Bane
Bane dashed into this sandy dry land, powered by his fury. How he hated his family. They had denounced him, sent him away in shame and pain. Tossing his head in defiance, he stopped suddenly, for the wound Apollo had given him pined badly, and he knew he ought to clean it.
It never occured to him that he was too young to fend for himself yet: he was almost of age and had long ago distanced himself from his family, and he would grow to be a fairly large fellow, around 100 lbs or so. He felt he could take care of himself.
Turning about upon himself, the gray pup began to clean the dirt from his wounds, keeping a vigilant eye around him so that he might spot threats.
Naraku
Naraku walked up to the pup,
[So, young one, what are you doing by yourself?]
Bane
Bane spotted Naraku as the wolf came wandering in, and backed up just a little, posture showing he wanted no trouble but no other threat visible. Scowling at the question, he spoke quietly. I'm not so young. Not two moons from now I gain a full four seasons. And what I'm doing is my business I should think, not yours. And he fell silent for a moment, eyeing Naraku with a weighing gaze. I'm looking for someplace to stay, if you must know. Someplace where formalities cannot reach me. He was not about to tell this stranger of his fight with his family, no matter how harmless the other might seem. Keeping that weighing glance upon Naraku, he waited for an answer.
Naraku
Naraku looked suspisiousely at the pup,
[What do you mean by, "Where formalities cannot reach you?" is there one you are running away from?]
Bane
Bane scowled again, thinking this fellow to be a very curious sort. My family troubles are my own problem. I seek someplace where I can be acknowledged as the near-adult I am, without the hassle of having parentals that try to live my life for me. And where siblings cannot find me. His eyes grew hard, for he could not erase the memory of Taipa's eyes as she stared into his soul. Shaking his head, he spoke again. Besides, why should you care? My family will not have me in any case, that is why I am here.
Naraku
Naraku looked at the pup,
[Very well, you may come with me, I am Alpha of the Toklat Canyon Territory, stay away from the pups, and you won't be harmed!]
Naraku walked to his land.
White Noise
the hunter of onyx moved into the lands the convo between the others caught his attention without warning he moved forth his yellow tinted voids warning any to object to his appearence. He looked upon the growing pup moved about him vids taking him all in judging him then met him head on voids to voids reading his soul. smirked moved across the hunters maw and for th first time vocals coated in coldness flowed forth
|or come to mine, kid. you have alot to learn and I can teach you|
Bane
Bane watched the other male go, still not liking the look of him. Obviously, he just wanted numbers, not someone to train and teach. Scowling, he turned away, not about to go with him. Naraku had failed to impress him in any way.
White Noise, however, was another story. The midnight-hued male had brought a prescence with him, a swell of power and authority, as though he were meant to be there. He met the elder wolf's voids steadily with his own silver lamps, unflinching under the inspection of the male. As he was weighed in the wolf's eyes, he also weighed White Noise. With a short nod, he decided that this wolf was one he could serve, and gladly. Taking a low bow, he kept his reply as short as Noise's. Very well. I will come. Teach me whatever you will, sir.
