Ghoul
Ghoul was one of the larger puppies that had been rescued from the puppy mill where he had been born and raised up until now. When he was fully grown he would be quite the large dog, that much was obvious already. It was not common for a puppy mill to have such large dogs, they would rather have many more small dogs rather than a fewer number of large dogs. Though, this was a very large scale puppy mill. He laid on the ground beside the bed that they gave him in his pen, chewing on the bed rather than laying on it. By now he had close to half the stuffing out of the bed and he was paying no attention to anything else right now.

Liliana had nothing better to do with her time these days, and so she made her way to the dog pound. She and her brother had gotten rid of all their animals when they'd moved to Atroe City, and so now she wanted a new pet. A new toy. She had brought her brother's truck with her, because God forbid she get her pretty green camaro dirty. Sure she wanted a dog. But she didn't want that dog to get her car messy. Boring. Boring. To small. To big. To ugly. To cute. Uggggh. She was nearly fed up when she came to the very end of the row and her eyes landed on the akita puppy. Awww. A puppy. Come here puppy. Come here. The pretty blonde cooed. She squatted down to his level. Your a cutie, aren't you? Yes you are. How would you like to come home with me? Huh? Does that sound good baby? She stood up and looked at the paper's hanging on his door. Awww, your poor dear. We'll get you out of here. Okay? Your coming home with me. Acheron will just have to live with it. She headed towards the front desk, and grabbed a leash after tossing some cash on the counter. That was Liliana's style. What she wanted, she got. She came back and opened his cage, being careful not to let Ghoul out. Come here baby. Let's go home. She bent down, trying to get him to come to her so she could put a leash on him and get him out of there.
Ghoul
Ghoul was actually quite content laying here in this relatively large kennel. After all, at least it was larger than what he waqs used to, and he was used to having to share the small space with at least three or four other dogs. So, he was pretty much in heaven here. That and the fact that the cage was clean, it was not encrusted with dirt and grime as his previous home was.
As he laid there and chewed on the doggy bed, he heard someone walking down the hall. He did not expect the footsteps to make it all the way down to his cage, they rarely had and when they did people still paid him no mind. Though, this woman stopped in front of his cage and he heard her speak to him. He quit chewing on the bed and turned his head to look at the blond. His curly little tail wagged, though he did not get up. This woman kept talking to him, though, and he eventually got up and walked to the cage door with a good bit of apprehension. He was not used to much human contact but the people here had seemed nice enough.
Then the woman turned and left and Ghoul whined a bit. But then, she returned and he wiggled all over. The woman then opened his cage door and he backed up, again not sure as she hooked the leash to his collar. He planted himself to the ground, not sure what to do now

Aw. You cute little baby. Come here. She carefully picked Ghoul up, stroking him gently. It's okay Ghoul baby. We're gonna take you home to Acheron and he's just gonna have to deal with it. She cooed softly to him, being soft and sweet. Ghoul was going to be one spoiled puppy when he got home. She started walking towards the door, heading for her brother's truck.
