Kaze

The white wolfess ran into the Eskers, head and tail held high, showing pure dominance. She was an alphess, and was here after being at a deer territory. Lowering her maw to the ground, her nares slightly flared, taking in the scents, trying to find one that contained the scent of deer... A farm, to be exact. She could continue to search until the others came, which she was sure they would follow. She moved around every few minutes, not stayiong in one spot too long, not even thinking of giving up.

*Deer Farm*

Slowly, the scent of deer began to waft on the breeze. Red deer, fallow, sika, mule... so many different types, and even some that didn't seem the least bit familiar. But with the deer came the stench of human. The breeze was blowing softly from the south.

A short journey in that direction will reveal the source of the strange odors. 100 acres of land, partially wooded, and partially prairieland. It is all enclosed in 10 foot fencing with electric wiring running all along it to keep out both predators and kleptic-minded people who might want to take some of the deer for themselves.

Large hawthorn bushes, scrub trees, and stands of dead brambles offering good hiding all the way around the enclosure. To the northern end of it there are a series of buildings. Two small barn-like buildings, one very long buidling, and then one that looks like a house. The land around these buildings is mowed down, leaving little to hide behind but a few cars and decorative bushes.

The front of the 100-acre enclosure, where the gate is located, is just a few dozen yards from the four buildings, leaving it in perfect sight to any humans who may be looking out of windows. It appears the gate is the only way into the enclosure, save trying to scale the impossibly high, elecrified fencing. But the gate is padlocked.

Currently, no humans are visible, but there scent is very strong in the area. It's later in the day, with about 3 hours of sunlight left before dusk sets in. A closer investiation will have to be done in order to reveal more about this place.

Kaze

Kaze immedietly reacted to the scent of deer. Different kinds, indeed, and that made her extrememly hungry, but somehow she remembered what the one deer had said, back at the territory. SNorting lightly in disgust, she proceeded forward, eager to kill something and then bring all the deer she could back to the Oak Prairie again. Then her business would be finished, and she could go about with her own life again. Keeping her white bod low to the ground, she made her way around the fencing to the side where she could the biuldings easiest, but she was concentrating on finding a way in. Her eyes searched around, as her form was hidden parcially by a bit of brush. She would see if there was a way in before getting any closer, and she would also try to observe some of the land structures, to use them to her advantage. She didn't know if the others would come yet, but right now, she wouldn't think about them.

*Deer Farm*

With a closer inspection, more things become apparent. Just a few in the enclosure there is a large contraption that had bits of oats and other such feed spilled about the bottom of it. It appeared that this was one of the feeding areas. And it was empty; perhaps a clue that feeding time was near at hand.

The longest building had the scent of blood drifting from it, as well as deer and human. The other two buildings each held different scents as well. The first one held the scent dogs, deer, and vegetation. The other carried a very strong scent of deer.

By now, the sun was glaring strongly off the windows, making it impossible to see what was going on inside the house. But the doors to the two barns and the long building were left open.

Nearby, a red stag grazed idly, glancing to the wolfess now and then. On his head was a very large set of antlers. But there was a light of anger shining in his eyes; it was the time of the rut, and all the stags were more restless and agressive than normal.

Arctic and Venus

The two cats came up to spot the farm. Immeidately both dropped their forms and crawled along the ground, near to where Kaze was.

Arctic hissed, drawing closer to the wolfess.
Well, What can you see?

Venus however stayed quiet and simply observed the farm and the buck.

Kaze

Kaze looked around, taking in all the sights and scents. Ahh, this would be fun... She would kill some humans and dogs, and try to get the deer to come with her to the Oak Prairie. She looked toward Arctic and Venus immedietly, body still low. "Human homes... And others, which must be where they keep the deer and dogs..." she said quietly, a hint of mischeif in her cool voice. She kept her eyes on the stag as well, as she started toward a car, and then krept next to the house. She looked around again, before her orbs turned back to the two felines to see if they followed or not.

*Deer Farm*

From one of the barns came a very long-legged dog. Her tail was very whip-like and curved daintly out and slightly up at the end. Her nose was very long and finely pointed at the end, like her ears. Her chest was deep and her haunches were very lean and smooth. Her coat was coarse and short, but thick and curled at the tips. This was a sight hound, and one of the many breeds used for hunting deer and other large game. She, like the many other dogs that could be scented on the wind, were part of the 'hunting package' that humans got to use during their canned hunts.

The graceful-looking canine turned her lithe head towards the three and froze for a moment. Her eyes, used more in the hunt than her nose or ears, stared with an excited light towards the predators. Then a deep baying was released before the hound shot in their direction. She traveled incredibly fast with her lengthy legs as she headed towards them...

From the same barn, five more dogs appeared, all in the same build as the first female, but with varying coat colors. Baying loudly, they tore across the ground. Two dogs went for each predator.

Venus and Arctic

The snow-leopard hissed and growled deeply as the two dogs came towards her. Her tail thrashed madly as she dropped to the hunters position before propelling herself towards the dogs. She aimed to come down on one and dig her fangs and claws into the dogs back before snapping its neck, then getting the other one if it was still there.

The cougaress hissed, and growled deeply from within her chambers. She began to spit and thrash her tail before she too, lept at the dogs that were advancing on her. Letting out a roar she charged towards them, however she didn't pounce she simply stood growling but was ready to attempt to evade attacks or attack the advancing dogs.

Both animals were ready to fight and would back each other and Kaze up.

Kaze

Kaze snarled at the approaching dogs, and immedietly reacted. Her large, bulky bod would give her a great advantage against the more lithe canines. She had muscle that was covered over by a thick coat in many places, so she felt incredibly confident. With as much power she could put into her legs, she hopped upward and then shot out of the way of the dogs that came for her, and she then circled around them. Body low, fangs glistening, she snarled again and leapt at one of the dog's forelegs, her jaws snapping wildly as she aimed to take hold...

*Dogs & Deer*

One dog was taken down swiftly by Arctic as its spine was broken. The other didn't dally in its attack however. As the leopardess killed its companion, the dog went for Arcitc's stomach, biting and tearing at what it could.

The two dogs going for Venus hesitated a moment. But then the charged in, going for either side of her. One for her stomach, and the other for her front limb.

Kaze managed to catch her unlucky victim, who's bone broke beneath her powerful jaws. Yelping in agony, the sight hound struck for the wolf's face. The other snarled savagely and sprung for Kaze's neck. But these dogs were use to tacking on deer and predators that didn't tend to fight back. Most of the wolves and big cats that they fought were tamed, like the deer.

Edging closer to the fence was a 200 pound stag with a deep, red-brown coat. Rows of white spots lined his hide and a white patch of fur adorned his throat. A set of antlers rose about his head, though they were terribly big. He dug a hoof into the ground then nudged at the fence with his antlers. The scent of blood stirred a faint fear in him. But it also stirred a hunger. It had been a while since he was fed meat; something which all deer eat every now and then.

Kaze

Kaze grinned silently as she felt the bone break in her jaws. Then, as she was about to move away, she felt teeth scrape across her muzzle, and she released with a snarl, pawng at her face angrily. This made her duck instantly, making the other dog miss it's attack. Then, once she realized what had happened, she sprung at the dog that tried to get her neck. He jaws were open wide, s she once again went for a foreleg, while letting out a vicious snarl...

Arctic + Venus

Arctic snarled and bit down hard on the dog, just making sure it was dead. She then went to turn and attack the other when she was hit sharply in the stomach. Blood trickled down her white fur and she hissed in a sarcastic malicious way to the dog...

Damn...thats gonna stain...You'll pay for this...

Snarling, the leopardess went for the dogs neck/back area that would be visable seeing as the dog went for her stomach.
Venus however was hit on both side and her delicate rib where she had been injured once before by a horse, jolted in her cage. She screamed/roared in pin before rage boiled inside her. Her paw was scraped but she jumped up into the air before turning and landing on her side where the dogs jaws made their mark and bit down. Her paws slashed through the air, aiming to hit the other dog if it tried to come closer.

*Dogs & Deer*

Kaze was able to catch the other hapless dog as he was rebounding from his missed attack. With a horrid yelp of pain, he felt his leg crushed beneath her jaws. Like his stricken companion, this dog struck at Kaze's face as well. The other one hobbled on his three legs, whimpering pitifully as he did so. Never before had any of the dogs gotten more than a scratch or little bite from their victims. Now the dog was uncertain about taking on this white wolf, so he stood growling and bristling his hackles in defence.

Arctic's dog was in a moment of glee, thinking he had done good to harm his victim. But before he knew it, jaws closed down on the back of his neck. Hardly before he had time to spring back, the spine was broken and he fell limp.

One of the dogs that Venus was attacking got bit on the side of the neck. Yipping in pain, she snapped back visciously at the feline's flesh, and writhed, trying to get free.

The other one yelped as a set of claws raked across his face. Jumping back and pawing at his bloodied face, the hound began to snarl in frustration. However, he didn't rengage the feline. Instead, the hound began to back off, becoming frightened.

Kaze

Kaze grinned silently as she felt the bone being twisted, and then heard the snap. But then she felt more teeth slash across her face, but it was her muzzle instead. She released the leg, and snarled out in pain, her eyelids seeming to be glued as they closed tightly. But then they opened just as quick, and she then went for the canine's neck this time, figuring she would have an easy hit where she was. Her jaws were wide open as she jumped forward, ready to snap shut at the first sign of success.

aleu & laneia

the ivory lupine and her human-pup had disappeared from the public eye for a short while, having retreated to the eskers to relax, having hopefully eluded both man and beast, each of which wanted to get ahold of the child, laneia. yet this entire battle was carefully watched through the narrowed green eyes of aleu, who was atop a snowy knoll a short, very short distance away. she recognized one of the two felines, and a vague recollection was to be had of the other ivory wolfess, but that was it. these strange dogs that were attacking- she had observed them before here, amongst the many deer that were within the fence walls. lowering herself against the cold snow as the fight began, she wondered whether or not to leap right in. glancing over her shoulder at laneia, who was huddled up, asleep, in a small hollow log-area. expelling a sigh, she got up and began to silently trot towards the action, upper lip pulled back in a wicked warning to the puny domestic canines. twisting herself, she suddenly launched herself head first into the dog attacking kaze, her shoulder aimed squarely for the canine's ribcage, hoping to shatter at least one with the sheer force she was hitting with. her jaws remained open as well, ready to latch onto the other's thin skin and rip and shred, hopefully riding the world of one more unneeded domestic...

Venus + Arctic

Venus growled as the dog she had got hold of began to squirm but cackled slightly as the other began to back off. She began to shake her head, trying to break a bone or get to the vital veins, or a windpipe. Her claws moved from the air towards the dogs sides, one on each, hoping to powerfully smack the dog, winding it and hopefully causing immense pain and shock.

Arctic however had rid herself of both dogs and saw the one retreating from Venus. She growled before charging at it, aiming to snap her jaws around its neck, cutting off air or breaking its neck.

*Deer Farm*

The dog, a sorry excuse for a hunting hound, fumbled to evade Kaze's next assault. Yet like before, and also with a broken limb, the hound could not move quick enough. The white wolf struck her target dead on, bringing her jaws through all the vitals in the neck area. A second assailant came, in the form of Aleu. The dog gave a gurgled cry as its neck was mangled and the other wolf hit its side with enough force to fracture many of its ribs. In short time, the dog lay dead on the ground.

Venus's dog yelped and writhed still, desperate to get free. But it too was doomed. Blood began to streak through its coarse fur as her claws shredded flesh. Powerful jaws tore through the dog's tissues as well, and it howled in agony. Enough damage was soon wrought, and another dog lay dead.

Artic's next victim took off running, but wasn't able to out pace the feline. Easily catching up with the canine, Arctic delivered a fatal bite to the spine, leaving only one dog still alive.

This was the hound that had backed away, hobbling on three limbs, from Kaze. Seeing all the blood and vicious attacking, the hound ran as fast as three legs could carry it to the nearest barn.

Venus and Arctic

Both felines cackled and charged for the remaining dog. Baring their crimson razors both advance and Arctic pounced towards him, attempting to snap her jaws around its neck, Venus running to block its path.

Kaze

Kaze smirked as she felt her teeth tear through the dog's neck, and she shook the carcess, makign sure it was dead. Couldn't have any living pets wandering around now, could they? Growling even louder, she released the dead dog and then snarled viciously, flinging blood dropletts to and fro. Then she turned her sparkling clear orbs to the retreating dog; the one whom she had broken the other limb of. With another snarl, she bolted off after it as fast as she could, and since her bod was well-muscled, she had incredible speed. Charging straight at it, she aimed to deliver a successful, full-out tackle to it's side...

*Dog & Deer*

The dog dodged to the side, trying to avoid Venus. He plunged into the barn, but that's all the further he got. Some blow befell his side, causing the dog to tumble head over heels. Before he could get his paws beneath him, he felt his throat being seized. A moment later, before he hardly began his struggles, the feline's jaws wrought their deadly power unto his vitals. Blood seeped steadly from the torn life viens, running through his coat and staining the straw-strewn ground below. The dog quickly met his death.

A terrified bleating started nearby. A group of 12 fawns stood huddled together in a pen that ran the length of the right wall of the barn. There were several different breeds, and they all looked rather frightened of the event that just unfolded in front of them.

Along the left wall, a group of goats, both young and adults, were milling about. They didn't seem the least bit concerned over the killing.

Kaze

Kaze smirked evilly as she felt her bod hit the dog's side, and she watched as the other killed it. She then swiftly turned to face the fawns, and she licked her maw, starting to feel hunger boil up. But she remembered what the deer at the territory said, and she wasn't about to not forget that. With quick strokes of her powerful legs, she seemed to fly over the ground to the fawns, and she then paced around near them, barking and growling and snarling, wanting to take control. Then she stopped, and turned her entire bod to face them, and she stared each in the eyes. "Now," she said loudly, her muscles taut, ready to srping away, "I have been asked by another deer to do something... And if you all don't mind, you will need to participate and do what I tell you, if you don't want to indivisually get hurt... Is that clear?" she then said under low growls, her voice staying loud and in a leader-like tone. If any of the fawns didn't do what she told them to, they would meet death as long as her jaws were there.

*Deer*

The fawns clustered even tighter together, staring at Kaze with saucer-like eyes. They all remained silent for a moment, before one young buck came forward, "We'll listen. W-what deer are you talking about? Is it Rift?" He asked innocently, speaking of the lead stag that lived in the enclosure.

The goats watched the interaction mildly.

Kaze

Kaze smirked evilly as she listened to the young buck. She nodded grimly, slightly showing her sharp fangs. "Good..." she said quietly, in an evil, bitter tone, "But no, this is of no deer with that name, I guess. I don't really know this one's name, but he lives with a wild herd, in some territory. He has given orders, to bring any deer here to there. Now is everyone in or not? If not, then whoever doesn't go will be my lunch, and I'll spare the goats." she said, still having that same grin etched on her maw. She easily sat back on her sleak haunches, and glared hard at the young deer, with youthful, but unforgiving eyes.

*Deer & Goats*

The buck nodded frightfully, deciding against further questioning when she mentioned 'lunch'. His large eyes stared unblinkingly at her revealed fangs.

But a young doe stepped forward, pulling her ears back as she spoke up timidly, "A-any deer? W-what about my momma? Can they come too? Please?" Other fawns nodded in approval, "Yeah, can the others come with? Please!"

From high above, a whitish-tan figured shifted about. Two giant black eyes, surrounded by a circular, feathered face, peered down on the congregation. A barn owl had just woken up, and was now trying to figure out what was happening below her. She paced across the loft where she was perched, spread her talons and moving her long, feathered legs as she went. When she was directly above Kaze and the group of frightened fawns, the owl stooped her agile head down. She didn't say anything yet, but listened out of curiousity.

Kaze

Kaze, still holding her smirk, nodded faintly, noticing how the one young buck stare at her fangs. She chuckled, knowing that this would definitly work out well... As long as no humans or anything else came. "Of course! I wouldn't just take a herd of fawns there, without the others. Now, where are these other deer?" she said, her voice now also becoming timid. Her auds bent back a little, but that was the only tiny sign of aggression toward the yougsters. She waited impatiently for an answer, wanting to get going so that she could come back and get herself some real food.

*Deer & Goats*

The young doe spoke up first, but her voice became more wavering as she picked up on the new sign of aggression from the predator, "They're in the e-encloser. O-out there." She directed her elegant muzzle towards the high fence outside, where three the fallow buck was still standing, staring out curiously at the dead dogs that littered the ground.

The owl above twisted her head to the side and dipped it lower, easily picking up on the voices with ehr keen hearing, "How will you get in? You've no wings to fly yourself, nor the human paws to open the gate."

The fawns looked up simultaneously, not expecting the voice from above. Havinb no idea how Kaze might get the adults out, they turned from the owl and looked expectantly back at the murderous she-wolf. "How will you do it?" Another buck asked, daring to step forward, though his meek posture betrayed his fear of Kaze.

Kaze

Kaze kept her ears back a bit, but stayed in her usual sitting position. She looked downward, in deep thought. "Maybe, just maybe, I could break the fencing by ramming into it... Eh, it's worth at least a try." she said, now looking up at the fawns. Though she doubted her decision, she would give it a go. She only sent a gaze up at the own before getting into a standing position, one which gave the hint that she was about to charge. Then, with all the force she could muster in her strongly built bod, she launched herself off the ground and straight at the fence, letting out a snarl as she went. She aimed to knock right into it, and possibly break the wood(or whatever) with her fine, solid muscles and incredible strength... If this didn't work, then she had another idea.

*Deer & Goats*

"I wouldn't..." The owl began, then trailed off. Swooping down from her perch, the owl alighted on the top of the outside of the barn, where she had a clear view of all around.

The little fawns all piled up at the near corner of their pen, not sure if they could jump the wooden barrier. The all craned their necks, trying to see outside of the barn where Kaze was headed.

The stag standing near the fence backed up hastily, snorting a bit when Kaze rushed the fence. Unfortunately, it was made of strong mesh wire, and was animal-proof, so to say. And on top of that, it was surrounded by electric wiring. So not only did Kaze get flung back by the impact of the stretchy wire, she got a dazzling shock as well.

Kaze

Kaze let out a loud, angry snarl as she was flung back with a jolt of electricity. Landing on the ground a few feet away, she shook her head hastily and then stood, muscles rippling underneath her thick pelt. Her pelt was thick so nothing really had harmed her. Growling in deep frustration, she started pacing around quickly again, thinking even harder this time. But then the other idea came back to her mind, and dashed back to the fencing, but didn't ram into it. She simply observed it, her eyes looking this way and that and all over to see if there was anything that would give... Or at least seem to give. She wanted to get this over with so she could eat something. Her clear eyes continued to scan and identify different parts of the mesh and electrifying peices. Maybe there was something that she could do; maybe find something that she could dig through or tear at.

*Deer & Owl*

The fence was well maintained and sturdy, and there wasn't any apparent way to break it. The only part that wasn't electrified was the large gate. But this was kept close with a padlock and heavy chains.

The owl flicked her wings out a bit, "The only practical way in... or out is by humans... only they can control the gate. I'd adise hiding the dogs' bodies, so as not to alarm the humans of your presence. Then figure a way to get them to open the gate." She suggested, knowing a bit about these humans because she lived in their barn.

Kaze

Kaze shook her head, now deep in rage and hate. She had tried looking, tried attacking, and both of those did't work. She swung her head around to turn her now cold eyes to the owl, and she shook her head again, deep in thought now. "Perhaps, just perhaps... Maybe..." she said, getting quieter with each word. She then got a new idea. With intense speed, she dashed forward and picked up each dead canine carcess' by the hindlegs in her powerful jaws, and then dragged them behind the nearest barn. She piled them up, and then bolted back to the gate of the fence, barking madly. Then she let out a low howl, but it was loud enough for a humans' ears to catch. She then ran around to a different side of the fencing, to be hidden from any humans' view if they came out from the house. She had a new idea... One that would probably work. She figured if they heard this barking, they would come out and open the gate. Then, once they stepped inside, she would attack, and kill them, to get them out of the way. It may just work... She would give it a go.

*Deer, Humans, & Owl*

The owl's eyes narrowed, but in a pleasureable way. "Good..." She murmured to herself after hearing Kaze's resulotion.

Several deer wondered towards the gate as Kaze set up her howls. It wasn't long before a man stepped out of the house, zipping up a heavy jacket against the cold and slinging a riffle over his shoulder. He walked towards the fencing and looked around, scowling. He missed the blood that sullied the ground near the barn. Mumbling incoherent words under his breath, the man set his riffle down and unlocked the gate. Then he pulled the chain away and pushed the two door open. Picking up his riffle again, the man entered the gate, leaving it partially opened...

Kaze

Kaze shifted her wieght, and mischieviously growled deep in her throat. She watched, with a smirk, as the man walked out, and her eyes widened in sheer excitement as he opened up the gate. She noticed how he had patially left it open, and so she slunk around the sides of the fencing, to find the way to go in. Then, she kept low to the ground, and stalked up behind the man, and then she leapt when she was about 3 or 4 feet away, her jaws wide open, aiming to clamp down on the back of the human's neck...

*Human & Deer*

The man didn't bother to look behind him, and the growing winds more or less hampered his already poor hearing. Before he rightly knew what was happening, the man felt something slam against his back, sending him the ground as he gun went sprawling in front of him. Then something sunk into the back of his neck. Just as he was to utter a scream, the wolvish jaws snapped his neck, leaving another victim dead.

A few more deer had gathered, looking curiously at the scene. There were 5 Axis deer, 4 Red deer, 2 Fallows, and 3 White-tails. There were far more further on in the enclosure however. But these few happened to be nearby at the moment.

A red deer, with a very large set of antlers, stepped forward without fear, as if the sight of a wolf and the stench of blood meant nothing to him, "How will we get our food in the morning if you've killed the Lead?" He questioned, looking critically at Kaze. "Are you bringing in the feed?" He was perfectly serious in his questioning. All these deer had been hand raised and knew nothing of the wild life.

Kaze

Kaze grinned again as she then shook the human, making sure he was as dead as a dried-out branch. Then, releasing the neck, she licked her bloody jaws and looked to the buck that had spoken. One brow raised quizically before she then sat upright, on her haunches, atop the man's back. "Simple." she began, a devilous grin etched on her maw as her cool voice rang out in a smooth tone, "Eat bark from trees. Eat the grass. Life in the wild isn't that complicated." she finished, taking in a deep breath and then releasing it, with nearly 100% satisfaction showing on her beautiful yet rough features. She then began licking at a forepaw, savoring the lingering taste of human blood.

*Deer*

The deer shook his head, "I don't know..." But before he could continue, a doe stepped forward. Her coat was a rusty brown with perfectly lined up dots that ran down her neck and back. "I hear my little one calling me! Oh, I wish the Lead would let them return in her with us..." She complained.

From inside the first barn, the fawns were bleating and calling to their parents, wanting to see them again. Unlike the hapless hinds and stags in the enclosure, these fawns were more aware of the situation at hand. "Help us! Please let us out!" they cried.

Kaze

Kaze watched the deer now, her eyes seeming to blaze, despite their complete colorlessness. She almost laughed, but then decided not to, after hearing what the doe then said. She shook her head a bit, taking in a deep breath. "Geeze, it can't be that hard to go in there and get them back out. I shall go and inspect." she said, before turning-tail and heading to the first barn, to see if there was anything she could do about this. She looked around for the barn doors, while using her nose to pick out a stronger scent trail to the inside.

Venus and Arctic

Venus dropped the dog and inspected her new surroundings. Seeing the fawns made her stomach rumble but she too knew they had to go to the deer's herd. Chuckling lightly she watched the scene unfold, Kazes attempts to get out and conversations with the deer. As Kaze exited the gate, Venus moved to prop it open so that they could keep going in and out. She grabbed a plank of wood from the ground and dragged it between the gate and thef ence so that the gate wouldn't close unless the plank was moved. She then moved back to the fawns.
Right, Listen up, Follow me.
Venus trotted away towards the gate. Flicking her paw in the gap she had made, the cougaress pushed the gate to make a wider opening. She then hissed...Run, now, find your parents or an adult, I've got a job to do, then were all getting out of here...we've got a surprise for you... She went and stood by Kaze, also trying to work out where the other fawns were, she trotted close to each barn, trying to work out what was inside.

Arctic snarled and follow Venus into the barn. She too watched Kaze do the work before she squeazed through the gap into the enclosure. She saw Venus let out the fawns, but turned her attention to the older deer.
Listen, we have been told by a deer in a land near here to bring you all to his herd. It's a wonderful place and he requests that we accompany you there. When we find these other fawns we shall leave. We will protect you on the way and leave you there. Now, back to buisness.
Arctic turned and approached the first barn. She looked at it and started to serch for a scent. It was hard work, thinking without food in your stomach...

*Deer*

By now, word had spread about the murdrous event, and all the deer were heading towards the front gate. It wasn't long until 7 axis deer, 7 red deer, 9 fallow, 9 white-tails, and 3 white-lipped deer were crowded around.

The 12 fawns flooded out of the barn, flagging their tails in the air in fear as the made it to the enclosure. They darted inside and quickly nosed around to find their parents. Now they all turned to listen to the feline speak, "Well... I guess we could try. We'll follow you." The red stag replied, dipping his antlers.

In the second barn, there was a pile of skins, antlers, trophy heads, and a few freezers packed with deer meat. Three carcasses hung in the air, their throats cut. Blood dripped down into pails below them.

In the last shed, there were two rows of stalls. Three stalls held three horses. 10 of the others talls held hinds. And in the far back of the enclosure, there were 15 tiny cages. Each one contained a red fox.

Kaze

Kaze entered the shed fearlessly, and immedietly started to look around. She suddied the tiny cages in the back, and the stalls. She licked her chops, but then decided to get back to business. Anyway, she wasn't the biggest fan of horse meat, nor fox meat, since their sometimes thick pelts got in the way often. And they were too small to actually rip at, too. And horse meat was't her favorite, but she would kill the equines just for the fun of it. She could deal without the meat. She headed straight to the stalls holding deer, since first things first. She came here for the deer, and nothing else mainly, except the humans. She looked around, and then her eyes focused on a stall lock, and she observed it carefully, seeing if there was any way to open it...

*Deer, Horses, & Foxes*

The hinds all watched Kaze calmly, not saying a word. The equines, too, didn't say much. They whispered quietly to themselves. The foxes growled or bristled their fur however, for they were caught from the wild and knew that wolves meant their kind danger.

The stalls were rather simple, luckily. They were closed with a latch, and in order to open the stalls, the latch had to be pushed upwards.

Kaze

Kaze smirked at the foxes, and then trotted past the stalls that held the deer, dial and banner raised high in the air. She stopped at the very first stall that had a horse occupant, and reared up onto her hindlegs. She pushed up on the lock, opening it easily with no trouble. Then, getting the door open, she slipped inside. She made sure there was only enough room for her to get in and out and not enough for the horse. Despite her hate of horse meat, she would take it anyway. It was alot better than goats, she assumed, anyway. She would spare one equine. With a loud, raging snarl, she leapt straight at the animal's back, and then bit down, hoping to have gotten a good, secure hold on it's shoulder...

Venus and Arctic

The felines entered the barn after Kaze.

Arctic snarled and lept at Kaze as she pounced towards the horse, she didn't want to hurt her, merely stop her from causing damage.
Kaze, We can eat later, right now we need to get the deers out of here. We can set the horses and foxes free.

Venus growled at Kaze, then went about opening the other locks. At each stall she would push up onto her hind legs and push the bolt upwards with her paw, releasing the catch and opening the doors. She fished setting the deer free, then the remaining horses that Kaze wasn't attacking, then looked for a way to release the foxes. She despised foxes, but wouldn't want to be in the position they were so took pity on the animals and tryed to get them out.

Kaze

Kaze snarled at Arctic, and then growled deep in her throat. "I am not doing this for the food! I am doing it for the sheey joy of killing the human pets! And for the bounty, MIND you? These horse's will just get killed anyway." she said, a sly look on her features as her eyes now narrowed, staring directly at the feline that had leapt at her. She then looked at the horse she still had trapped, and licked her maw, thinking of food, but she unfortunatly disliked horses alot. She wouldn't take orders. Never. She had no boss. Her tail flicked mischeviously as she then swatted at the horse, refusing to back away and unblock the entrance.

*Deer, Horses, & Foxes*

The deer all stepped gingerly from their stalls, giving Venus thanks for letting them out. The other two horses stepped out as well, and looked cautiously to their friend, who was stuck in her stall because of Kaze.

The horse pinned her ears back and reared up a bit when she was swatted, "Back off, and let me out!" The mare snorted, very much aggitated.

The foxes hissed and snarled as Venus came nearer, for they feared she would try to kill them. They cowered down with ears laced back, trying to get away from the cougaress. Their cages were a bit more difficult, but not impossible. Each one had a little lever that had to be pushed down, and then the gate would swing up and the foxes would be free.

Venus and Arctic

Venus finally worked out how to open the cages and raised up on her hind legs, batting each lock downwards, letting the door swing open. She let each fox out before turning to Arctic. She nodded to her before walking outside to round up the deer.
Listen up, as soon as Kaze and Arctic return, we shall be on our way. Each fawn pair up with an adult and stay together, it would be more difficult to keep you together and protect you if your spread out. Satgs around the edge for extra protection.
Venus sat down and waited for the pair to emege from the barn.

Arctic snarled, she stepped between Kaze and the horse.
Leave it Kaze and go outside, Its time we got these Deer back to that other deer. GO!

Kaze

Kaze snarled, but it was more like a cat's hiss. Indeed, copying was one thing she was good at. She stared directly at Arctic, and bared her fangs. "Back off. Your not my boss. Your actions are keeping me from recieving what I really came for! A bounty!" she snarled out viciously, before launching herself right over the cat, and to the horse. Her jaws were opened as wide as they could go as she aimed to strike the mare's shoulder or neck before Arctic could do anything. Kaze took no orders from those whom didn't prove themselves to her first.

*Deer, Horses, & Foxes*

The released hinds followed obdediently after Venus and happily greeted their stags and fawns in the enclosure. As requested, the fawns went to stand by their mothers, and the group bunched up. The thirteen adult stags put themselves into a loose ring around the 44 hinds and fawns. The largest stag in the group, a red deer, came to the front of the gathered deer, "We're ready."

The foxes sprung from their cages one by one, most running for the nearest exit and disapearing across the rolling esker dunes. But three stopped and looked back to Venus, "Thank you. We won't soon forget your generosity." The fox stated, then turned tail with the other two at his side and dashed away.

The mare gave a bitter cry as the wolf's fangs dug into her flesh above her shoulder. She thrashed about in the stall, slamming her body against the sides in an attempt to squash Kaze and get her to let go. The other two horses began to stamp their hooves and get aggressive, but they really couldn't reach their friend and help her while she was in the narrow stall.

Kaze

Kaze grinned, and held on with all her might. She kept her jas shut, and tight. As tight as she could get them to go. She was shook around, but never loss focus. She had managed to stay in front of the mare, avoiding any serious slams to the stall walls. She shook her head, growling loudly, not stopping. She held onto the ground with her powerful hindlegs and then leapt up, now aiming to land successfully on the equine's back...

Venus and Arctic

Venus nodded to the foxes and watched as the deer sorted themselves out.

Arctic knew there was nothing she could do to stop Kaze. Turning away with a appologetic look to the equine, before trotting outside. Lets go... The feline hissed and she began to make her way out of the enclosure and out of the farm. Kaze was busy, she knew, but she wasn't going to wait around whilst Kaze destroyed an innocent life.

Venus took up the rear of the group and growled softly to tell them to follow Arctic to the promised lands of a certain wild deer.

*Horse*

The horse screamed loudly, rearing back and thrashing her hooves about. But Kaze managed, amonst the meele of flying daggers, to get onto the creature's back. It would be a chore to stay on, but now she was at least safe from the main weapons.

Kaze

Kaze grinned to herself as she managed to get on the mare's back. She held on with all her might, keeping her paws placed firmly into the soft flesh, as if imitating a human on a bucking bronco. She kept her legs stiff but yet free-moving when they had to be, and her jaws clinging onto the horse's shoulder/nape area to help her stay on and without flinging from side to side. She avoided the horse's harsh movements and then quickly released her hold of the animal's sleek pelt, and then forced her neck downward to latch onto the equine's open neck. Even if she had succeeded or not, she bit down with all the force she had in her powerful jaws and then swung her head around sideways, hoping to reach a vital vein in the neck to make an easy kill...

*Horse*

A horrible screech came from the struggling equine, and she reared violently as the side of her neck was torn deeply by the wolf's fangs. Kaze had indeed hit a vital vien, and now the mare's life blood was spilling swiftly from her neck and puddling below her. But as the horse reared back, she mis-stepped and fell to the side. Her body slammed against the wall and then hit the ground below. Kaze would have to be careful not to get crushed by the large creature. Her legs flaied out, striking hard against the opposite wall of her stall and chipping large splinters of wood everywhere. But her struggles quickly died down, as her blood was seeping fast. In a few short minutes, she was dead.

Kaze

Kaze was careful indeed as the horse fell, for she could sense the animal turning sideways. She leapt away quickly, landing in front, next to the door. She watched carelessly as the equine kicked away, at the wall, and thrashed about. Nothing would do any good, anyway. Kazer grinned as the animal then fell dead, and the moitons seized. Taking in a deep, satisfied breath, she took a bite from the horse's shoulder and ripped off a large peice of meat. Despite how much she hated this kind of food, she would eat it anyway. With her banner and dial held skyward, she took her small share and then trotted briskly out of the stall, and out of the barn. She then turned away from the ranch, and ran off into the forest to find something else to do now, and eat this completely earned meal.
