Kiko

It was a cool, sunny day. The ground had lightly powdered snow on it, and it glittered in the sunlight. The trees were bare, perfect for a good day of rest and relaxtion. Since the long trip up the mountains and finding the right tree, Kiko was exhausted and wanted to find a good branch to take a nap on.
Preferring the higher elevations of the Croals, he found this was the best place for him. His red and black body made its way up to a good, thick trunk. Quickly, he shuffled his legs a bit and hopped up, swiftly catching himself on the bark with his now showing claws. Picking his way up in a casual manner, he finally reached the top and climbed out onto a branch that was about as wide as his own body. Settling himself in, he laid down and let his limbs dangle from either side. His tail hung over the edge as well, swaying in the breeze. This was the life.

White Lion

W.T plodded through the area, his gigantic head held high. His white mane and sleek white bady glowed and shone in the bright daylight. His mane was soft and flowing like a vast white ocean surrounding his large head. His eyes were white and a grey, making him partially blind, since birth. His paws, were large beyond compare and his claws hidden now, were huge and sharpened regularly.

As he made his way he heard a noise in the trees above. Without any hesitation he croached low to the ground, every muscle in his body ripling with strenth and then he oushed off the ground and leapt up into the trees above him. He twisted his body around with amazing agility and landed on all fours upon a log just above the ground. It was from here he could see a black and red tail gangling from another tree branch just above. He croached down and peered up with his half blind eyes, squinting to get a better look of the blur above.

Instead of speaking he just sat there, waiting for the other to notice his presence. His long white tail flicked impatiantly at the air and his white ears swiveled at ettention upon his very large skull.

Kiko

The moment the red panda had settled on his branch, he was off in dreamland. As he slept, his mind toyed with crazy little dreams. At first, he seemed to be sleeping peacefully. That was until his face started twitching; his cheeks and nose twitched and then his ears, and finally his toes. His eyelids moved a bit and then he felt the sharp thud through the branch as the lion leapt onto the lower log. Startled, his eyes fluttered open and his tail shot out as he caught himself with his claws, just before he would have slipped right off. Confused at what had woken him up, his ears flickered and he keenly searched the tree with his eyes. He couldn't see what it was, but could feel it's presence nearby. Very near.
Finally he thought to look down and did so, causing his eyes to land on the lion immedietly. The sight of the huge feline startled him again, and latching onto the branch with his claws, he began to quickly ease his way out farther on the branch. He had seen creatures like that at the zoo he used to live in, but this one was totally white, different from the others he'de seen. He couldn't quite place the name. But now he had to turn around, since there was nowhere else he could reach. "Who are you!?" he seemed to shriek, his claws digging into the bark, muscles tense. His tail flicked behind him.
