Xxalt, Lassoma, Feather-Paw, Ravanok, Ventisshou, & Pepper

Feather-Paw and Ravanok had departed from the group rather quickly, much to the brother's disappointment. But somewhere along the way, he had convinced his sister to at least take a look at this temple. And somewhere between there and here, he had come across Xxalt and Lassoma.

"This isn't how we're meant to live, Rave." Feather whispered tightly under her breath, ears back as she listened to the cougar and hybrid leopard that traveled behind her.

"Who ever said lynxes have to live alone? Look at the humans! They live with other animals, so why can't we? And besides Feather-head, the evil pack has all sorts of critters living with them. They even have lions, and cheetahs!" He exclaimed, sounding more excited than frightened.

Feather shook her head, "Like you even know what those kind of cats look like. But you made your point... I'm just not so sure if I want to live like this..."

Lassoma wasn't too fond of Feather-Paw, but she had been friends with Ravanok for a few years, and ealier in the winter had met Xxalt. She had made friends with canines in the past, and was more than accepting about living with a group of different animals now. Xxalt couldn't complain either. His father had been raised by a wolf pack, so he was quite use to it.

"Nice place." Xxalt commented as the group of four came upon the temple. "I call a top room!" The snow leopard/cougar mix bounded forward enthusiastically, his kittenish personality being just like his uncle's.

Laughing, Lassoma bounded after the hybrid, "Xxalt! Hey, wait up! We don't even know if we're invited yet..."

Feather-Paw bristled her fur slightly as the larger cats rushed past her. "They act like kittens!"

Rave nudged his sister playfully, "Hey, you can tolerate me, you can tolerate them too!" With a boisterous leap, the lynx bolted after his friends. Not wanting to be left in their dust, Feather picked up her pace and followed them into the temple.

Perched on the highest tower was a small raptor, watching the four cats entering the ruins. Spreading her wings, little Pepper sailed down and landed on a ridge that overlooked the enterance. The kestrel shifted from side to side, trying to get a good look at each of the felines before they all vanished into the building.

Already at the temple was a massive black rattlesnake. It was quite a trip to get here, but thankfully spring was here and the air was warm. The dark rocks, filled with heat from the sun's rays, kept her filled with energy. Now she lay coiled neatly at the edge of a drop-off, watching calmly as the creatures poured into the temple.

Wasteland

The massive tiger happened to be one of the many cats that lived in the Temple, and he trotted up the stairs quickly. He needed to find himself a room out of the many there was. He nearly stepped on the snake as she went by, and he let out a hiss. He hadn't seen a snake in quite awhile, and the last one had given him a good bite to let him know stay away. He made his way up some more stairs, and finally found himself a room. It was quite large, and in the corner was a bed. Well, it was actually just some blankets but hey! It was done up already so why not stay here? He lay down with asigh, content on his new room.

Feather-Paw & Ravanok

Xxalt bounded across the stone floor, eyes lit up like a little kid spotting all their presents on Christmas morning. "Hey, how about this one here! I have to hand it to the humans, they sure know how to make an awsome den!" The hybrid feline said as he slipped into one of the first rooms. There was a tiny window at the side, no larger than a foot across. But it let in a shaft of light, and a carpet of spongy moss grew down along the opposite wall. "You like it?" He questioned, turning back as Lassoma padded in.

"Yes, it's big enough for two." She replied with a grin as she nuzzled up beside the spotted cat.

Ravanok was bouncing about from room to room, peaking his head in before moving on to the next and commenting exuberalntly on each one. It wasn't long before he chanced upon Wasteland and skidded to a halt. "Oh... uh, hi! Hey, I remember you from the other day, right? Yeah! When I..."

"Rave! Do not bother the others!" Hissed Feather-Paw, slinking up beside her brother and shoving him away from the tiger's door, "Please excuse my brother, I'm sure he doesn't know just how annoying he is..." She explaned, giving the lynx a pointed look as he grinned obnoxiously back at her. "Come on, Ravey."

"Seeya later, I guess!" Ravanok piped up as he and Feather went to look at more rooms.
