Isabella Wayson

Isabella did not yet realize what she had done when she pulled that trigger. All she could think of was that Ellis and this boy were in trouble. So, she had done the only thing that she could think of to do. Now, most of the others who had been in the house had already scattered and the boy was trying to crawl to her. Quickly she moved to his side and she lifted his frail body from the ground as gently as she could. It was a good thing he was light and she was used to lifting hay bales for the horses or she might not have been able to lift him, yet she did now. This was when she finally turned to see Ellis. He looked pale and she could tell he was losing blood and needed to go to a hospital. So, she hurried to carry the boy out to the car before returning to help Ellis out if he needed it.

Once they all made it to the car she would hurry to the driver’s seat and get in. She would quickly turn the key on and head off towards the hospital. The trip would be a quick one with the speeds she was driving and once there she would go inside to get someone to come out and help them. She was scared to death for the both of them, though she knew the boy didn’t seem to have any life threatening injuries. It was Ellis who she was worried the most for.
