Hueros
The tervuren dog limped slowly over the ground, favoring his bloodied and sorely wounded hind leg. Fragments of a bullet were lodged in the tore muscles of his upper hind leg and made it both painful and very difficult to walk.
After a while, Hueros became exhuasted with the effort it had taken him to run from the Cow Pasture. Finding a small niche in the steep side of one esker, the dog crawled over and laid down.
Black Fyre
*she hadn't seen hueros for awhile and went to look for him. the scent of blood brought her here. she followed it and found hueros. she nosed at him to see if he would respond*
Hueros
His eyes snapped open when he felt the nudge. He was at first ready to attack, but instantly realized it was his mate. "Black Fyre! I tried to make it back to our territory, but it is a long way from the ranch." He said gloomily, struggling to stand and ignore the pain as best as he could. He was very glad Black Fyre had found him.
Black Fyre
you should have gone straight to the lady in the woods. she would have helped ease the pain. our sons have gone somewhere i was also looking for them. they left the den site
Hueros
His eyes widen when he hears this news, "They're missing? What about our daughters, are they safe?" he dips his head down, frustrated with the situation. "I'll head to the Woodland Farm and then be back as soon as I can to help look for them." Heruos announced after a moment, "Maybe the Silver Glades pack can help search, since some of them are friends of yours?" He suggested, momentarily putting aside his pains.
Black Fyre
they are fine. go to woodland farm and gfet help you will need it. i will start the search
Hueros
He gave a weak smile and nuzzled her before turning his gaze in the direction of the woodland farm. He fretted having to go all that way, but there was little else to do. Grimacing with the discomfort, the dark-hued dog began his slow way to the woodland home.
