Viktor; Adrian; David

Viktor led his brothers down the sidewalk. They stopped in front of an old building. "Pochemu my pozvoliaem Lark pereiti na ruinakh? Why did we let Lark go to the ruins?" Adrian asked.

Viktor looked at his younger brother. "Otdykh. Ona budet khorosho. Dima v s hei. Relax. She'll be fine. Dima's with her." Although he had his doubts as well.

All three of them were heavily armed, and suspicion may have arisen among the 'average people' when they saw Viktor carrying an AK-47.

Zabuza,Gaara,Deidara

Zabuza had ventured downtown again.Of course his large sword on his back.He walked down the side walk with people looking at him strange and all he did was look back at them and they moved on.He stoped soon and watched the three brothers and then just stood against a building right next to where the brothers were.

Gaara:he was only 17 so he followed suite.He didn't have a visible weapon on him.He listened to the brothers and raised a brow.He got pissed when he couldn't understand people but he didn't show it.

Deidara who carried a normal sword that was sheathed on the side of him leaned back.So what the hell are we doing today?

Viktor; Adrian; David

Adrian looked at the three suspiciously. "We were here first. Move it!" He said angrily. He carried an MP5. It had less power than the AK-47, but it was capable of clearing a building.

Viktor looked at the strangers and mumbled something quietly. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" He asked impatiently.

Zabuza

He had no intent on moving anywhere anytime soon.He glared over.Of course you couldn't see his mouth but he had one.Do I care? I've hacked one person in half so far what makes you think I can't do it agian?He issed at Adrian.He then turned his eye on the other man.Zabuza stood 6'6" tall.I am Zabuza Momochi Co leader of the Akatsuki's, What I'm doing here is none of your businessHe spoke rather eerily and demon like.

Gaara now stood up and looked over.Gaara only stood 5'5".Gaara was silent most of the time

Deidara who was 5'7" stood up and moved over a bit to look at the others.He spoke not.

Viktor; Adrian; David

Adrian glared straight back at Zabuza. "Don't think you're safe around us with your stupid sword, you freak. One wrong move and you'll be a puddle of human ruin." He raised his sub-machine gun as a warning.

Viktor stepped up beside his brother. "Really? I think you should tell us what you're doing here if you want to see the morning light one last time." He warned, ready to shoot if he had to.

Zabuza

He glared and immediatly his hand grabbed his giant swords handle and he swung it down.It crashed right before them and stayed there his hand on his sword.I can swing this faster then you can pull the triggerHe hissed and then glared.His eyes widened when Viktor acted like h owned this place.I have not seen any of you around here before so i take it your rather new to the city, I have more right to be here then you do so don't you be bossing me aroundHe hissed.

Gaara glared but made no move to fight or even reveal he did have weapons.

Deidara glared and took out his sword.You guys don't want to be messing with us, To mess with us is to mess with Akatsuki and well A few guys already are finding that out the hard way!he hissed.Hinting to Bens little group not that these guys would know any of them.

Viktor; Adrian; David

The Volkovs did know Ben's group, and were coming close to making an alliance with them. Their cousin was a member of the ATHA and they had already met another member.

Viktor smirked when Zabuza spoke. "Is that true? We have been around here for years. The fact that you did not know that proves that we are better." He taunted. "You have no more right than us."

Adrian turned his attention to Deidara. "You don't know who we want to 'mess with,' stupid kid, so stop making assumptions. We are the Volkovs. Many have learned that we are a force to be reckoned with, and you are not excluded." He shot back.

Zabuza

He snorted.Well then you must stay in your little house cuz i have been here for atleast 3 years if not more!He hissed.They had done research on bens group and learned the names of the people though could only place two names with a body.

Gaara the 17 year old just looked from one to the next and groaned. Something would break out sooner or later and he didn't like fighting he was just a lazy kid.

Deidara glared and snorted.Hmm never heard of you! Yah and Many have learned that the Akatsuki is a force to be reckon with.Expecially our co leader here who has a short tempre and will hack any to pieces.He hissed his sword out in front of him.

Viktor; Adrian; David

Viktor laughed. "Eight years beats four years, Einstein! Do your math!" True, Viktor had been here for eight years, from the time he was 18. His brothers had come later. "Apparently, I just burned you with your own burn." He smirked, raising his weapon and aiming it at Zabuza. "I think it is you who should stay in your house."

Adrian followed suit and aimed his weapon at Deidara. "You have never heard of us because we are masters. We are silent. We go in and go out, all without a trace." He grinned when the man spoke of his co-leader. "You will learn that the same is true for all of us. Then you will be sorry."

Deidara

His eyes narrowed and snorted.It is better to let people know who you are if you are truely powerful then just saying the name would scar yah!he hissed and then withiout warning lashed out with the sword and then jumped doing a flip to the side.

Zabuza snorted and shrugged.So you did what's it to yah?then he raised his sword and aimed to swipe them ales hands with it.

Gaara looked on and groaned again and just in case he was needed took out five kunai's in each hadn.

Viktor; Adrian; David

Viktor shook his head. "You're the one who started the 'I arrived here first' conversation. It means nothing to me, but from the way you won't let it go, I would think it means a lot to you." He taunted, stepping back to avoid being sliced. He then fired his AK-47, sending dozens of bullets at Zabuza very quickly.

Adrian fired his MP5 at Deidara. It released dozens of bullets like the AK-47, and although it was extremely deadly, the AK-47 was deadlier. Both of the weapons would be extremely hard to dodge.

David wielded his shotgun and aimed at Gaara. "Drop the knives!" He shouted.

Gaara

Not having any means to defend against a gun nor the capabilities of dodging he droped the knives.He wasn't a fighter.

Zabuza:Instead of dodging he put his sword down and stood sideways behind it.It blocked most of the bullets but one bullet did graze is shoulder.He then took it up again and lashed out.

Deidara:unfourtnantly his sword wasn't like Zabuza's so he had to revert to his agility and lept this way and that though a bullet did succesfully lodge itself in his upper arm and he growled and rna at the man and attempted to slice the arm holding the gun.

Viktor; Adrian; David; *Bystanders*

Viktor grunted as the sword sliced across his shoulder. He then fired again, up and down, side to side, so it would be much harder for Zabuza to dodge or block the bullets.

Both arms held Adrian's gun. He felt the sword graze his left arm. This only made him angrier. Now on an adrenaline rush, Adrian fired the same way Viktor did.

David now aimed at Zavuza, firing a double round out of his shotgun.

The bystanders were roused out of their state of blissful ignorance when the fighting broke out. "Help! Call the police!" One woman shouted, grabbing her young son by the arm and running.

Zabuza

Zabuza blocked the ones up and down but one lodged itself in his arm and another grazed the other.He lashed out again but this time he did it sideways and then up and down as well.

Deidara jumped this way and that a second bullet lodging in his leg.He growled now.He then pulled out his own gun. He was one of the few that had baught a gun.True it wasn't as powerful as theirs being a pistol but hey its still a gun.he took aim and fired now.

Gaara stood there not sure what to do.

Kakashi:Itachi had sent Kakashi one of the older members of Akatsuki out to retrieve the three wehn he came up on the scene.comming up silently behind David he pulled a knife out and aimed to grab a hand with one hand from behind and pull it behind the gun and then he aimed to put the knife to the mans throat.He waited to see if he was succesful but was ready to leap away.

Viktor; Adrian; David; Kira

Zabuza's sword sliced across the side of Viktor's chest. He reloaded his gun and fired again, this time more viciously.

Adrian tried to dodge Deidara's attack, but he was partly hit. The bullet grazed his neck. He then fired at Deidara again.

David would have been hit had he not heard a noise from behind him, causing him to flinch and thus dodge Kakashi.

Kira leapt at Kakashi, her strong jaws aiming for his spine.

Kakashi

He growled as he missed but something was behind him he could feel it and he pulled out his sword just as he spun around and blocked what ever was behind him.His eyes widened.

Gaara picked up his kunais and threw them at david now.

Zabuza growled as he was grazed by more bullets.Kakashi why have you come out?He spoke as he slashed at the man again.

Deidara dodged but barely.He fired at the mans legs.

Viktor; Adrian; David; Kira

Kira hissed and growled at the human, dodging and lunging at him again.

David felt one of the knives cut his shoulder. He immediately turned around and fired at Gaara.

Viktor wanted to end this right now. He took the slash from the sword - not without pain - and fired straight at Zabuza's head and moved the gun down.

Adrian managed to dodge the bullets and then fired at Deidara's head.

Zabuza

Kakashi:While defending himself against the cat he spoke.Itachi has sent me cuz they finished up their attack at Bens house, Neji's been arrested but will be out soon, We also have a girl in attempts to capture Ethanhe spoke.

Zabuza listened.He sighed and blocked the bullet and then let his sword go down in front of Deidara's head just in time to block that bullet.He then let his sword rest on his shoulder.Well looks like we must end this here, We got other business to attend to, It was fun fightingYes Zabuza love to fight

Deidara's eyes had gone wide when the bullet just narrowly missed him.He sheathed his sword.

Gaara:he droped to his knees to avoid the bullet.

Viktor Volkov

Viktor narrowed his eyes at Zabuza. "You're fleeing! This means we win!" He said victoriously.

Zabuza

He snorted and shook his head.No you don't win we're not fleeing we just have other buisness to accomplish thats more important then fighting you. Lets see, Its an un finished battle that will take place againHe said before heading past them.

Deidara.You could never truelly win by using gunshe said storing his away and then limping after Zabuza

Gaara ran after them

Kakashi moved away from the cat and followed after.
