A man walked into the pound, casually walking past the cages and looking at the dogs. He would stop and studied one more closely now and then. He stopped in front of the cages with Aura, Silent Snow, and Hidden Secrets. He seemed interested in Aura the most, and snapped his fingers to get her attention.

She saw the man and wagged her tail and padded to the bars and yipped happily. She yipped for her sister and mother and stuck her mug through the bars.

*stepping up after sister the white fem nuzzled her sister and stuck her maw through the kennel bars. she yipped and held her tail high wagging it.*

*hidden laid down at the door and looked up at the man. she didn't want her daughters taken away from her but she knew it might be for the best. she yipped and stayed low wagging her tail at the tip.*

He bent down and stuck his hand between the bars to pat her head. He inspected the three closely with his eyes before hailing down a worker at the pound. The two talked for a few minutes. After that, the door to Aura's kennel was opened just enough for the pound worker to stick his hand into.

As part of the pound's policy, they had put simple collars on the three hybrids not long after they had been brought in. Now, the worker tried to clip a leash to Aura's collar. The man watched expectantly.

Earlier, a family had called and wanted to adopt a nice dog that they could keep outdoors and talk on walks and stuff. They would come later on to see the dogs.

The leash was easily clipped onto her collar but she whimpered a bit wanting her sister and mom to come as well but from the looks of it her mom wasn’t to keen on coming. She wagged her tail a bit though. She hoped they’d take her sister or mother next.

*whimpering as she took her sister silent slunk to the back of the kennel. now very scared of being alone in the kennel.*

*hidden watched her daughter start to get taken but started to guess that she or silent weren't coming that it was just aura*

The human urges Aura out of the den after he takes a hold of the leash. The door is shut and the latch, leaving Silent Snow by herself now. The man pats Aura on the head, then leads her to his car outside. He opens the door and pats the seat, signaling her to jump in. All the while he speaks to her, and calls her Aura.

She whimpers a bit at first tugging towards her sister. "Bye..." She said to her mom and sister sadly. When she was lead outside she obeyed and leapt up into the truck.

Once again, he patted her on the head and then shut the door. He got into the driver's seat and started the vehicle up. Soon, they were driving away from the Pound and to the Stores.

She watches the pound disappear as the vehicle drove off with her inside.
