.:.BAPHOMET

He moved quietly through the temple, a soft sigh escaping his black lips. The black male had not been to the Temple of the ancient Guardians in nearly a year now, letting others run it for him. He had stepped down as alpha, unable to cope. It wasn't that he wasn't strong, wasn't brave, wasn't dangerous. Baphomet just did not have the will of an alpha. He was a great warrior, a great fighter, but when it came to leading others, he knew nothing of structure. So he had left, thinking that the ancient guardians would take care of themselves, and good riddance to himself, yes? Yes. Indeed. He held his tail low, his eyes seeking the land. His eyes were a sight to see, seemingly cut in half by color. One side of each eye was red, the other side of each eye blue. He saw upon a stone wall, his eyes seeking any life forms that may be around.

I walk through the valleys of hell
And I've wandered the roads of heaven
I walk upon this earth, a shade, a liar.
And I know, I'm going to burn in eternal fire.

Sundown

The scent of animals hung thick in the air, from wolves to cats to boars and birds... there was an unbelievable plethra of wild critters residing in the temple. As it was, Sundown happened to be the first Ancient Guardian who happened across Baphomet's path. The massive, oddly built hybrid stopped in his tracks, enlongated muzzle held down as he sized up the black wolf. His eyes narrowed a little, and when he spoke, his voice was a cold rumble, "Who are you?"

.:.BAPHOMET.:.

The wolf's eyes lifted to Sundown, and he gave a smile. I am Baphomet, the old alpha and starter of the Ancient guardians. Who might you be? It was amazing to him that so many had formed in the Ancient Guardians. Had he truly been away so long? His tail curled around his black body, awaiting Sundowns response to him. Careful he must be, for if this was a newer member, then chances were that Sundown knew nothing of him.
