The orange tom had curled himself up near one of the hot pools, while he flexed his paws against the warm stone. It was a wonder to him how humans had constructed these elaborate systems, while still retaining the look and feel of natural elements. He would be more amazed if he knew just how old this structure was, and that it had survived so many tremors and quakes that plagued the volcanic-active Valley. But Jack didn't let his mind delve too far into these thoughts; he was just happy that there was warmth to be found when the weather was bitterly could outside.
Santori was quite enjoying the heat as well. The wolverine's coat was more than enough to keep him warm, but it was a nice treat to sprawl out in the inviting waters now and then. "Ahh... ain't this the life?" He mused with a contented grunt, resting his dark muzzle on the edge of the pool, with his glistening black eyes closed.
An orange eye pried open as the tom looked vaguely in Santori's direction, "You can say that again." He wasn't about to step foot in the waters, warm or not.
The sleek, young tom came padding towards the two, tail carried loftily in the air. He took after his mother in the aspects of coloration, being predominately a chocolate-brown that faded slightly on his underside. But there were some hintings of stripes along his shoulders and back, while his paws took on a darker shade of sepia. And his eyes were a rich, stunning olive in hue.
"Jack, it's good to see you've joined us!" Mire purred, shoulder-rubbing his uncle in 'hello'. "You should tell Dad and uncle Nivi to join us as well, you know." The youngster went on, as he continued to pace back and forth and rub the other's shoulders and face in a typical, if not slightly annoying, cat greeting. His forest-tinted eyes lit up on Santori next, but he quickly decided against approaching the wolverine, only because it could quite possibly mean getting dunked into the water if the wealse was feeling at all tricky - which was usually the case.
