Isabella Wayson

Isabella had not left the house much after the incident at The Pit. She had not even heard from Ellis or anything about the child that they had taken from that horrid place. Though, she had waited for so long by the phone just to make sure they were ok. Since no call had come, she hoped that meant the best and hopefully the kid had found a home or something where he would be cared for much better than he had been back at his old home.

She decided that today she needed to get out, though. She could see the excitement on Pyro's face as she mentioned going bye byes to him. Once she had put her tennis shoes on and pulled on a jacket she opened the door and let the canine out. He beat her out to the truck and she let him in the passenger side before climbing into the driver's side. She was planning on maybe doing some shopping and decided that downtown would be her best bet. So, she drove downtown and got out, making sure to leave the window down so that Pyro would get plenty of air before exiting the truck to look around the rows of shops.

Sasuke & Neji

So it had been awhile since the two seventeen year olds had gone out together to cause some mayham and usually ITachi found them to put a stopper to it well Sasuke didn't listen to his older brother no more and than ks to dss Neji had been forced into Ryan Sohmner's care aka officer Sohmners. Yah well Sasuke decided to spring Neji from his make shift jail and the two were now walking downtown.

What should they do today? Well for starters they decided to go rob a store for money. They each had an eye patch on.Sasuke's one his left eye and Neji's on his right. They didn't care to mask their appearance. They were both from the Akatsuki gang after all. They had decided to switch to guns which Neji had stolen from Ryan's house while Ryan was at work.

Sasuke was the more cruel one and as they followed right behind Isabella he grabbed her while neji went to the cashier. He threw a bag on the counter.All the money prettyHe said with a smirk on his face. Sasuke one good eye was red and Neji was completely white.

Isabella Wayson

Isabella had never really run into trouble here in this town, aside from the trouble at The Pit of course, though that situation had not found her but rather she had found it. So, she was not expecting to run into anything amiss here today. She walked into her favorite store and two teens entered after her. One approached the cashier and the other spoke to her as he grabbed her. The red haired girl looked to him with fear evident in her emerald green eyes. She hurried to reach into her purse to take out any money she had to give it to the men, hoping that just cooperating would cause them to just leave her alone.

Sasuke & Neji

HE knew that once they left the store the clerk would call for police and he was debating wheter or not to kill him as he snatched the money from her and pocketed it but kept a hold of her to encourage the clerk to fill the bag.He glanced outside as he held her to him as Neji took the bag and quickly exited the store. Sasuke himself still holding Isabella walk backwards with him. Your gonna walk with us for a little if you don't cause a scene you'll be fineHe spoke and nudged her in front of him as he exited the store. Sure enough he saw the clerk calling the police.

Isabella Wayson

Isabella remained silent the whole time, not wanting to cause trouble for the man behind the counter or anything like that. Yet, when the man spoke about her walking with him and not making a scene she nodded. Though, as soon as they exited the store they passed her truck and the large German Shepherd inside started barking madly and digging at the window that wasn't quite open enough for him to get out of. Isabella silently hoped that they would not shoot at the dog or anything due to his barking as she just walked along with the two silently so not to draw any more attention to them. She wanted to get out of this alive.

Ellis

There was a particularly cheerful attitude that Ellis usually had. He enjoyed his life. He didn't sweat the little things... but then again, he wasn't the bravest one around and was more likely to avoid a conflict that directly engage an enemy. When his closest friend was involved, though, he was a beast. Sasuke and Neji would soon learn that Ellis, an ordinary mechanic, could really fuck shit up when he was pissed.

Walking down the street, he expected to see Isabella. However, what he saw made his blood boil. He put his hand on the gun concealed in his belt and began to weigh his options, but he came to the conclusion that he'd shoot first and ask questions later. In an instant, he whipped the Desert Eagle out and aimed it at Sasuke. "Let her go, you son of a bitch!" He shouted, his finger on the trigger, ready to shoot. "Let her go or I swear I'll shoot you!" He felt a pang of fear. He desperately hoped both he and Isabella would get out of this alive.

Ryan Sohmers

Sirens wailed in the distance. The police department was a few blocks away from the store where Isabella had entered, and where Neji and Sasuke had decided to target for some easy money, and it took little to no time before a squad car was hauling asphalt towards the scene. Inside the squad car was Ryan, and as he pulled up to the scene, a mix of rage and bitter disappointment turned in his gut. Neji, the kid he'd taken in and tried to set straight, was the reason for the call.

The cruiser came to a stop in the middle of the street with lights flashing wildly, effectively warning all other drivers and pedestrians to keep clear. After paging for backup, Ryan stepped out of the car with a pistol in hand, aiming it first at Sasuke, "Stop, or I'll shoot! Sir-" Ryan's eyes flashed tensely to Ellis, "-put the weapon down!"

Sasuke & Neji

Sasuke had no intentions on harming Isabella especially since she was cooperating. He stopped as Ellis spoke and he glanced to his side. His lip twitched but he only let her go and pointed his own gun at Ellis.Please boy you don't know what your getting at...However thats when Ryan showed up and he glanced at NEji. SO much for the springHe said glaring at Ryan.Why is it always you? ARe you seriously the only cop they have?HE said finally letting the girl go but not dropping the gun just yet.

Neji saw the disppointment flash across his face and he momentarily looked away before returning to look and stand near Sasuke. his hands in fists

Isabella Wayson

Isabella was more or less in shock. She had no idea whether these men would use her to get out of the area then shoot her or if they would really just let her go. Though, she hoped that cooperating would make her chances of survival better. Pyro was still going nuts inside the truck but Isabella barely heard him as she panicked. Soon, a familiar face came into view, it was Ellis! She had not expected to run into him today, but he was definitely a sight for sore eyes. He had a weapon of his own and pulled it on the men telling them to let her go or that he would shoot. Her emerald green eyes looked to Ellis and fear would be evident in them. Though, still she didn't fight the men. Now she had not only her own safety but that of Ellis to worry about. She had already seen him badly injured once and didn't want it to happen again on her account.

Finally there was a sigh of relief as the sound of sirens was heard approaching and she could see the lights flashing. Hopefully everything would be ok now... Finally one of the men, the one holding on to her, spoke to the police officer as he ordered them all to drop their weapons. He also released his grip on her and she was quick to move away from them and to where Ellis was, he was the only familiar face in this and the one who had stood up for her without having to do so. Pyro was still barking and tearing at the window of her truck and she turned to look at the truck, hoping that seeing that she was now more or less safe would calm him before he harmed himself. Still, she was in shock from the whole situation...

Ellis

Ellis' conscience told him to shoot, but with Isabella still near Sasuke and Neji, he didn't want to take that chance. "I know EXACTLY what I'm doing!" He yelled at Sasuke, with his gun still trained on the man. He felt a bit of relief when a cop showed up, but frustration when Ryan gave him an order. Who would disobey a cop? Ellis would, to protect his friend. "No way, officer! Do you want me to get killed?!" There was a hint of panic in his voice as his eyes shifted between Sasuke, Neji and Ryan. Even when they let Isabella go, he still had his aim on Sasuke, though he reached out to try to gently grab Isabella's arm with his free hand. He wasn't letting them take her away. "Are you alright? Did they hurt you?" His voice was barely above a whisper as he made sure Isabella wasn't harmed.

Ryan Sohmers

Ryan remained crouched on the driver's side of the vehicle, putting the car between himself and gang members. He knew from experience how dangerous they could be, and this was not his first encounter with Sasuke; if the gun were to be pointed in his direction, or if Sasuke so much as reached for one of his pockets, Ryan would have no choice but to open fire. "I'm not going to warn you again, drop your weapon!" His own pistol was held firmly in both hands, directed at the gang member, but his eyes would flick between him, Neji, and the two civilians who had gotten mixed up in the situation. He breathed a small sigh of relief when Isabella was released.

"Sir, lower your weapon!" He gave this order to Ellis, but honestly didn't expect the man to lower his gun just yet, when Sasuke had one pointed back at him. Ryan knew he wouldn't if he were in the other's position. Neji came back under Ryan's disappointed look next, his brown eyes fixed hard on the young man who'd betrayed his trust once more, "Neji, I'm giving you one chance to get over here where you belong..."

Sasuke

Sasuke watched each and everyone in his vision. He didn't dare lower his weapon not with both ryan and Ellis pointing one at him. He glanced at Neji. I ain't about to drop it pig not with you and that idiot pointing one at me.He said.

Neji looked from one to the next his lips tight. But he knew that if he didn't he get sent away not jail but far away from here. He dropped the money bag by sasuke. He then moved over to Ryan with a glare. pigHe growled but had moved to the cops car.

Sasuke frowned as NEji. Neji! He'll just lock you back up in that infernal house with all those rules you have to followHe said and only got a sorry look from Neji and soft words.Yah and if I don't I won't be in sparkling creek valley any moreHE said.

Isabella Wayson

Isabella jumped a bit when she felt someone's hand close around her arm. Though, she soon realized that it was only Ellis and not one of the gang members trying to grab her once more. After learning this she allowed herself to be brought closer to Ellis. She noted that now three of the men had weapons pulled. This was not a good situation at all and she was terrified. Not only for her own safety but for that of Ellis and this police officer who had come to her rescue. She heard Ellis' words, though they were barely more than a whisper and she responded.

I think I'm ok...

Though her words were unsure, she was not physically hurt in any way. She had only been grabbed as collateral so that the men could get out of the store. That was terrifying enough, though. She watched in silence as one of the men willingly went to the police car and the other continued to point his weapon at Ellis. She didn't know how to help this situation, and that bothered her since she was used to being pretty good at helping with tough situations and keeping a cool head. This had definitely caught her off guard, though. She had no idea how this would finally end but she hoped that it did soon so that she could just get home and attempt to put this all behind her.

Ellis

The scar Ellis bore from the knife in his shoulder not long ago wasn't visible through his t-shirt, but a cringe on his face as he gently pulled Isabella closer suggested that it still caused him considerable pain.
"Don't worry." He tried to be reassuring, but the tension he felt came out in his voice. "I'll get us out of here. Both of us." But really, he had no plan. When Ryan again commanded him to drop the gun, he gave the officer a confounded look. "Are you crazy?!" At this point, he had his finger on the trigger, ready to fire if Sasuke made one wrong move. "Call for backup, officer! Until your buddies show up, I'm the only help you have here. So should I... should I shoot? It would bring a--" He paused and looked at Isabella, lowering his voice so only she could hear him. "I... I don't want to pull the trigger. I don't want you to see that. But if he tries anything smart, I want you to know that I will protect you, and I hope you know that means that a trigger must be pulled someday... Maybe today, as much as that thought is upsetting." In all the time he had spent with Isabella, he hadn't learned what her views on guns and violence were, and he'd never want to offend her.

Ryan Sohmers

Ryan's gaze was primarily on Sasuke, though he let it slip towards Neji, Isabel, and Ellis frequently to keep tabs on everyone. As the only officer on the scene and three guns in play, the officer couldn't afford to let his guard down for a second. "There's only two ways this can end. You put your gun down and surrender, or make a wrong move and force me to act." Ryan gave Sasuke another warning, letting him know that he would pull the trigger if need be, not just to protect himself, but the civilians as well. "Lower your weapon, and you won't get shot."

As Neji dropped the money bag, Ryan felt a small sliver of hope rise in him. He was massively disappointed that Neji had even teamed up with Sasuke again, and there would be consequences for it, but at least the teenager had made the right choice this time. "We'll talk about this later." Was all he said as he used his foot to close the car door after Neji got inside. He then glanced to Ellis, "Sir, I've got this under control. Backup is on its way, and I'd strongly advise you put that weapon away before they get here."

Sasuke

Sasuke had no parental figure as he had run away from his older brother. Course he has to avoid Madara as well god forbid dss get involved and he would end up with Madara. His hands shook a little as his eyes seemed to darken. Neji sat in the car and saw Sasuke's eyes and he paled. He knew that sign and he knew he couldn't get out of the car. He knocked on the window wanting to warn ryan he was unsure if Ryan knew of Sasuke's Anger issue.

Sasuke slightly lowered the gun his finger off the trigger but he didn't drop it. And you expect me to trust you or him to not shoot me? I know you'd love to shoot me He hissed at Ryan. His hands trembling as the rage built up. Due to the trembling in his hands and his grip had loosen on his gun the gun fell to the ground despite his words. When his anger rose he tended to use fists and hands anyway.

Isabella Wayson

Isabella was never one to cause violence. She knew that sometimes it was needed in certain situations and only thought badly of those who used violence as a first thought without giving any other options to better ways of doing things. She considered those people to be bullies. Though, in a situation such as this she could see where violence may be needed. After all, they were currently in a stand off with an armed criminal and a single police officer. Things could go bad fast. Though, she was not sure how to explain this to Ellis as he spoke to her. She also was sure this was not the time to be sharing her views on violence. His words were comforting to her. He promised to get them both out of here alive and she believed that he would do just that. That was one thing about Isabella, once you gained her trust she would follow you through anything if you assured it was ok. Of course, she could tell that Ellis was not as calm about this as he tried to make her think he was, his voice held a tenseness that told her the calmness or his reassuring tones was not exactly how he really felt.

I trust that you will get us out of this safely.

Her vocals shook with the fear she still felt as she stood near Ellis. There was an audible sigh of relief as the man who had grabbed her in the store finally dropped his weapon. She had no idea of his anger issues or of the fact that this was not over with, she was just hoping that they could finally get through this before anyone really got hurt and that she could thank the two men who had come to her rescue... But it seemed that the man who had held the gun was not ready to give up so easily...

Ellis

Ellis had used a gun before, but his gun skills were restricted to hunting. Even then, after meeting Isabella, he had given up his love of hunting for fear that it would make her uncomfortable. However, he felt the need to carry a weapon in such a dangerous city.

His bewildered eyes flashed between Ryan and Sasuke, and he felt great relief when Sasuke dropped his gun. But something didn't seem right... the man still looked like we wanted a fight. Still, he had to comply with a police officer's orders. He slowly and hesitantly lowered his gun to the ground, still unsure if he was doing the right thing. Without a weapon, he was defenseless against somebody who was probably stronger than him. But he wouldn't let Isabella get hurt. He stood in front of her, acting as a barrier between his friend and Sasuke. "When this is over, we'll go back to my place and play Go Fish with Buck." He attempted, with his wavering voice, to reassure Isabella with a promise of surviving and playing cards with the little boy they rescued. Maddock Buckley, or simply "Buck" as Ellis called him, loved that game and looked forward to playing cards with Ellis and Isabella, both of whom he had, without question or hesitation, accepted as parental figures. For a child who had grown up in an abusive household, Buck was rather outgoing.

Ryan Sohmers

Ryan heard the bang against the window, but he didn't realize Neji was trying to warn him of anything. The officer didn't so much as glance at the teenager. With the door locked from the outside, and no way for Neji to break out, Ryan put all of his focus upon Sasuke now and waited with bated breath until the hot tempered teenager loosened his grip on the pistol, the finally dropped it. "I don't want to shoot anyone. I'm here to prevent that from happening." He spoke loudly and evenly, minus the edge of tension that he couldn't keep from his voice. Blame it on the andrenaline, or the fact that he'd been hurt by Sasuke before, so he knew what he was up against.

What Ryan didn't realize, and what he failed to pick up from Neji, was that this criminal had a serious anger problem. Once the gun was dropped, and Ellis lowered his own weapon, Ryan stepped around in front of the squad car and began to approach Sasuke. With the gun still drawn and pointed at the kid, he gave him another order, "Put your hands up, behind your head. Step back away from the gun, turn around, and get on the ground."

Sasuke Uchiha

Sasuke had never learned how to control his anger problem. He'd never been to a doctor about it. He just had uncontrollable rage and anything was prone to set it off. his eyes turned to glared at Ryan and his lips were in a snare as the man ordered him to put his hands up in the air. Which he did but as he did he pulled out a small throwing star from his sleeve and when Ryan least expected it he threw it right at him. He knew whether it hit or not Ryan would probably fire at him and so he dropped to the ground just like the cop wanted him to do. Oh let him get nearer he'd physically attack the bastard but for now he pretended to be doing what he was told after he threw the star at him.

Neji growled when Ryan ignored him. His arms crossed over his chest. Fine let him remember the hard away.

Isabella Wayson

Isabella stood behind Ellis, not attempting to break away when he protectively placed himself between her and the now seemingly unarmed criminal. She was not expecting what happened next. Though, just as she was nodding her head at the statement that Ellis had made about playing a card game with the boy they had rescued together she saw the criminal make a sudden movement. Something shiny flew through the air in a blur so she couldn't make out what the object even was. She could see it was headed in the general direction of the police officer, though and she hoped that whatever it was might miss hitting him. Had she not been more or less in shock she may have tried to warn the officer, though with the speed of the flying object her warning still may have been in vain. She found her voice was missing when she went to speak. Instead she just felt herself helplessly standing behind Ellis as she hoped for the best outcome for all of them.

Ryan Sohmers

The one thing Ryan was prepared for was resistance from Sasuke, and didn't think for a second that the kid was going to make this easy on him. He'd experienced throwing stars before thanks to the gang, but had little time to dodge the lightning fast projectile as it whistled through the air towards him. Still, by ducking reflexively to the side, he brought himself out of the weapons' immediate path. Instead of striking him in the shoulder or neck, it nicked his ear as it sped by, then pinged off the squad car behind him. Reflexively, Ryan shot back as he'd warned he would, pulling the trigger a total of three times in Sasuke's direction...

Sasuke

As Sasuke is dropping to the ground a bullet knicks his upper shoulder and the other three miss as he hits the ground on his stomach. He laid there now waiting for Ryan to get closer. His eyes on him the whole time. They seemed to of darkened.

Neji flinched at the noise the star made bouncing off the car.

Ryan Sohmers

After the first four shots, Ryan stopped and watched Sasuke go down, not sure if he'd actually hit him or not. Cautiously, the officer moved forward, not wanting to take a chance either way, "Turn around! Put your hands behind your back, and get on your stomach!" The gun remained pointed, ready to shoot again if need be...

Sasuke

Sasuke crouched his hands on the ground as he glared at Ryan. His one eye never leaving him. Many things running through his mind as he crouched there. Sasuke glanced at Neji in the car. Funny sasuke had his left eye gone and neji his right. His hands trembled as he fought with himself. He remained crouched not listening to Ryan however his hands stayed on the ground. BIte me bastardHe hissed but still did not move. He had been scathed on the side of his head right above his ear the blood dripped down.
