Keilo

Keilo races over the top of an esker, kicking up sand and dirt as he goes along. His silky fur shines with great health.

Cedar

Stalking Keilo, Cedar gains on him, and with a rush of speed and force, tackles the male. He then leaps back, fangs glistening in a playful grin. He mischievous eyes and erect ears show Cedar is only playing.

Wespero

The darkly hued female watches the two, knowing they are of the Silver Glade's pack. She too was a member... though she hadn't been to the territory yet, or met its members. She stands over a ridge a few dozen yards from them, in full view. She has the slight scent of Stormfalcon on her, proving that she belongs... or could belong... to their pack. She waits patiently to see if they will allow her to play also.

Keilo

He crashes to the ground, letting out a cry mixed between a yelp and a snarl. With fur bristling, he spins around to find the grinning wolf. "Cedar!" he snaps, but can't help but smile also. Keilo hasn't enjoyed a wolf game since he was in his last pack. Just as he is about to spring at Cedar, he spots Wespero. He picks up her scent, which is mixed very slightly with Stormfalcons's. Keilo prances with his forepaws, inviting her to play with them.

Wespero

She gives a quick yip in excitement, and dashes over to them with her head held even with her spine. Wespero suddenly nips Nau and Cedar as she runs past them, then puts on as much speed as she can, enticing them to a game of tag...

Cedar

He spins around and begins to chase her, glancing back to see if Nau is following.

Stormfalcon

she watches, tail wagging. Maybe, they would let her play as well. She barks, ears erect, before going into a play bow. She growls playfully, wanting to join in.

Wespero

Hearing Stormfalcon, Wespero changes direction, kicking up sand as she makes a sharp turn. She heads straight for Stormfalcon, but veers off at the last second, giving a playful snap at her as she races by...

Cedar

As Wespero veers before Stormfalcon, Cedar is able to gain on her. He makes several powerful bounds and comes up on her side and tries to tackle her...

Stormfalcon

Stormfalcon barks, leaping after Cedar, her powerful form picking up speed, charging in after him. Ears erect she growls playfully.

Wespero

She skillfully dodges to the side to avoid getting tackled by Cedar, but now there are three wolves behind her. Knowing she won't outrun them for long, Wespero spins around and slams straight into Cedar, aiming to trip all three wolves if they are close enough together...

Cedar

Going as fast as he was, he knocks Wespero over and tumbles over the sand. Knowing Stormfalcon and Kailo were close behind, he scramble to get out of their way before he would get ran over....

Keilo

Seeing the two wolves crash just ahead of him, Keilo digs his paws into the loamy soil, but can't stop in time. Being in last, he slams into Stormfalcon and tumbles completely over onto his side with a startled bark. He scrambles desperately for footing, trying to flee before the whole mess of wolves could start up again. All the while, he keeps a playful grin to show his good nature.

Stormfalcon

She leaps up, wagging her tail, before suddenly stopping, standing amazingly still. She throws back her head in a sorrowful howl, before running off into the Canyon.

Wespero

Wespero pauses a moment before standing up, and listens to the howl. She looks toward Cedar, then Keilo since he was beta. Her eyes were puzzled; should they follow Stormfalcon?

Cedar

He also pauses, indecisive. Cedar looks toward Keilo curiously, "Do you know what that was about?"
