-Bounty Hunters-

A handsome pair of male wolves could be seen loping into the Eskers, leaping over each other in a sort of play, flashing fangs in a mocking way. The smaller of the two, a mostly black brute with two spots of white on his front, leaped in front of the other in a play bow. Did you see that? Good for a first attack. Though it would have been better if one of them actually died while we were there. They both looked pretty bad though, didn’t they? He leaped up again, loping on the side of the other.

The giant of the a wolf was not so giddy, scoffing at the other words. Sure, they were hurt, but I wish you would have let me sink in my fangs in that other she-wolf. She was asking for it you have to admit. His lope wasn’t as easy as the black, stiff because of his anger.

Aw, come of it Kum, knowing you you’ll get her soon enough. Relax, you need a rest. he suddenly became a bit more serious, you shouldn’t of let her get to you though, you only made it worse. He gave a sidelong look to the brown and white brute, looking for any reaction. Little was given, besides a slightly stiffer lope. Raptor shook his head slightly, slowing down at a stream’s side. Tongue lashed out to lap up the cool waters in the slightly shaded area, grateful of the refreshment.

Kuma lapped up some as well, then wandered off to the tree only a couple yards away. He checked the area with a keen nose and buckled his knees, laying down on the cool sands. He made an audible sigh, speaking mostly to himself, yeah, I guess you are right. It was fun though. He twisted his head around to lick a open cut on his side and shoudler, cleaning out the dirt. It would soon scab over and then heal, no scar anyway.

His elder brother laughed from the stream, there’s the brother I know! Kuma smiled but said no more as his brother made his way over to his side. He too laid down, dwarfed by Kuma’s size as he did so. Though Kuma laid down his head to get some shut-eye, Raptor kept his head up, conscious of all things around him.

Immortal * Eternal

One female came racing into the land and whipped around real fast barking. "Come on Eternal your slow!" the female turned and ran again and almost bowled over Raptor but stopped herself just in time. Seeing them she froze every muscle in her body tensing. She glanced at them her small white form backing away slowly. "I...I didnt mean to intrude...um..." she backed away a few more steps then looked around franticly for her sister Eternal.

An even smaller black wolf silently moved her way to the three of them. Seeing the males her duo colored gems narrowed and she glanced at Immortal shaking her head slightly.

Immortal was pure white petite and hyper. She watched the males and without being able to hold still jumped at her sister growling. "You said we'd go hunting you lied come on lets go!" but the ebony wolfess didnt move. She was gazing at Raptor then at Kuma eyeing there wounds one by one.

"You obviously didnt fight Aaka while you were at the Ruins" her voice was like something from a dream mystical and quiet. She wasnt shy she was just the quiet sort prefering to hide her emotions. She tilted her head to the side and said in the same quiet voice "Who did you fight?"

Immortal glanced at her sister and huffed then layed down with a plunk. Her sister wouldnt budge until she got answers so she wasnt even gonna bother. She kept glancing at Kuma though her eyes attracted to his size amd build.

/ Raptor \ : - Kuma - :

-Bounty Hunters-

Raptor and Kuma were alerted by the loud barks, raising their heads curiously in their direction. When the first came speeding in, nearly tripping over Raptor, the black male jumped instantly his fight. His teeth were bared with a soft growl, hackles raised. Kuma gave her a curios look but did not show any aggression as he slowly came to his feet. Black brujo slowly relaxed his fur and growl as the other nervously spoke, realizing she was not going to attack. They both stood a bit wary, though mostly relaxed, as they looked curiously at the two females.

Raptor glancing over at Eternal at stayed there as he instantly saw her as the alpha of the two, though Kuma spared both an equal share of looks. Eyes of the black brute narrowed slightly as he felt her gaze on his cut and the several cuts of his brother. She spoke and he did not move for a moment, staring down at the female. Her smell was somewhat familiar; she may have been one of those fighting on the opposite end of the Ruins. He did not know an Aaka, though he made a mental note to check on her history, and then came the question. Why did she want to know?

Does it matter? he left it as that, not wanting to give anything away about the fight till he knew more of them. He realized if they had really want to know they could just smell the other’s scent still present on his coat, but if they missed that it was there loss. Kuma’s dark eyes planted on Eternal as she spoke, though he gave Immortal side ways looks, conscious of her own wandering eyes.

The smaller female narrowed her eyes suddenly and she said in a cool voice "If you had been fighting Aaka you wouldnt be here" she glanced at her sister who was stil watching Kuma with open curiosity. Eternal shook her head and would have snapped at her sister but she gazed at Raptor sizing him up as well. If a fight did occur she would have problems. Immortal was to....Taken by Kuma and Raptor beat her in size. Both of them beat her in size for that matter. She opened her mismatched eyes so they were normal once more and she gazed around the land. "Immortal go see if you can find Blind. Tell her that Narsia is dead. She will pass the information onto Aaka." her sister jolted when Eternal told her what to do but nodded.

"Ok....I will see you guys around" I hope she thought to herself. She quietly trotted away and glanced back once more to get one last glimpse at Kuma and Raptor.

Eternal however never wavered her gaze. They stayed on Kumas dancing with demons heated with anger. The anger wasnt at him but it was there boiling under the surface ready to come out at any given moment. "Immortal" she said nodding in the direction of her sister. She didnt offer her name didnt want to offer her name but she knew it was only courteous but she wasnt feeling very courteus.

A wind stirred causing her fur to stand leaves blew around her in a tornado. She didnt mind even did a half smile as a small black and purple butterfly flew passed her.

Raptor narrowed his eyes in return. Whether you are for or against this Aaka, I assure you I have no idea who she is. So no, I have not been fighting Aaka. What’s it to you? His voice turned a bit hot, but only because he indeed just fought a little while before. Anytime before and right after a fight was his best mood times, but after all the excitement came down after a fight he was a bit grumpy. But his grumpy wasn’t much to talk about. Though in his old home land he was known to kill wolves he was a fine gentlemen to those that he didn’t give the death sentence too.

He noticed the female now sizing him up, was there to be a fight? He didn’t know what it was going to be over, but alright. His hackles rose slightly, sizing her up as well. She was surprising smaller them him, not an often occurrence for he wasn’t known for his size. She seemed to know about fights, but he was never one to worry. He and Kuma watched curiosly as the black sent off the white, mentally checking on the names, though they had no idea what they meant. Raptor gave the female a nod as she left, but then brought his sight back to the first. Kuma made no acknowledgement that she left, though he watched her enough to see the last look. His hackles bristled slightly, unsure of the meaning, a slight tingling down his spine brought him to look back at Eternal, now aware of her stare of anger. He narrowed his orbs slightly, confused of the reason why, but relaxed when he realized it was not towards him.

The two brutes ignored the new wind completely, expression never changing as their summer coats were ruffled with. The silence pressed on longer before Raptor spoke again. Is there… something we can help you with? The words were spoken with a tad bit of annoyance, but nothing else. He didn’t mind meeting other canines out of his fighting, but this show down was a bit annoying.

I am forever cursed I am forever Hated I am forever Feared. This is who I am. Now get used to it

She gazed at him her eyes changing once more to a lazy flirtatious look. Her mood swings surprised everyone including her sister. "No nothing that you can help me with" she smirked and was about to say something when she heard a distan howl from the allies. The Shadow Lurkers were mourning their loss. She felt pity for them and tossed back her head howling her remorse over the loss of a loved one. She smiled at both of them and said softly "Im not as evil as you think I am and theres no reason to get....broody" she smiled again and layed down relaxed and content. She gazed around once more smiling.

/ Raptor \ : - Kuma - :

-Bounty Hunters-

Two pairs of ears flicked back as the faint howl came to them, a remorsing howl. Must be for the one she spoke of. Raptor had a sudden want to call back, Kuma just stayed in the direction it had come from, both were interrupted in their thoughts by Eternal’s own howl. Both were silent for a while afterwards, disturbed once again by Eternal. It was funny how fast she changed her emotion, but it didn’t bother them, they didn’t even bat an eyelash.

The words was strange to the alpha of the pair, did he give any hint that he thought she was evil? No, he was cautious yes, but who wouldn’t be? Especially with them bowling in like they owned the place. Then she laid down, inviting herself within their group. Kuma gave a small gruff, Raptor sighed. Speaking as he turned to walk to his brother, almost in a bored way, I never said you were evil, nor thought it. You shouldn’t go around assuming things, it’s hard to be right. He paused as he made himself comfortable sitting by his much bigger brother. I am Raptor, and this,his head motioned to his sibling, is Kuma. We work alone as of now, and new to these parts. His voice brought a new authority to them, being because he had just made a decision to trust this female. She had stayed anyway. And you are?

Kuma stayed silent, seeing no need to talk yet, his brother was doing a fine job anyway. When the names were given, he gave Raptor a questioning glance, but still he did not talk, looking back to Eternal expectantly. HE too sat down after the lead of his alpha, dwarfing his small, but older, brother. His dark colored orbs laid on the others, always aware of any changes that may occur, in voice or stance.

There is a Heaven and there is a Hell But they Both do not want me so for an Eternity I must walk this Earth living like the others

Eternal smiled warmly and said "I am Eternal" she didnt offer anything else for she smelled Aaka and the others. They were not coming closer but they drifted through heading home. Damon had lost. Letting out a huff the female sat up and gazed around making sure that Aaka didnt pass by here. The white alphess in a temper was worse then even Eternal. After the scent faded the black female cautiously layed back down gazing around her making sure that no one was coming by. She turned cautious eyes back to Raptor and said softly "Sorry Im a little jumpy...." She gazed around again before resting her head on her paws watching both of them. She trusted Raptor...But she was unsure of Kuma and his silence.

"So what are you two doing out here after a fight? Dont you have a home?" Eternal didnt mention that she didnt have a home but bounced around with Immortal trying to find a suitable spot. Aaka had offered her home but....Eternal wasnt sure she wanted her sister around the angry female.

Raptor nodded as she offered her name, and Kuma looked away, suddenly bored. Both heads turned as if one to the new scents that drifted in, roughly the same time as Eternal. The only reasons they looked was because they were the scents that was present on Eternal’s coat, the others she had been talking about most likely. Again, they did not know the individuals by name, but they could tell it was a good size of canines. She spoke and Raptor offered a question, Aren’t you with them? Why be so jumpy about them if that is the case? The pair did not know fear themselves, but knew it to be wise to know of the ones that others feared (or as they usually offer in defense, respect, though the pair didn’t see much difference in the two).

At her question he narrowed his eyes ever so slightly in thought, as Kuma suddenly brought his attention to her again. It was strange to them for another to ask if they had a home; in their old land they were well known and often hated or feared. Everyone knew they held no home. It only gave the enemy a place to look for them. Rumors of homes of the pair always drifted around, but they never had a real home since they left their parent’s pack.

But the silence did not last long before Raptor spoke again, No, we do not. No added emotion was offered, nothing to hint of their thoughts. Kuma gave his brother another side long look then made a point of looking away. It was not unusual for him being so quiet in these types of conversations, so Raptor made no reaction, just continued to look at Eternal. Kuma can be quite a talker when appearing in front of known enemies or in a middle of a fight, but those were mostly taunts or distractions. The only canines he gave more then a short ‘hello’ or ‘good-bye’ were those that he completely trusted, and his trust did not come as easily as Raptor’s.

As for Raptor, though he realized this was probably a devil of a wolf when provoked and a bit overly serious, she didn’t seem all that bad. Almost harmless, but that was a stretch and he knew it so he didn’t want to classify her as such till he knew more about her. So he decided to give her some of his trust as of now, get to know her a little better before he got to know her past. He usually did this quite rarely, but there was always time for change in his life.

Forever you will Fear what stands Before you

The black female watched and said in a chilled voice "She is not my leader." it was all she said her eyes narrowing. "Aaka is just....One to stay away from" She watched Kuma and then Raptor with a soft expression. "Aaka is much like you two" she didnt offer any other words but just watched them both with a sad expression. Yes they were to much like Aaka.

Immortal slunk back over to Eternal keeping her body as low as possible. "Um...Meha....Meha I cant find Blind." Meha was a name that Immortal had given her sister long ago. She glanced at Kuma and Raptor with a pleading look Help me The larger white female glanced at her younger runt of a sister searching for her reaction. She knew of Eternals mood swings and hated being the cause of them.

Quietly Eternal stood gazing around. If I were a blind wolf where would I seek refuge from lifes harsh conditions? She didnt spare her sister a glance let out a mood. In the same quiet voice as before she said "Broken has been out looking as well. Find her she may know where Blind is staying" Eternal couldnt force her sister to do anything at all but this was important.

Again the female glanced at Kuma and Raptor. Meekly she said "Um.....Broken is gone....She has been in hiding for sometime now Meha you know that" Eternal turned her fiery eyes to Immortal now "Well then you will just have to search then wont you?" her voice was cold as steel her body ridgid. She wasnt happy at the moment for her good friend was lost. <> Immortal stood up now and passed by Kuma and Raptor. Softly she said "Why dont you go find her sister?" as she stalked by. She wasnt in the best of moods either having to run all the errands while Eternal got to stay and talk to the males.

Both sets of eyes were suddenly on her, the new voice almost alarming, but they did well to hide it. Kuma’s head slanted slightly to the side at the warning, his curiosity taking the better of them, Raptor’s eyes just narrowed. Was she to be their next victim? Or was she just after wolves? Unlikely. But then were both taken back by the next words, Kuma looked away, Raptor simply looked surprised. She hardly knew them, nor did they know this Aaka, how could she know if they were like her or not? And more importantly, her tone of voice and sad expression was almost scary. Like a mother afraid their pup has gone down the wrong path. He regained his composure, now trying to figure out if she was just playing with their minds, he hated that.

But fortunately, the awkward silence was broken by the approach of Immortal, you looked quite frightened. The name Meha caught Raptor off guard, but he soon figured it was just a nick name and ignored it. And then there was the look of need of help. He blinked, slightly puzzled why she would need it. He had always held good relationships with his siblings, and was confused why she seemed so afraid of her sister now, even if she brought bad news as a missing friend always was. But Eternal did not seem angered so he stayed where he was, now silent as he watched the pair. Kuma had glanced at the female, acknowledging she was there, and then turned away, walking off to the stream. He did not take anything to drink, but rather sat at its edge and looked into it, his expression hidden. He did not listen to the words of the three, but rather the tone of his brother. His tone could tell him a lot and he was still alert, ready to come to his aide if needed.

Raptor was curios about the name of the missing wolf, was she actually blind or just named such? Raptor noticed the other glance, but what was he to do? It was not really standing out at him. He gave eternal a look as her voice fired up but said nothing to interrupt them; she obviously was in a bad mood. Then Immortal walked by them saying her words. He was remotely surprised by him, which one was the sister? Broken or Blind? And wouldn’t it be her sister as well? And he did not know of the females at all, not their scents or anything. So why would be any help there? So he did not make any move to stop her, but gave an apologic look.

Looking back at Eternal he decided to speak, Why is it so important to find this Broken and Blind, if you don’t think it as bold to ask. And if so, why aren’t you helping. It is obvious you seem to care about their whereabouts more then your sister; you may be able to the job better. And believe it or not, we aren’t all that interesting. he meant the last part as a joke, meaning he was not getting hostile or aggressive so Kuma stayed exactly where he was. He was actually just curious of their relationship.

She watched them her eyes flashed with anger briefly at his words but it simmered to that sad knowing look. I know that Blind is around. More then likely she went back home. Immortal however is lazy and doesnt look. I want her to learn. She gazed around her and sighed remembering a day when nothing matter.

Days in the past when nothing matters Days when things go by and you could care less. Then one day you get thrown into something. And have to grow up fast. Life throws its curve balls and you either swing or duck and run. You cant hide from life forever. You cant live your life in peace forever. One day you have to grow up. One day you have to learn that nothing is what it seems

She remembered everything that changed that day. Everything that had happened. She stood up agitated now. She didnt want to remember. Immortal was one of the reasons she remembered....Another reason why Eternal had sent her away. She didnt want any memories. No ties to the past. She glanced over at the male her eyes narrowed "Have you ever wanted to forget something but it just keeps coming back?"

Raptor stayed calm as the female reflected, then got mad. He waited patiently and silently, and was soon thrown a question. Without giving any face expressions he suddenly shot his orbs towards his brother, then just as quick back to Eternal. But that glance showed him that Kuma was now staring at them, listening, waiting for what he had to say. An audible swallow came from the male.

Was there something we wanted to forget? Partially. He didn’t want to forget the wolf involved, but what resulted from the sad event. But it didn’t hit him as hard as it did his brother. If he didn’t say the right words he was in trouble. But not by force, he wasn’t afraid of a physical attack. Kuma had his ways to do worse to a friend and a brother.

He slumped down with annoyance, letting a single word out, Partially. He didn’t look back to Kuma but he felt his questioning eyes, relaxing slightly when they left back to the stream.

Quietly the female stood up. "Thats good." she murmered glancing around her. "Ill leave you boys to yourselves now if you want" She glanced around again tense all of a sudden. She didnt feel right....Something was wrong....She glanced around one last time to figure out what was wrong then giving out a soft whimper shifting from paw to paw slightly. Something was wrong....Not good....Immortal should have been back by now...Aaka should have had her victory call. Blind should have been at home....She flinched what a harsh wind blew up out of nowhere.

Raptor twitched his maw, but said nothing as the she muttered a reply. His orbs rose again to her as she spoke, nodding at her almost distantly. He turned his black body as if turn away, but stopped at her whimper, yellow eyes back at her as he sized up the situation. When noticing her worry, he glanced back at Kuma, who looked up at him, knowing what was coming next. Raptor put his head on a tilt and gave a small smile to him, Kuma nodded and looked away.

Taking a step he was back where he was, his voice soft, orbs gently laying on her, Something we can help with?

She watched them both and said in a small voice "SHe should have been back by now....Blinds at home...Immortal should have been back...." She glanced at them hope in her eyes but she quickly beat it down. They wouldnt help her. No one would help her. Her luck had run out a long time ago. She froze remembering

So cold...Cant go any further....Have to keep moving....No more time....Need help....No one to be found...All your fault

She shook her head against the memories wishing they would just go away. Like everything else why couldnt they just disappear. Softly in a meek voice she asked "Would you two mind helping me?"

Raptor watched the she wolf speak with concern for her friends, while Kuma silently started on. But there was something changing, starting with his eyes. They softened as he turned his great head towards the two, now caught on by the conversation. Someone was in trouble? He began padding over, by his brother’s side before she spoke again, but he was one step ahead of her.

Of course, any idea where to start? He was still walking as he talked, nose to the air as he searched for her scent. He paused when he finished, looking over his brown shoulder to the other black. Raptor was quiet, knowing this was his brother’s thing more then him, letting him be in charge for now.
