned Moon Spirit with interest. Her harks twitched and pressed forward to hear the female's words and Av nodded. "Hello, I'm Avarey of well, nowhere." She grinned and laughed lightly, eyes dancing. Usually Avarey was a mischevious, trouble making, fun wolf but now she was tired and so she wasn't as hyped up as she usually is. Her own voice was soft but still strong, not really like a song. Shaking her own large, mostly white frame the wolfess smiled again and lowered her haunches to the ground once more. She decided she would let the other female go on.
