Vivek

Traveling at a slow pace, the wolf headed down a narrow deer trail although he wasn't in the mood for a hunt. He wanted companionship and had hoped to find that in Aaka, but now he was sure that wasn't going to happen. He loathed the horrible brute Leogsa, who seemed to be where ever Aaka was.

Aava

The snowy fae silently padded around. Her cold brown eyes happened to fall apon the brute. She wasn't usually all that kind, but sometimes was when she wanted to be. She took her last step that took her onto the trail. She raised her head, lifted her paw, and howled loudly to let her presense be known. She loved to howl. A special thing that wolves could do. She sat on her haunches and looked confused and dazed.
"Hello. I am Aava, alphess of the Pyrola Fields terra. May I ask of your name?"
She didn't sound all that kind or nice, but she needed time away from hunting and killing. Her whole life practically revolved around killing, but to kill, means to survive. She would never let her pack go hungry. She was one of the best hunters throughout the entire valley. She had already cached a lamb, calf, and fawn. If this wolf appeared hungry, she always had food stored, and to show her previous hunting, her maw was soaked in the crimson liquid.

Vivek

He turned to her, holding himself in a friendly way despite his initial fears that she might attack. "Vivek." The wolf replied with a smile, happy to hear a greeting voice, "The Pyrola Fields? I use to live in the territory just north of that place. I... I don't really have a home anymore." He didn't want to say that, but he just couldn't stand Legosa anymore. Not after what he had done to his friends and family.

Aava

She was as happy to see someone friendly again. She had been way to busy with hunting to be making friends or foes. She thought for a moment.
"Well, I don't really know of anywhere else. Well, are you in wanting of another pack?"
Her voice was starting to appear more friendlier. Her first reactions to being startled would be to attack or turn mean with rage. She also was on the close lookout for new pack members. She was probably the nicest and most generous alphess around.
She wagged her tail slightly, though she usually didn't like to do that because she seemed like a wolf with half dog. She hated dogs. She had striken the ranchs' livestock and not one dog came to stop her. Everybody would have to face it, the ranch pets were of no good use to the humans, especially when they had their own guns. She was going to strike the humans tomarrow. She waited for his answer.

Vivek

Eased still by her manner, Vivek went on with more confidence, "Yes, I am. It would be good to live near to my old home where I am more familiar with the land." he explained lightly, although he hadn't really been in the Pyrola Fields. Still, the two terras were very similar in many asspects.
Vivek's good friend, Winters Night, had been well known for her disdain of humans, and their previous pack was reknowned for killing livestock, although Vivek had been young when Winters Night vanished. Apart from two pit bulls that he had as close friends, he despised humans and their pets as well. His uncle had been killed by the man that lived at the ranch, and his friend Kivo was also nearly killed by the same man.

Aava

Aava stood where she was. She though some more.
"I want my pack to be known for killings. But they don't have to be known. I have just killed two livestock animals, and not a dog came. Anyway, I invite you to stay with me and White Eclipse. He was in the great battle there, and the humans lost one of their dogs. It was long."
She could remember every word he had said. He played a part in it, and the wolf, Taijya, has succeeded in killing one of the dogs. But, more dogs seemed to be going there. Also many wolves. She only liked to talk about it at her packlands, so not just anybody would hear when she did talk about it.
She wondered if he would accept her invatation. She liked her members to choose to be in which part they wanted to be, either Sub. or Omega.
"If you do decide to accept my invatation, ask around at Pyrola Fields for Aava."
With those words she trotted off in an alphess-like way.

Vivek

Hearing about these raids at the Ranch boosted his spirits more. Good! Maybe this could be like old days, except he didn't fancy all the trouble with the humans. But that was the price to be payed for taking their livestock, so be it. "Thank you." he replied, watching her leave. He headed for the Pyrola Fields.
