Kalaber

Kalaber had finally gotten over the loss of Black plaque and was keeping look out over his pack. His tail flicked. blacks and his last litter had opened their eyes and were starting to stumble around a bit. These rains were horrible. He had moved his family to a bunch of boulders to get out of the mudd. Tazi was doing a great job mothering his pups other then the milk that was zera's job. For some reason Kal was feeling a pull toward Tazi. She had been kind to him ever since they met and didn't judge him from any possible stories she's been told about him.His tail curled above his back he approached her and his pups. The pack too hd taken a liken to her as well. He wouldn't stop trying to get his sisters back but he be approaching things differently. He smiled.Good morning....I think....How are they?He spoke his tail wagging

Tazi

Tazi smiled at Kalaber. "They're doing great. I think they think I'm their mother." The young hybrid said cheerfully.

He smiled and took a seat by her. At the moment his muzzle went to the sky as if the wind would assure him that this was right.That is good, I do not wish to tell them till they are old enough to understandHe spoke.As far as they need to be concerned you areHe spoke quietly. His tail flicked.Tazi, I have noticed my pack has well taken a liking to you and I have myself. And I must move on, Without black plaque by myside it has become harder for me to lead. I guess what I'm getting as is will you be my mate?He spoke. If wolves could be blushing he would be. Some would think it was too soon for him to ask her to be his mate not because she has only been with them for two weeks but because his previously mate passed on. But Kal knew a strong pack always had two leaders.His tail gave a twitch as he now stared at her.I need a female that can act as their mother their whole lives and since they have taken a liking to you i think that is bestHe spoke.He was hopeful she would. Of course then came tainted would she mind? it was up to tazi though.

Tazi

Tazi watched Kalaber unblinkingly while he spoke. She then smiled. "Yes, I'll be your mate." She replied. That was all she could say before her mind went blank.

Kalaber

His tail now wagged happily as she said yes.He nuzzled her and then licked all the pups.That is splendid. I am sure the pack won't have any disagreementsHe smiled. He needed to turn his life around alittle. He would still go after his sisters but it would be a different way about it.

Tazi

Tazi nodded and looked off into the distance. "I wonder when the rain will stop." She mused, subconsciously changing the subject.

Kalaber

He listened and also stared off into the distance.Yah, It just seems to go on and on forever. I don't even want to picture my home right now its bound to be under the waterHe sighed.They would have to redo the whole den system they had.

Tazi

Tazi sighed. "My home will probably be underwater soon too. And my alpha is still there, and probably my brothers and sisters and packmates." She let out a long sigh before resting her head on the ground.

Kalaber

He listened and closed his eyes as he listened to the rain.I think this rain is happening because of all the lives that have been lost, Tahti, Black Plaque, Half moon and all the others. I think its trying to rinse off the evil or something to that extentHe spoke.The weird thing is it just started to rain when both tahti and black died...

Tazi

Tazi nodded. "Many years ago, God sent a great flood to rid the earth of evil, saving only a man and his family, as well as two of every animal." She explained, remembering the stories her mother taught her. "You might be right about that. This could be symbolic."

Kalaber

He listened and nodded.yes indeed. But lets hope it doesn't go to that full extentHe spoke.
