Tornado & Snowy Owl

The grayish wolf sauntered over the land, carrying his snow-white daughter in his jaws. He wasn't sure where his mate had gone, or the rest of his pups. She started to follow him to the den, but never showed up. Now Tornado was desperately worried, needing to find a pack. He was fearful of leaving Snowy Owl, just a young pup, all by herself when he needed to hunt. Finally, the wolf tossed back his muzzle and howled out in dispair.

Snowy Owl, huddled against her father's legs, put her blunt muzzle up and howled along, although the sound she made was a series of squeaky yips.

Vivek, Bagre, & Eventine

Vivek caught sound of his father's howl and came bounding over the ground. Bagre and Eventine, beginning to grow large, followed easily after. The wolf slid to a stop near Tornado, reaching out to nuzzle his father and then look curiously down at Snowy Owl; his half-sister. "Dad, what's the matter? And... who is this?"

Bagre sniffed at the little pup, wagging his tail. Eventine stood near her father, still shaken up after her capture. She then moved towards her grandpa and nuzzled him under his chin.

Aava & Esprit

Aava caught Vivek's scent on the wind as she and one of her pups were slowly strolling around. Her ears pricked, eager to see if she could hear her mate and other pups nearby. She could definitly hear something but wasn't sure it was who she thought it was. Another scent was on the wind. An unfamilier one. This alerted her a bit and she wanted to check it out.
Her strong legs pushed her off the ground into a quick run. She bolted swiftly over the mounds of sandy dirt before finally finding what she was looking for. Esprit, becoming much bigger now, could keep up with her mother's fast pace. This was like a hard workout for her.

Aava eyed Tornado with much caution, seeing as how she didn't know who he was yet. But hearing Vivek talking to him made her feel a little better. Who was this? Her ears flew back and out in a curious manner as her brown eyes studied the new wolf. She slowly walked over to Vivek and nuzzled him. Everything seemed to be okay now. "Who is this?" she asked, looking over at each of the pups. Esprit made her way over to her two siblings and playfully nipped each of them. She was concerned at this moment about Eventine. She looked at her sister, ears pricked forward. "Are you okay?" She sat back on her haunches, still exhausted from the journey here. It was magnificent that everyone was back together now.

Tornado & Snowy Owl

Tornado nuzzled his son and granddaughter back, "I'm so glad you heard us." He replied with a great sigh, "I... I don't know where my mate is. And I fear the worst." he hung his head a little, then licked his daughter, "This is Snowy Owl. I couldn't find the others... there were two more."

Snowy Owl shrunk back at first, then stuck her small nose forward and sniffed Bagre in return. Her tail waved, "Who are you?" she questioned in a small, squeaky voice.

Vivek, Bagre, & Eventine

Vivek turned to his mate, ears perked up and eyes lit. "Aava!" he yipped lightly, nuzzling his mate in return. "This is my father, Tornado. And his daughter; my half-sister, Snowy Owl." Vivek explained, nodding from his father to the small, white pup huddled near his feet. It was strange that Snowy Owl was the aunt of Esprit, Bagre, and Eventine, but then Tornado wasn't all that old when he first had Vivek. He turned to Aava again, "Would it be alright if my father and Snowy Owl came to our pack? He's had a bit of trouble lately..." Vivek trailed off a bit, not wanting to bring up the topic any more, since he could see that it hurt Tornado.

Bagre smiled broadly, "Bagre." He turned to his mother next and stood beside her.

Eventine bounded over to Esprit and Aava, feeling more comforted by their presence. "Can we go home now?" She asked, in almost a pleading voice.

Aava & Esprit

Aava felt a small smile brush across her maw. Everyone was finally together again. That was something. Ahah, so this was his father? Aava had no parents really anymore, but she wasn't even bothered by it. "Hello, Tornado." she said as she looked at him. She then looked down to Snowy Owl. Then she turned attention back to Vivek, "It's alright..." she said, glancing around, "What kind of trouble? You don't have to say anything if he is hurt by it."
She knew that whatever trouble it was, one could be hurt from it, and perhaps more than desired.
Aava looked to Bagre and lowered her head down to him so that she could nuzzle him. She sat back on her haunches when Eventine came over. "I guess we can go home now," she said as she watched Eventine and then turned her head to look at Vivek, "Is it alright if we head back right now?" Esprit waddled over to Bagre and stood next to him but stayed near their mother.

Vivek, Bagre, & Eventine

Vivek lowered his voice to a whisper so that Tornado wouldn't hear, "My mother and sister vanished during the winter without a trace. My grandma and great aunt did as well; and now Tornado's new mate and two pups have gone missing. It's a strange thing really." Vivek said, shaking his head sadly. He didn't know what had happened to any of them, but they were most likely dead. It was almost like a family curse, but Vivek was bound determined to make sure nothing happened to Aava and their pups. But then he brightened up, "Yes, it's about time we got back home! And maybe a hunt is in order?" He suggested, looking for approval from his mate and offspring. The alpha headed towards the Pyrola Fields.

Bagre pranced his front feet and nudged Esprit, "A hunt! I hope we can go on one!" He eclaimed excitedly. "Hey, betcha I can run faster than you!" He challenged all of a sudden, nudging his sister once again before sprinting off after Vivek as fast as he could.

Eventine giggled and shook her head, "I'll be we're faster than him!" She too took off, trying to catch up to her brother.

Tornado & Snowy Owl

Tornado dipped his head down respectfully, "Thank you. It's nice to meet you." He said politely. His stomach growled faintly and the wolf gave a sheepish grin. Amidst his family, he began to feel a little better. But he was still worried about his mate and two pups. But at least he had Snowy Owl. Reaching over, Tornado plucked her up and carried her to the Pyrola Fields, following his son and the others.

Aava & Esprit

Aava made a quiet tich sound as she shook her head a bit. She was already wondering about the mysteries of the world. She let a grin spread across her maw. A hunt would be great to help forget everything bad that happened.
Aava ran to the Pyrola Fields, Esprit passing her up, eager to catch up with her two siblings.
