Lana

Lana the 13 year old girl was walking down the sidewalk by herself. She wore a black sweater with a matching black coat. Another thing she had on was blue jeans. Ear plugs we're in her ear as she listened to music. The girl kept to herself as she walked along with the crowds. She got curious glances from the grown ups and heard other kids point and snicker at her. She didn't pay no attention even though she could see them. So what if she was different? Her skin was tanned even when she was born. She had light blue eyes and raven dark hair that went to her shoulders. Everything about her shouted foreign as she tried to blend in with the crowds. However it never worked out. She was a orphan, and she knew it all her life. What she didn't know was who her real parents are and what they we're. If someone saw her that seen russians before they know what she was. However to the naked eye they just think she was a weirdo.

Karin

Karin moved down the streets. She couldn't believe she let her guard down tand those creeps kidnapped Eden. Sasuke was gonna be pissed he had grown attached to that kid. She sighed as she walked down the side walk. She watched the girl coming toward her and then just stopped.

Lana

Lana was continuing down the side walk when she saw the woman. Eyes narrowed as she just stared at her. Can you get any ruder she thought angerly. She didn't even try to hide the fact that she was watching her. Lana was so frustrated she got angry. She took out the ear plugs quietly. Than she placed them inside her pocket with the mp3 player. "Had enough staring at the freak,"she said through clenched teeth glaring at the older woman. She was tired of others staring at her like this. She wasn't some side show at a carnival. Little did she know was that this woman most likely knew what she really was. A russian....

Karin

She raised a brow.Your not a freak? Why would you call yourself a freak?Spoke.

Lana

Lana listened to what the woman said. "Because theres no one else like me that i met in my entire life. Everyone looks and talks about me like i'm an Alien except for Lisa. Everyone stares at me like you we're doing,"she said, but the venom left her voice now. The woman seemed nice enough now she supposed. However she still kept her guard up.

Karin

.I wasn't staring, i just tend to daze off into space a lotShe chuckled.everyone is different sweety, I am Different, People here say the same things about me and my group because we call our selves Ninja's cause thats what we were taughtShe spoke with a soft smile.

Lana

Lana smiled for once. "Well i don't think your different. Simply unique in a way,"she said smiling. "I suppose you don't know what i am do you,"she asked softly. If Karin was to tell her what she was, and about Dimitri and the others she would be tempted to go meet them and leave Karin behind. Maybe even lose her as a friend in the process.

Karin

She listened. She then examined the girl.Well you like your from Russia. If so your not the only one around here. There are quiet a few actually but most you wouldn't want to get involved withShe spoke with a sigh.

Lana

Lana's heartbeat quickened at what she said. "Really? Why is that? Oh also i'm Lana,"she said giving her name. She was curious as to why these people we're so dangerous. Was she suppose to be dangerous too?

Karin

She sighed.I'm KarinShe spoke .For One they Kidnap. They actaully kidnapped a little girl who My Boyfriend Sasuke Adopted. They also held my Boyfriend Captive for a long time. But then again they would tell you bad things about us toShe sighed.I guess life is all war and no love now a daysSHe ran a hand through her hair.

Lana

Lana smiled wanting to cheer the Karin up. "Well Karin i think they done wrong. Escpecially kidnapping a young innocent kid. I wish i could help,"she said attepting to hold the other woman's hand so she could take comfort in that. "How did they manage to kidnap her? Do they know ninja stuff too,"she asked softly.

Karin

She allowed the girl to take her hand. Well Sasuke was holding them Captive actaully and well Eden the little girl was lying in bed overloaded and what not. I was kneeling by her a little worried and let my guard down. Sasuke's Twin sister was also being held captive for talking with them. She had the key and unlocked teh door and before they left the man came and he hit me in the knockout pointShe sighed using her free hand to brush the back of her head wincing slightly. God that man could hit. She had a nice forming bruise from it.

Lana

Lana gasped when she said he knocked her out. Such violence she thought with disgust. "Well i hope this Sasuke dosen't take it out on you. Why did his sister betray him,"she asked softly curious now still holding her hand. She took comfort from it as well. Karin was like her adoptive mother, and this made her feel safe.

Karin

She sighed.He'll probably be pissed but he'd rather focuse on finding EdenSHe spoke.Well she slightly betrayed him. She had befriended one of them awhile ago. They helped each other escape frm the hospitable i think or something like that. But Emiko his twin had been in the prison room with the captives alone and that was forbidden so Sasuke got suspicious. Turns out he was right she helped them escape...She sighed.

Lana

Lana was shocked when the woman said a bad word. It helped people get their emotions shown she soon realized that. "Is their anything i could do to help you get the little girl back,"she asked concern now. She liked Karin now she thought with a grin.

Karin

She sighed as she listened..Well I don't know, That would be up to Sasuke She spoke

Vera Volkova

Vera sat on a rooftop, looking down at Karin and Lana. She grew a bit nervous when Karin said she was with Sasuke's gang, but she felt right at home when she heard Lana's voice. She could tell this girl was Russian, just like herself.

The autistic girl jumped down onto the sidewalk clumsily, stumbling a bit. "Don't listen to the lady. She's a bad, bad lady." Vera said to Lana in such a way that many thought she was mentally retarded. No, she was just different. She was smart, but her brain worked differently. "Her friends hurt my brothers. They killed little Angela too. And now she's dead. They killed her, they killed her..." She rocked back and forth a bit, rubbing her hands together.

Lana

Lana was feeling comfortable till she saw Vera. The woman just jumped from a roof infront of them. Lana was lucky she didn't scream. "Are you one of the bad guys. Karin is it true,"she asked glancing from Vera to Karin the girl waited for a answer still holding Karin's hand and standing next to her. She felt like she should go to Vera cause she was like her, but she was too scared to do so.

Vera

Vera shook her head. Even if she was a bad guy, she was far too weak to hurt anybody. "No. I'm a good guy. My name is Vera Volkova. But that lady is a bad guy. Her and her friends hurt my brothers and killed my little sister. And her brothers tried to kill me too. And she stole Dimitri and Katerinka and their friend." She was almost panicking just being here with Karin, her enemy, but she tried to stay calm.

Karin

She glared and then chuckled.No I am not the bad guy, Vera here would like to think things. Sasuke has not killed anyone unless they caused his neurological problem to happen and that was only three people. But Lana it all depends on who you want to believe. Vera here and her group are also bad. They've kidnaped Eden like i told you, They kidnapped sasuke about four years ago and their allies have his kids. But would you believe and trust Vera here over someone like me? I nor sasuke would never hut a kid or someone who is kind and caring and understanding and you seem like a girl who is that. Now come before this lady kidnaps you, I can show you to my place and there are dogs play with as wellShe spoke softly. She glared at vera. That girl really thought that the Hawk was all at fault ? How wrong they were!

Vera

Vera's eyes began to fill with tears. "Stop bullying me!" The young girl shouted. "Benjamin took your friend! Not my brothers! Benjamin took your friend because your friend killed Angie!" She felt a twinge of anger when Karin told such a dirty lie to poor Lana. Would Vera really kidnap a kid? Of course not. What a stupid lie. And as the anger rose, so did her heart rate and breathing. She stared off into the distance for only a few seconds before dropping to the ground and convulsing. She was having a seizure. Karin, with her lies, had given the girl a seizure.

Blood began to seep from Vera's head as it scraped violently against the sidewalk.

Karin

She glared.Sasuke was kept Captive at the Volkovs house. Benjamin just gave them the order...She spoke. My friend Sasuke didn't kill Angie that was Itachi there two different people! She growled.Choose what you want Vera Though I hope you choose wisely and If you want to come visit I live at 1802 Ramsey St. Then Vera started having a siezure? Well that one was new to her. She knew of epilepsy but she didn't know what this was. Karin didn't know how to stop a siezure so all she did was pull out her phone and call 911. She wasn't heartless.

Lana

Lana was quiet as the two bickered. However she got scared when Vera had a siesure. Once Karin called 911 she waited quietly. Sure enough police and ambulance sirens could be heard. Lana not wanting to have to deal with them turned to Karin. "Can i play with the dogs now,"she asked softly her voice hopeful. If Karin said yes she would turn to Vera. "Keep safe, may angels protect you,"she said softly to her in a whisper. Than she would turn back to Karin.

Vera

If Vera wasn't having a seizure right now, she would wonder why nobody helped her. Why did they just leave her here to gag, to choke, to bleed to death, to get brain damage? They seemed rather heartless.

Eventually, when the seizure passed, she looked dizzily around her. She was whimpering, shaking her head, wiping the blood away from her face. Then she saw the doctors rushing toward her. She got up and ran into the street before falling again, straight in the line of traffic. "They want to kill me! They're going to kill me!" She yelled, tears streaming down her bloody face.

Lana

Lana watched as Vera got worse when the doctors appeared. Horror came across her face as she saw Vera fall in the middle of the street. "No!!! No,"she kept repeating as she rushed into the street to help the other woman. No thought about herself as she attepted to drag the slightly larger woman back to safety. "Go away,"she yelled at the uniformed officers and doctors. "Vera are you okay,"she asked once she got the woman to safety. The womans name was special like hers she thought. She looked to Karin to see if her friend would know what to do. "How can we help her,"she asked eyes blinking at Karin.

Karin

She watched in actual horror and was about to run and get the women when Lana took off after her. She followed and then heard her question.I don't know too much about Siezures, I am a nurse in ways but never went to actual nursing school, I learned from my mother. But still Even if i could help her I daubt she would let me as you witnessed her as well as her people do not get along with me or mine. I want to help but she i daubt wants itShe spoke and then sighed.If she'll take the help And come to my place She can rest and i can clean her face so she doesn't getting infection from the scrapes. But I will not force her to go where she probably doesn't want toShe spoke.

Vera

Vera tried to escape as she was dragged out of the street. She lay the on the sidewalk, too weak to stand. "No...no...I can't go to your house. You'll kill me." She whimpered. "You're not like me. You're scary." She clearly didn't trust anybody besides other Russians.

Lana

Lana sat down next to the frightened woman. She grabbed a phone out of her jacket making no sudden movements to scare Vera. "Maybe you could call someone to come get you,"she said softly offering the phone to her. She looked at Karin before turning her gaze back to Vera.

Karin

She listened.One, I wouldn't kill you, Two You scary tooShe spoke.Everyone in this world is scaryShe spoke.lana once she is better I shall take you to play with the dogs i am sure they'll be happy to meet someone new that will play with themShe spoke.

Vera

Tears streamed down the girl's bloody face "I'm not scary! Stop talking to me! You're scaring me!" She was still sure that Karin was going to kill her. "My brothers aren't scary either!"

She looked down at the phone that Lana offered. "No! Don't make me press the buttons! Don't make it ring!" She had always been afraid of phones. People inside those strange devices talk to her. And even though she had been told that it was alright, she was still terrified of phones.

And with the fear came hyperventilation, and with the hyperventilation came yet another seizure. If this continued for much longer, she could die.

Lana

Lana quickly put the phone away. "Vera calm down please. If you don't you might get very ill. Can you give me one of your brothers number please,"she asked softly and slowly. She didn't want to frighten the woman any more. Please let her be all right she begged.

Karin

She stayed only For Lana's sake. She crossed her arms and waited.

Vera

Vera shook her head. "No...no...no...they're busy...I don't know their phone numbers." She never remembered phone numbers. But she knew her address. "2095 Beaverdale Road. Two cottonwood trees by the start of the trail, three oak trees. 53 stones lining the start of the trail. The house faces south." She had a photographic memory, like so many other autistics. Once she saw something, she remembered it forever.

Lana

Lana rembered the adress. Now she attepted to pick Vera up to see if she could hold the light woman. If she had to she carry Vera home. Than she would return to Karin some she could get meet the dogs and Karin's friends. She began to walk toward Vera's house.

Karin

lana you remember my address right? Do stop by when you get her to her placeSHe spoke softly before turning to go to her place.

Vera

Vera began to scream when she was picked up. Even the lightest touch felt like a painful electric shock to her. "You're killing me! Don't touch me! Don't touch me!" She shouted.

Lana

Lana quickly set her down, but gently. "Sorry,"she said softly. So she sat down next to the woman. To keep her company till she got better or help came along.

Vera

When Vera was put down, she immediately got up and began walking away without another word. The adrenaline rush from the pain and fear gave her an extra boost to get her walking. Without a sound, she left.

Lana

Lana watched quietly. "Bye Vera,"she said waving before heading to where Karin was.
