Ennorik

Enoorik prowled around the mountain ranges. She wasn't affected by the cold temprature being an Amur Tigress she was built for cold. Even though it was summer the temprature in the mountain was at least 60 degree's pretty low for the time of the year. She bounded from one ledge to another, her tail helping her keep some what balanced though it would have been easier if she was a Snow Leopard. When she caught the scent of a big horn sheep she stopped, quietly she lept onto a high ledge and looked down on the sheep. When she spotted two lambs playing she readied her self for the long chase. Finally she lept down and towards the lambs. When they noticed her coming they began to climb higher and higher, she managed to knock one off balance and send it tumbling down hill. The dead lamb lay lifless on a edge by the Ennorik reached it.

Trace

Trace was a large tiger as well, however, he was a Bengal. Not just any, either, but a Golden Bengal. His fur, thick to keep himself warm as he traversed the area, was instead a light honey color, also known as strawberry.

Having been brought up around humans and their wierd places called 'zoos', he had found it quite difficult adjusting to this life of freedom. He didn't have a problem with that part, though. It was just that he wasn't the biggest hunter out there. Despite his large size, he couldn't do much damage if he wanted to. He became better at it since arriving here, but he never passed up the chance of a free meal, and he learned quickly that those were not so easy to come by out here.

His bright yellow-green eyes shifted as his big nose caught the scent of blood first, and then lamb. He saw a couple of those things around, but he found them to have a strange taste, compared to what he was used to eating. This didn't stop him, however, as he moved along the ridges. The next sight soon after could only come as a startle, and then a surprise, as those eyes landed on the form of another tiger. This one, a tigress, and white at that. He saw some of those tigers before, but the fact that she was out here as well, came as something new. Well, maybe not so new...

He stepped up to her giving a growl of a greeting toward her, though keeping his distance. He knew how the others around these parts could be. They would guard their kill with all they had. He slunk down, eying the lamb for just a moment, before looking back at the tigress before him. It had been so long, too long, since he last saw one of his own kind. It was quite relaxing.

Ennorik

Ennorik smelt the male before he came around the ledge. She didn't pull her head away from her kill. She looked at him from the corner of her eyes, licked her lips and gave him a low growl in greeting as well. She turned back to her carcass and resumed softly licking the fur off the hide. She softly chuffed as she did. She didn't pay much attention to the male, because she really didn't care. She too had been raised in a zoo untill a year ago when she was released in a small sanctuary. She had waited there for about a year for her sister to be released but it never happened. When she finally figured out how to hunt and survive in the wild she left the sanctuary and just recently arrived here. She streached to her full length and the stood up gracfully bowing, "I am Ennorik." She said lifting her head so her ice blue eyes met his.

Trace

Trace kept his body relatively low, still unsure on whether or not this female was completely safe to be around or not. He simply watched her lick at the lamb's fur, eying the dead form rather hungrily from a distance, despite his loathing of this 'wild' food. He did his best to hide how hungry he was feeling, since he didn't want her to catch onto things. It wasn't like he had anything to hide besides a rumbling stomach, but he wasn't about to appear needy, either. A mere lamb would be barely enough to feed a tiger.

It was as though she was ignoring him for the most part, although when she finally looked to him, eyes locking, he picked his head up curiously. The bow was all new to him. Rather formal, he decided. "I am Trace." he replied, giving a nod of his great head. His tail flicked in a newly uncertain manner, as he didn't know how to go about with this.

He eased himself up onto his haunches, still watching her. "I haven't seen you around these parts," he then went on, long tail still flicking behind him.

Ennorik

Ennorik nodded and sat down. "I am new here, I just recently lost my Territory back at my old home, I was hoping to find a new one here." She noticed how the male kept looking from her to the kill and back. "You can have it if you want, I ate yesterday, I can live off of that till the next time I hunt." She gave him s gental smile, she was used to being kind in the zoo, and even when the harsh reality of the wild hit her, and she lost her home she still managed to be kind. She softly licked her enormuse paws.

Trace

Trace nodded his head every once in a while as he listened to what she had to say to him. So, she once had a territory? He found it rather admirable, although she mentioned losing it. His eyes gleamed in the light, quite interested. "I lived at a zoo, quite some way from here. Some human left the gate open and I was one of many that left. I had no idea what I was up against out here, actually." he said, drawing in a deep breath and then giving his head a brisk shake. Oh well, he was getting used to it-- gradually, but surely.

His large ears went back in an unsure manner just then as she suddenly brought up the lamb. He didn't know what to say at this, as he didn't want to seem greedy or selfish maybe. There was no doubt now that he was indeed very hungry, and he nodded his head once more. "Really?" he asked, after a pause. Wow, now he felt like a mere cub. He didn't like the idea of taking from another, but she said he could have it... It sounded like she meant her words.

Ennorik

Ennorik gave him a friendly smile "Of course. You look really hungery, Im really not that hungery. Any ways if I do get hungery I could just catch another lamb." She smiled "I was born in a cage too. Though I was released and some what trained." She curled her large white and black tail around her self. Before softly nudging the sheep towards Trace.

Trace

Trace looked at her, finding that they seemed to have more in common than what he previously would imagine. He gave a nod of understanding. He went through the same kind of life, being trained and whatnot, however escaped in the end. "I see. I sometimes miss the old life." he stated. And the free food, he then thought to himself, as he slowly took a hold of the bloodied lamb and went to take his own bite.

Ennorik

Ennorik frowned "I don't really know. If I was given a choice I think I would stay here. Its harder but its better then being stuck in the pens or cages." The tigress paused as if to think about it. She smiled as he bit into the carcass. "do you live in a clan?"

Trace

Trace continued to tear into what was left of the lamb, finding the taste incredibly sweet to his tongue as he listened to her speak. Then his eyes drifted back to her. "No, I'm alone. Always have been since coming here." he replied easily. He never thought of a clan. He wondered if she lived in one herself, but he didn't really smell any other tigers around. "What about yourself?" he asked, curious, as he paused to hear what she would say.

Ennorik

The black and white fea shook her head. "No. As I said Im new, I haven't met any one here other than you." Her icy blue eyes fell to her paw as she softly rolled a rock around in front of her. She streched out on the groun and rolled onto her belly snorted and closed her eyes.
