Morbid Temptation

I move dakly through the land. This is my terrain. I had made the mountains my home some time ago and now I was back. Back to attack. Haha that rymed. Oh yes back to what I was speaking of. Humans were everywhere and they all seemed out to get me. Go figure. I cant imagine why, I never did anything to them. Ok so maybe I did kick that one guy but he deserved it. He jumped me! I mean come on.

Chestnut hued body moves forth up a steep incline and I stand tall atop the mountain. I am the fire hued son of satan, the prince of hell the demons that lives inside you all. Now lets say we play a game huh? You run, I kill. Doesnt that sound fun? I think it does. I think you would like it to. It means I get to take you out of your misery and nobody ever has to deal with you again. So you see everybody wins including me because Im the one who gets to kill you and have the knowledge that you are no longer around. Oh yes I am viscous although but a horse. Daggers pound hard into the ground as I rear on my hinds and scream my call to all of those around me. They will know of me soon. They will wish they didnt.

Lets play a gmae shall we? You run, I kill
You die, they cry
I laugh at your pain
While I dance in the rain
Oops my mistake thats not rain
Thats your blood falling from the sky
Oh my

Luna Dreams

the danity minx had been searching for Vortex her love when the scream shattered her thoughts. She tipped the hill a squall lifting her raven locks from her moonlite chassis. Her sweet form slender, elegant, and graceful beyond compare. Even for having one son whom had just taken over his lost father's lands. Her sweet melody like honey soaked oats drifted out to the unknown stag maybe he would know Vortex or if he had been around.

Ethan & Harthrou

With his new settlement established in the mountains, Ethan was ready to begin collecting specimens for fighting and hunting purposes. Astride his Marwari/Kabarda stallion, the man worked his way across the landscape.

Harthrou was no fighter of Ethan's; but he was highly prized by the man, for he was an excellent creature that could handle the difficult terrain and traverse it at breakneck speeds. Perfect for hunting and chasing, Harthrou was bold and fearless in the face of dangers. Together, man and horse worked as one, each trusting each other and intuned to what needed to be done. Harthrou was one of the rare few creatures that Ethan treated as an equal.

Hearing the other two horses, Harthrou imidiately altered his course, bobbing his head once and given a snort. Though the cries were too far away for Ethan to hear, he knew what his stallion had picked up on. As the black stag made for Morbid and Luna, Ethan readied his dart gun from his backpack...

After a short while, Harthrou made it to where the other stallion was located. Ears forward and neck arched dignantly, he stamped at the ground and stared at the other. Ethan, with his gun ready, fired for Morbid's flank... if there was any time, he might try for Luna next...

Luna Dreams

The echoing of the dart gun brought Luna's pretty tiara about as she saw the human and his horse she pivoted quickly upon hind pistons her talons hammering into the terrain with steady strides her chassis lifted clearing things with ease darting quickly manuvering the terrain with speed and grace. She would be quickly out of fight soon enough.

Gothic

the brute had been scouting the lands when he heard the calls of two others. his build moved through the lands. Not with grace but with skill. He knew the lands about here he had been here a time or two. He had been inactive for some time cause some things had come up. HIs was tall 17 hands and his back gound was so messed up he looked like an andalusian but had the height of a thoughbred and thick bones like a mustang. He came up behind the man and horse and saw the minx retreating he snorting knowing this wasn't a good thing so he did the only thing he knew to do fight. He charged the horse to scar the brute lifting his frame upon two leg to hit the human or at least knock teh gun from his hands.

Ethan & Harthrou

He was about to aim for Luna next, but Gothic had appeared on the scene and made a charge. A second dart was loaded as Ethan manuevered Harthrou to face the attacking stallion. The marwari half-breed pawed at the ground once more, showing his teeth and snapping at the air as Gothic came near. It looked as though he would stand his ground to this larger horse; but that wasn't so. Harthrou had been through this technique many a times, and knew just what to do.

When Gothic came near enough and reared, Harthrou whipped around, dashing neatly to the side to keep Ethan safe from the falling hooves. Most riders might have been thrown off their mounts at such a swift motion, but this man wasn't even jarred by it. As quick as a snake strike, he aimed the small gun at Gothic's neck and fired, almost point-blank at the rearing stallion.

Gothic

The stab of the needle caught Gothic unaware he landed quickly voids glaring as he was about to strike again. then everything began to spin confused he staggered before finally feeling his legs give and the large chassis slip to the loam.

Luna Dreams

Luna was a good distance away when the heard the snap of another gun fire pistons lock and she moved her chassis pivoting on hind legs as fore daggers left the loam then landed again her scarred ebonite voids caught the form of the unknown stag fall. She panicked and again twisted perfectly away her strides pushing her to her limit she wasn't going to lead them to her son at South of Haven but she had to get away.

Morbid Temptation

The stallion reared as the other stallion and human came near. As the dart hit the massive brute he reared once more and went to run and lead the other stallion in a race when suddenly he stumbled. The stallions own confusion took him over and he snorted angrily and went to move once more. Soon however the stallion fell to the ground and he stood half way before he fell once more.

Ethan & Harthrou

Ethan watched with satisfaction as the two stallions fell, and he left them laying under the sedation as his attentions turned to Luna. He didn't have a mare yet, and figured it would be best to get one. A wild one. Spurring Harthrou on, he led the stallion after the fleeing mare, trying to close the gap between them. As they ran, Ethan prepared another dart and fired it.

The other two horses had been easy enough to hit; the first one was shot while Ethan was sitting still on Harthrou, and the second he was at point-blank range. But now he was bouncing along in Harthrou's sadle and not at very near his target. Although his aim was very precise, and he was highly skilled in the area, Ethan wasn't sure if the dart hit or not...

Luna Dreams

the flawless goddess kept her pace her tiara twisted back and to her horror saw the young man and the stag gaining. the brute was quick she had to hand him that but how well agile was he. She came to a rock ledge she aimed to go about it when the echo rang in her ears. She knew hehad fired she had only a split second as she locked her pistons and pivoted to the left the dark hitting the tree she had been coming head on at she was glade she had turned. Seeing a rocky cliff she collected herself and pushed off landin on the cliff she moved into a thick underbrush and halted hidding hoping she had not been seen.

Ethan & Harthrou

Harthou, for his small, agile size, navigated the terrain as if it were nothing. He was incredibly sure-footed, even in the rocky, uneven ground of the Mountains. Closer and closer his hooffalls came, up until Luna made her jump. Harthrou was all for jumping to the cliff where the mare had, but Ethan pulled back on the reigns, "Whoa, stay!"

Harthrou pulled back with a peircing neigh, his eyes flashing to where Luna had taken cover. Both he and Ethan had seen where she went, but they weren't sure if she had run off, or remained hiding in the thick foliage. The man raised his gun, aiming it blindly at the plants where he had last seen Luna, and then he fired. Unable to see the horse, he listened for any cry or movement that would suggest he hit her. If nothing was to be heard, he'd return to the fallen stallions.

Luna Dreams

Her taira looked behind her at the sharp drop she couldn't run like a rat she had cornered herself. Then the ring this time the prick caught her in the right shoulder. She didn't cry out like she wanted to but bit her tounge. She began to feel confused and dizzy but unlike the stags she laid her chassis down gently before she passed out. If the man heard anything it was the rustle of leave in teh fooliage like a passing wind woould it be enough to bring him to her?

Ethan & Harthrou

They both waited and watched, but neither took notice of the noise, or at least assumed it was actually the breeze. Harthrou snorted and turned about. Ethan gave one last look in that direction before heading back to the other stallions, unknowingly leaving Luna at the mercy of predators and what ever other dangers lurked the area.

The sedative that was giving to them wouldn't keep them unconscious for very long. But, it was formulated to make them very drowzy and slightly dizzy for the next two hours.

Ethan removed some rope from his bag and began to tie the stallion's legs to hobble them. They'd be able to walk with the ropes around their legs, but they wouldn't have enough room to move their legs very far, so they couldn't run, kick, or rear up. Next, he tied a rope around their necks and put a blindfold on their eyes.

When they woke up, he'd begin to lead them home. The sedative he gave them would make their minds foggy. With that and the blindfolds, he hoped coaxing them to follow the lead of the rope would be a simple, if not a slow process.

Harthou waited nearby, foraging off the vegetation.

Gothic

the brute snorted groggy as he began to stirr. his eyes opened and was blind. What had happened to him. The massive brute was able to rise slowly dizzy and confused he felt things about his legs what was going on?

Luna Dreams

the silver huntress awoke she opened her voids not blinded like the stags were. She wasn't too far away from the group she didn't remember much with the groggy and dizzy feeling she stumbled from the thicket she saw teh cliff right before she tumbled over. Looking about where was her son? She began to a cry to him when as soon as she started she stopped the man and horse they could have heard that. She was too dizzy to go much further she stumbled back into the thicket and laid back down till this wore off glade she wasn't dead and hoping her call didn't bring any attention to her.

Ethan & Harthrou

Ethan paused, looking back as he heard the mare's call. Harthrou heard it too and gave a sharp bob of his head to alert the man that he eager to catch her. But Ethan scowled and turned away. Even if he could reach her, he'd never be able to get her back across the cliff with Gothic and Morbid. Yet he didn't quite give up; he'd be back soon enough to try and follow her tracks.

Mounting Harthrou, Ethan urged the stallion forward. Moving at a slow pace, the marwari mix headed for the cabin house where his master lived.
